[fulltext] => Priča oko zatvaranja poznate kavane i restorana “Adriana” na Rivi dobila je jučer novi nastavak. Naime, nakon što nam se gotovo kroz suze požalio kako mu porezni inspektori pečate lokal i tjeraju goste zbog 30-ak kuna viška u blagajni, do nas je došla i druga strane priče...
Dakle, prema pouzdanim informacijama iz Porezne uprave, inspektori su u “Adrianu” došli zbog 50-ak prijava nezadovoljnih gostiju, ali i činjenice da je upravo inspektorima koji su bili u kontroli konobarica dala fotokopirane račune. Poslije je utvrđen višak u blagajni, ali i to da je jedna djelatnica radila na crno.
Naš izvor demantirao nam je i Gelinu priču kako su mu inspektori “bezobrazno” zatvorili kavanu u 14 sati u vrijeme ručka, kada mu je štekat bio pun uglavnom stranih gostiju, te da nisu željeli udovoljiti njegovu apelu da mu dođu rano ujutro ili nešto kasnije navečer kada nema gostiju, zbog imidža restorana.
Naime, Gelo je, tvrde poreznici, bio upoznat s činjenicom da će mu inspektori doći u srijedu oko 14 sati kako bi na pet dana zapečatili lokal i napisali kaznu od 20 tisuća kuna zbog grijeha konobarice. Ipak, Gelo je pozvao novinare i prikazao sve kao hajku poreznika na privatne investitore. Da su mu poreznici najavili zatvaranje lokala, priznao nam je i sam Gelo, koji ovaj put nije bio od velikih riječi
. − Istina, rekli su mi još prošlog tjedna da će me zatvoriti i dali su mi nekoliko dana da se organiziram, ali nisam ih baš dobro shvatio... Nisam znao da će doći opet... Onoj konobarici koja je dala krivi račun dao sam otkaz, eto da znate. Hvala i doviđenja − izbiflao nam je u trenu vlasnik “Adriane” i poklopio.
Inače, u prvom razgovoru Gelo nam se požalio kako je zbog zatvaranja kavane i restorana na pet dana izgubio od 200 do 300 tisuća kuna. Činjenicu da mu ove godine tako dobro ide, provjerit će, pouzdano doznajemo, i porezni inspektori...

Jedan od rekordera po neplaćanju pričuve
Stipe Gelo, osim što je vlasnik kultne “Adriane” na Rivi, javnosti je poznat i kao jedan od najvećih neplatiša pričuve u povijesti “Stano-uprave”. Kako doznajemo iz ove gradske komunalne tvrtke, poduzetni Gelo već punih 12 godina ne plaća pričuvu, a trenutačni mu je dug 50 tisuća kuna.
Bio bi mu i veći da ga susjedi s Rive nisu tužili zbog neplaćanja pričuve i preko Fine ovrhom prošle godine naplatili čak 76.600 kuna duga. U međuvremenu su pokrenuli i spor za izbacivanje iz suvlasničke zajednice zbog uzurpiranja zajedničkih prostorija.

[text] => {OCMSplitter}Priča oko zatvaranja poznate kavane i restorana “Adriana” na Rivi dobila je jučer novi nastavak. Naime, nakon što nam se gotovo kroz suze požalio kako mu porezni inspektori pečate lokal i tjeraju goste zbog 30-ak kuna viška u blagajni, do nas je došla i druga strane priče...
Dakle, prema pouzdanim informacijama iz Porezne uprave, inspektori su u “Adrianu” došli zbog 50-ak prijava nezadovoljnih gostiju, ali i činjenice da je upravo inspektorima koji su bili u kontroli konobarica dala fotokopirane račune. Poslije je utvrđen višak u blagajni, ali i to da je jedna djelatnica radila na crno.
Naš izvor demantirao nam je i Gelinu priču kako su mu inspektori “bezobrazno” zatvorili kavanu u 14 sati u vrijeme ručka, kada mu je štekat bio pun uglavnom stranih gostiju, te da nisu željeli udovoljiti njegovu apelu da mu dođu rano ujutro ili nešto kasnije navečer kada nema gostiju, zbog imidža restorana.
Naime, Gelo je, tvrde poreznici, bio upoznat s činjenicom da će mu inspektori doći u srijedu oko 14 sati kako bi na pet dana zapečatili lokal i napisali kaznu od 20 tisuća kuna zbog grijeha konobarice. Ipak, Gelo je pozvao novinare i prikazao sve kao hajku poreznika na privatne investitore. Da su mu poreznici najavili zatvaranje lokala, priznao nam je i sam Gelo, koji ovaj put nije bio od velikih riječi
. − Istina, rekli su mi još prošlog tjedna da će me zatvoriti i dali su mi nekoliko dana da se organiziram, ali nisam ih baš dobro shvatio... Nisam znao da će doći opet... Onoj konobarici koja je dala krivi račun dao sam otkaz, eto da znate. Hvala i doviđenja − izbiflao nam je u trenu vlasnik “Adriane” i poklopio.
Inače, u prvom razgovoru Gelo nam se požalio kako je zbog zatvaranja kavane i restorana na pet dana izgubio od 200 do 300 tisuća kuna. Činjenicu da mu ove godine tako dobro ide, provjerit će, pouzdano doznajemo, i porezni inspektori...

Jedan od rekordera po neplaćanju pričuve
Stipe Gelo, osim što je vlasnik kultne “Adriane” na Rivi, javnosti je poznat i kao jedan od najvećih neplatiša pričuve u povijesti “Stano-uprave”. Kako doznajemo iz ove gradske komunalne tvrtke, poduzetni Gelo već punih 12 godina ne plaća pričuvu, a trenutačni mu je dug 50 tisuća kuna.
Bio bi mu i veći da ga susjedi s Rive nisu tužili zbog neplaćanja pričuve i preko Fine ovrhom prošle godine naplatili čak 76.600 kuna duga. U međuvremenu su pokrenuli i spor za izbacivanje iz suvlasničke zajednice zbog uzurpiranja zajedničkih prostorija.
