Još jednu priču o 91-godišnjakinji koja je u Ukrajini uspjela preživjeti Hitlera i holokaust, no ne i Vladimira Putina i njegovu 'denacifikaciju', objavio je judaistički portal Chabad.org, a prenio muzej Auschwitz na svom twitter profilu. Osamdeset godina nakon što je uspjela izbjeći smrt u nacističkim plinskim komorama, Vanda Semjonovna Obijedkova (91) skapala je od zime u hladnom podrumu Mariupolja, poslije mjesec dana bez hrane i pitke vode.

      Bolesna i posve malaksala, posljednja dva tjedna života starica nije mogla ni ustati iz kreveta. Umrla je početkom travnja, ne od godina i u miru vlastita kreveta, nego kao žrtva brutalnog rata kojega je u njezinu rodnom gradu proizveo poludjeli moskovski silnik u ime novoga i lažnoga 'oslobođenja od nacizma'.

    “Mama nije zaslužila takvu smrt”, kroz suze kaže njezina kćer Larissa, nakon što je s obitelji izbjegla na sigurno mjesto. Bespomoćno je promatrala kako život njezine majke nestaje, do posljednjeg trenutka. Nakon što joj je majka preminula, Larissa i njezin suprug su je pokopali u parku nadomak Azovskog mora, pod granatama, riskirajući svoje živote.

     “Cijeli Mariupolj se pretvorio u veliko groblje”, kaže rabin Mendel Cohen, rabin ovoga ukrajinskog lučkog grada s nekad velikom židovskom zajednicom. "Vanda Semjonovna je proživjela nezamislive užase", priča rabin, „a bila je ljubazna i radosna žena, posebna osoba koja će zauvijek ostati u našim srcima.”

    Vanda Obiedkova rođena je u Mariupolju u prosincu 1930. Imala je 10 godina u listopadu 1941. kad su nacisti ušli u Mariupolj i počeli skupljati gradske Židove. SS je upao u obiteljsku kuću i odveo Vandinu majku Mariju, no djevojčica je uspjela izbjeći uhićenje skrivajući se u podrumu.

     “Nije mogla vrištati; to ju je spasilo”, kaže njezina kćerka Larissa. Koncem listopada 1941. Nijemci su pogubili između 9.000 i 16.000 Židova u jarcima na periferiji Mariupolja, uključujući majku Vande Obiedkove i cijelu majčinu obitelj. Djevojčica je kasnije privedena, no došli su obiteljski prijatelji i uspjeli uvjeriti naciste da je Grkinja. Njezin otac, koji nije bio Židov, uspio je odvesti ju u bolnicu, gdje je ostala sve do oslobođenja Mariupolja 1943. Obiedkova je o svom iskustvu preživljavanja Holokausta ostavila opširno svjedočanstvo Zakladi Shoah.

    “Imali smo kod kuće na VHS kazeti snimku njezina intervjua ali to je sve spaljeno zajedno s našim domom”, kaže Larissa.

     Vanda Obiedkova se udala 1954., kada je Mariupolj bio poznat pod sovjetskim imenom Ždanov, i cijeli je svoj život ostala živjeti u ovom gradu. Zadnjih godina živjela je u stanu s kćeri i zetom, a kad su početkom ožujka počela granatiranja, obitelj se preselila u podrum susjedne toplane. Jedina pomoć koju je obitelj dobila tijekom cijelog tog vremena bila je od sinagoge i od mariupoljskog rabina Cohena.

     "Nije bilo vode, struje ni grijanja i bilo je nepodnošljivo hladno", kaže Larissa koja je sve svoje vrijeme provodila brinući se za nepokretnu majku, ali ništa nije mogla učiniti da je spasi. „Živjeli smo kao životinje!”, svjedoči.

     Dvojica snajperista postavila su položaje u blizini najbližih izvora vode čineći put tamo jako opasnim, povrh bombi koje su padale s neba. „Svaki put kada je bomba pala, cijela je zgrada podrhtavala iz temelja. Moja majka je stalno govorila da se ne sjeća nečega sličnog iz Velikog Domovinskog rata (Drugog svjetskog rata). Sve je najednom nestalo“, priča kćer preminule.

     Još 2014. godine, kada se prvi put zapucalo i kada je Mariupolj bio posebno teško pogođen, Larissa i njezina obitelj evakuirali su se s židovskom zajednicom i rabinom Cohenom u kamp Chabad izvan Žitomira, u zapadnoj Ukrajini. Vratili su se u grad kad su se stvari smirile, ali Larissa kaže da ovaj put nema povratka:

    “Beskrajno mi je žao svih ljudi iz Mariupolja. Nema više grada, nema posla, nema kuća ni domova, ničega nema. Tko se tu može vratiti i zašto? Sve je nestalo. Naši su roditelji željeli da živimo bolje nego oni, ali mi opet ponavljamo njihovu patnju i živote.”

Još jednu priču o 91-godišnjakinji koja je u Ukrajini uspjela preživjeti Hitlera i holokaust, no ne i Vladimira Putina i njegovu 'denacifikaciju', objavio je judaistički portal Chabad.org, a prenio muzej Auschwitz na svom twitter profilu. Osamdeset godina nakon što je uspjela izbjeći smrt u nacističkim plinskim komorama, Vanda Semjonovna Obijedkova (91) skapala je od zime u hladnom podrumu Mariupolja, poslije mjesec dana bez hrane i pitke vode.

      Bolesna i posve malaksala, posljednja dva tjedna života starica nije mogla ni ustati iz kreveta. Umrla je početkom travnja, ne od godina i u miru vlastita kreveta, nego kao žrtva brutalnog rata kojega je u njezinu rodnom gradu proizveo poludjeli moskovski silnik u ime novoga i lažnoga 'oslobođenja od nacizma'.

    “Mama nije zaslužila takvu smrt”, kroz suze kaže njezina kćer Larissa, nakon što je s obitelji izbjegla na sigurno mjesto. Bespomoćno je promatrala kako život njezine majke nestaje, do posljednjeg trenutka. Nakon što joj je majka preminula, Larissa i njezin suprug su je pokopali u parku nadomak Azovskog mora, pod granatama, riskirajući svoje živote.

     “Cijeli Mariupolj se pretvorio u veliko groblje”, kaže rabin Mendel Cohen, rabin ovoga ukrajinskog lučkog grada s nekad velikom židovskom zajednicom. "Vanda Semjonovna je proživjela nezamislive užase", priča rabin, „a bila je ljubazna i radosna žena, posebna osoba koja će zauvijek ostati u našim srcima.”

    Vanda Obiedkova rođena je u Mariupolju u prosincu 1930. Imala je 10 godina u listopadu 1941. kad su nacisti ušli u Mariupolj i počeli skupljati gradske Židove. SS je upao u obiteljsku kuću i odveo Vandinu majku Mariju, no djevojčica je uspjela izbjeći uhićenje skrivajući se u podrumu.

     “Nije mogla vrištati; to ju je spasilo”, kaže njezina kćerka Larissa. Koncem listopada 1941. Nijemci su pogubili između 9.000 i 16.000 Židova u jarcima na periferiji Mariupolja, uključujući majku Vande Obiedkove i cijelu majčinu obitelj. Djevojčica je kasnije privedena, no došli su obiteljski prijatelji i uspjeli uvjeriti naciste da je Grkinja. Njezin otac, koji nije bio Židov, uspio je odvesti ju u bolnicu, gdje je ostala sve do oslobođenja Mariupolja 1943. Obiedkova je o svom iskustvu preživljavanja Holokausta ostavila opširno svjedočanstvo Zakladi Shoah.

    “Imali smo kod kuće na VHS kazeti snimku njezina intervjua ali to je sve spaljeno zajedno s našim domom”, kaže Larissa.

     Vanda Obiedkova se udala 1954., kada je Mariupolj bio poznat pod sovjetskim imenom Ždanov, i cijeli je svoj život ostala živjeti u ovom gradu. Zadnjih godina živjela je u stanu s kćeri i zetom, a kad su početkom ožujka počela granatiranja, obitelj se preselila u podrum susjedne toplane. Jedina pomoć koju je obitelj dobila tijekom cijelog tog vremena bila je od sinagoge i od mariupoljskog rabina Cohena.

     "Nije bilo vode, struje ni grijanja i bilo je nepodnošljivo hladno", kaže Larissa koja je sve svoje vrijeme provodila brinući se za nepokretnu majku, ali ništa nije mogla učiniti da je spasi. „Živjeli smo kao životinje!”, svjedoči.

     Dvojica snajperista postavila su položaje u blizini najbližih izvora vode čineći put tamo jako opasnim, povrh bombi koje su padale s neba. „Svaki put kada je bomba pala, cijela je zgrada podrhtavala iz temelja. Moja majka je stalno govorila da se ne sjeća nečega sličnog iz Velikog Domovinskog rata (Drugog svjetskog rata). Sve je najednom nestalo“, priča kćer preminule.

     Još 2014. godine, kada se prvi put zapucalo i kada je Mariupolj bio posebno teško pogođen, Larissa i njezina obitelj evakuirali su se s židovskom zajednicom i rabinom Cohenom u kamp Chabad izvan Žitomira, u zapadnoj Ukrajini. Vratili su se u grad kad su se stvari smirile, ali Larissa kaže da ovaj put nema povratka:

    “Beskrajno mi je žao svih ljudi iz Mariupolja. Nema više grada, nema posla, nema kuća ni domova, ničega nema. Tko se tu može vratiti i zašto? Sve je nestalo. Naši su roditelji željeli da živimo bolje nego oni, ali mi opet ponavljamo njihovu patnju i živote.”
