'Tele2 traži da platim 2782 kune koje nisam potrošio. U njihovoj poslovnici naišao sam na 15 ljudi s istim problemom'

Mate Kovačević i Martina Šakić iz Solina te Ines Perković iz Planoga izišli su u javnost jer su od Tele2 dobili SMS da moraju platiti astronomske iznose, i to Kovačević 2782,32 kuna, Šakić 656,27 kuna te Perković oko 450 kuna, a nigdje im u porukama nije pisalo koliko su to interneta potrošili iznad 500 MB koliko imaju u svojim ugovornim paketima.

Iz Tele2 su nam poslali cjelovit odgovor jer smo im prilikom upita poslali i brojeve mobitela njihovih korisnika koji su se žalili i našoj redakciji te je napravljena detaljna analiza prometa.

- Uvidom u stanje podatkovnog prometa korisnika koji su se javili vašoj redakciji došli smo do podataka da su sva tri korisnika tijekom travnja i napravili veći promet. Tijekom travnja došlo je do kašnjenja u obračunu podatkovnog prometa te su korisnici obaviješteni SMS-om o tome da su iskoristili cijeli iznos svog paketa (minimalni iznos mjesečne potrošnje-pretplatu. Zbog toga je dio prometa obračunat po cijeni izvan paketa, što je prouzročilo veće iznose u trenutnom obračunu potrošnje za travanj.

Ovakve greške su rijetke, ali zbog toga prilikom kreiranja konačnog računa otpisujemo sve troškove nastale kao posljedica ove pogreške, odnosno sav promet nastao u periodu između trenutka kada je potrošen podatkovni promet uključen u određenu mjesečnu naknadu i/ili paket i trenutka kada je primljena obavijest o tome.

Svim korisnicima koji su nas kontaktirali kroz bilo koji službeni kanal komunikacije zbog ove pogreške smo objasnili kako će pri mjesečnom obračunu razlika koja je nastala zbog kašnjenja obavijesti biti otpisana, te im se ispričali zbog nastale neugodnosti. Tele2 brine o svojim korisnicima i zadovoljstvo korisnika nam je na prvome mjestu”, stoji u odgovoru.

Mate Kovačević i Martina Šakić iz Solina te Ines Perković iz Planoga izišli su u javnost jer su od Tele2 dobili SMS da moraju platiti astronomske iznose, i to Kovačević 2782,32 kuna, Šakić 656,27 kuna te Perković oko 450 kuna, a nigdje im u porukama nije pisalo koliko su to interneta potrošili iznad 500 MB koliko imaju u svojim ugovornim paketima.

Iz Tele2 su nam poslali cjelovit odgovor jer smo im prilikom upita poslali i brojeve mobitela njihovih korisnika koji su se žalili i našoj redakciji te je napravljena detaljna analiza prometa.

- Uvidom u stanje podatkovnog prometa korisnika koji su se javili vašoj redakciji došli smo do podataka da su sva tri korisnika tijekom travnja i napravili veći promet. Tijekom travnja došlo je do kašnjenja u obračunu podatkovnog prometa te su korisnici obaviješteni SMS-om o tome da su iskoristili cijeli iznos svog paketa (minimalni iznos mjesečne potrošnje-pretplatu. Zbog toga je dio prometa obračunat po cijeni izvan paketa, što je prouzročilo veće iznose u trenutnom obračunu potrošnje za travanj.

Ovakve greške su rijetke, ali zbog toga prilikom kreiranja konačnog računa otpisujemo sve troškove nastale kao posljedica ove pogreške, odnosno sav promet nastao u periodu između trenutka kada je potrošen podatkovni promet uključen u određenu mjesečnu naknadu i/ili paket i trenutka kada je primljena obavijest o tome.

Svim korisnicima koji su nas kontaktirali kroz bilo koji službeni kanal komunikacije zbog ove pogreške smo objasnili kako će pri mjesečnom obračunu razlika koja je nastala zbog kašnjenja obavijesti biti otpisana, te im se ispričali zbog nastale neugodnosti. Tele2 brine o svojim korisnicima i zadovoljstvo korisnika nam je na prvome mjestu”, stoji u odgovoru.
