Ruska sigurnosna služba (FSB) priopćila je u četvrtak da je pritvorila novinara američkih novina Wall Street Journal zbog sumnje da je špijunirao za Washington, što je najozbiljniji javni potez protiv stranog novinara od početka ruske invazije na Ukrajinu.

Journal je objavio da je pritvaranje američkog državljanina Evana Gershkovicha temeljeno na lažnim optužbama.

To će pogoršati ionako loše odnose Rusije i Sjedinjenih Država koje pružaju najveću vojnu pomoć Ukrajini i nametnule su sankcije Moskvi kako bi je pokušale uvjeriti da povuče svoje snage iz Ukrajine. No Kremlj ne pokazuje znakove da će to učiniti.

Ruska sigurnosna služba (FSB) priopćila je u četvrtak da je dopisnik američkog lista Wall Street Journal Evan Gershkovich pritvoren u gradu Ekaterinburgu pod sumnjom u špijunažu, izvijestila je novinska agencija Interfax.

FSB je naveo da je “zaustavio ilegalne aktivnosti američkog državljanina Gershkovicha Evana, rođenog 1991., dopisnika moskovske podružnice američkih novina Wall Street Journal, akreditiranog u ruskom ministarstvu vanjskih poslova, osumnjičenog za špijuniranje za interese američke vlade”.

Gershkovich je dobio zadatak “od američke strane” da prikupi podatke o “aktivnostima jednog od poduzeća vojno-obrambenog kompleksa”, stoji u priopćenju, ali se ne navode nikakvi dokazi.

Wall Street Journal priopćio je da je “duboko zabrinut” za Gershkovichovu sigurnost i da “snažno poriče optužbe FSB-a i traži hitno oslobađanje našeg pouzdanog i predanog novinara”.

Ruska sigurnosna služba (FSB) priopćila je u četvrtak da je pritvorila novinara američkih novina Wall Street Journal zbog sumnje da je špijunirao za Washington, što je najozbiljniji javni potez protiv stranog novinara od početka ruske invazije na Ukrajinu.

Journal je objavio da je pritvaranje američkog državljanina Evana Gershkovicha temeljeno na lažnim optužbama.

To će pogoršati ionako loše odnose Rusije i Sjedinjenih Država koje pružaju najveću vojnu pomoć Ukrajini i nametnule su sankcije Moskvi kako bi je pokušale uvjeriti da povuče svoje snage iz Ukrajine. No Kremlj ne pokazuje znakove da će to učiniti.

Ruska sigurnosna služba (FSB) priopćila je u četvrtak da je dopisnik američkog lista Wall Street Journal Evan Gershkovich pritvoren u gradu Ekaterinburgu pod sumnjom u špijunažu, izvijestila je novinska agencija Interfax.

FSB je naveo da je “zaustavio ilegalne aktivnosti američkog državljanina Gershkovicha Evana, rođenog 1991., dopisnika moskovske podružnice američkih novina Wall Street Journal, akreditiranog u ruskom ministarstvu vanjskih poslova, osumnjičenog za špijuniranje za interese američke vlade”.

Gershkovich je dobio zadatak “od američke strane” da prikupi podatke o “aktivnostima jednog od poduzeća vojno-obrambenog kompleksa”, stoji u priopćenju, ali se ne navode nikakvi dokazi.

Wall Street Journal priopćio je da je “duboko zabrinut” za Gershkovichovu sigurnost i da “snažno poriče optužbe FSB-a i traži hitno oslobađanje našeg pouzdanog i predanog novinara”.

Ruska sigurnosna služba (FSB) priopćila je u četvrtak da je pritvorila novinara američkih novina Wall Street Journal zbog sumnje da je špijunirao za Washington, što je najozbiljniji javni potez protiv stranog novinara od početka ruske invazije na Ukrajinu.

Journal je objavio da je pritvaranje američkog državljanina Evana Gershkovicha temeljeno na lažnim optužbama.

To će pogoršati ionako loše odnose Rusije i Sjedinjenih Država koje pružaju najveću vojnu pomoć Ukrajini i nametnule su sankcije Moskvi kako bi je pokušale uvjeriti da povuče svoje snage iz Ukrajine. No Kremlj ne pokazuje znakove da će to učiniti.
