Oglas za prodaju stana u samom centru Zagreba, točnije u Zvonimirovoj ulici, osvanuo je danas na Njuškalu i do ovog trenutka pregledan je gotovo deset tisuća puta.

I tu ne bi bilo ništa čudno da nije riječ o stanu koji se sastoji od 14m2. Da, dobro ste pročitali. Četrnaest kvadratnih metara.

Sad se sigurno pitate kolika je cijena? Idemo biti malo ironični pa ćemo napisati da je cijena prava sitnica. Ako se odlučite na kupnju vlasniku ćete morati dati ukupno 56 tisuća eura, točnije nešto manje od 425 tisuća kuna.

Stan se nalazi na prvom katu stambene zgrade od četiri kata. Sastoji se od manje kuhinje, kupaone s WC i dnevnim boravkom. Stan je u adaptiran 2015. godine. Pripada mu spremište u podrumu zgrade. Vrlo je pogodan za studente, poslovne ljude ili samce. Nema oštećenja od potresa. Vlasništvo je uredno bez tereta. Godina zadnje renovacije je 2021. Agencijska provizija 2% od dogovorene cijene.

Podavatelj je za 24 sata rekao kako ovaj stan prvenstveno promatra kao investiciju te bi se po njegovoj računici, za otprilike 13 godina potencijalnom kupcu počeo vraćati uloženi novac.

- Svatko ima svoju računicu i svaka nekretnina ima svog kupca. Ovo je stan-investicija koja se može u kratkom roku isplatiti. U Zvonimirovoj ulici trenutno na prodaji ima stanova koje je potrebno u cijelosti adaptirati kojima su cijene po kvadratu od 1800 do 2000 eura. Adaptirani, bolji stanovi prodaju se po cijeni do dvije i pol tisuće eura po kvadratu, no radi se o većim stanovima. Ako uzmemo u obzir dnevni najam, za ovaj stan može dobiti 30-ak eura za noćenje što je korektna cijena za turiste. U vrijeme adventskih mjeseci i više, rekao je agent za nekretine u agenciji koja je oglasila stan.

Oglas za prodaju stana u samom centru Zagreba, točnije u Zvonimirovoj ulici, osvanuo je danas na Njuškalu i do ovog trenutka pregledan je gotovo deset tisuća puta.

I tu ne bi bilo ništa čudno da nije riječ o stanu koji se sastoji od 14m2. Da, dobro ste pročitali. Četrnaest kvadratnih metara.

Sad se sigurno pitate kolika je cijena? Idemo biti malo ironični pa ćemo napisati da je cijena prava sitnica. Ako se odlučite na kupnju vlasniku ćete morati dati ukupno 56 tisuća eura, točnije nešto manje od 425 tisuća kuna.

U oglasu, među ostalim, stoji i ovo:

Stan se nalazi na prvom katu stambene zgrade od četiri kata. Sastoji se od manje kuhinje, kupaone s WC i dnevnim boravkom. Stan je u adaptiran 2015. godine. Pripada mu spremište u podrumu zgrade. Vrlo je pogodan za studente, poslovne ljude ili samce. Nema oštećenja od potresa. Vlasništvo je uredno bez tereta. Godina zadnje renovacije je 2021. Agencijska provizija 2% od dogovorene cijene.

Podavatelj je za 24 sata rekao kako ovaj stan prvenstveno promatra kao investiciju te bi se po njegovoj računici, za otprilike 13 godina potencijalnom kupcu počeo vraćati uloženi novac.

- Svatko ima svoju računicu i svaka nekretnina ima svog kupca. Ovo je stan-investicija koja se može u kratkom roku isplatiti. U Zvonimirovoj ulici trenutno na prodaji ima stanova koje je potrebno u cijelosti adaptirati kojima su cijene po kvadratu od 1800 do 2000 eura. Adaptirani, bolji stanovi prodaju se po cijeni do dvije i pol tisuće eura po kvadratu, no radi se o većim stanovima. Ako uzmemo u obzir dnevni najam, za ovaj stan može dobiti 30-ak eura za noćenje što je korektna cijena za turiste. U vrijeme adventskih mjeseci i više, rekao je agent za nekretine u agenciji koja je oglasila stan.

Oglas za prodaju stana u samom centru Zagreba, točnije u Zvonimirovoj ulici, osvanuo je danas na Njuškalu i do ovog trenutka pregledan je gotovo deset tisuća puta.

I tu ne bi bilo ništa čudno da nije riječ o stanu koji se sastoji od 14m2. Da, dobro ste pročitali. Četrnaest kvadratnih metara.

Sad se sigurno pitate kolika je cijena? Idemo biti malo ironični pa ćemo napisati da je cijena prava sitnica. Ako se odlučite na kupnju vlasniku ćete morati dati ukupno 56 tisuća eura, točnije nešto manje od 425 tisuća kuna.
