Jučerašnji i današnji potpuni kolaps Centralnog zdravstvenog informacijskog sustava (CEZIH) preko kojeg liječnici izdaju e-uputnice, e-recepte i razmjenjuju nalaze izazvao je puno nervoze, ljutnje i psovki. A kako i ne bi kad je bilo pacijenata koji su tri, četiri puta odlazili u ambulantu liječniku obiteljske medicine pa u ljekarnu, da bi se na koncu vratili kući bez terapije.

U ordinacijama je vladao kaos, a tek u petak popodne kad je sustav proradio pacijenti su mogli dobiti e-recept. Takva ispadanja CEZIH-a učestalo se događaju. Obično ne traju dugo, ali jako kompliciraju nesmetani protok zdravstvenih usluga, a pacijente i liječnike dovode do ruba živaca. Ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš pak puno se nije uzrujao zbog nastalog nereda, štoviše popodne je kazao da će biti zastoja još u budućnosti jer se CEZIH seli i nadograđuje...     

 - U četvrtak sam išao kod svoje liječnice jer mi se nije nitko javljao na telefon u ambulanti dva dana. Kad sam došao tamo shvatio sam da je mijenja kolegica u popodnevnoj smjeni. Opet sam išao popodne. Nakon što sam napokon došao na red liječnica mi je rekla da odem u apoteku i da ću dobiti lijek za tlak koji redovito pijem. Kad sam stigao tamo, apotekarica je kazala da mi ništa ne može dati jer sustav CEZIH ne radi i da se vratim u ambulantu i donesem joj isprintani recept. Opet sam otišao do ambulante, šta mi nije bilo nimalo lako jer me bole noge od proširenih vena, da bi mi sestra rekla kako im je nestalo boje u printeru i da dođem sutra jer ne može isprintati recept – požalio nam se umirovljenik I.B. (podaci poznati redakciji). Srića je kaže, šta mu je ostalo još tri tablete, ali isto bi bilo i da nije. Nije mu drago ni što je morao čekati u punoj ambulanti jer je puno respiratornih virusa.

„Samo mi fali da u ambulanti di svi kašlju dobijem koronu. Zadnju sam jedva preživio – žali se naš sugovornik.

Pacijenti koji su se danas javili u našu redakciju tvrde kako se u bolnici nisu mogli upisati ni na preglede te da se ovo učestalo događa, a pogotovo petkom kad se sustav nadograđuje. Problem je i što su se liječnici odavno prebacili na elektronske uputnice i e-recepte pa brzo ostanu bez ovih papirnatih, pogotovo ako izvanredna situacija potraje više dana.  Zadnji put u srpnju, CEZIH nije radio čak sedam dana. Splitska obiteljska liječnica Vikica Krolo potvrdila je da su i liječnici i pacijenti imali dva jako stresna dana, a isto kaže i Ana Soldo, predsjednica Hrvatske ljekarničke komore. 

„Čim sustav padne već znamo što nas čeka taj dan. Ljudi dođu stanu pred pult, negoduju, viču, ljute se i vrijeđaju, a mi lijek ne možemo izdati bez recepta. Sustav elektroničkih recepata donio je velike prednosti jer se telefonom naručuju lijekovi, ali kad sustav padne nastaje potop -  ističe Ana Soldo. 

CEZIH je razvila kompanija Ericsson Nikola Tesla, koja je angažirana i na njegovom održavanju.

Ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš objasnio je kako je do problema došlo jer se CEZIH seli na novu lokaciju zbog nadogradnje i održavanja, a sam proces trajat će oko godinu dana i donosit će povremene poremećaje u funkcionalnosti sustava.

"Na provideru usluga je da probleme promptno rješava. Molimo pacijente, ljekarnike i liječnike za strpljivost jer se ovakve stvari događaju u svim europskim državama. Žao nam je što se ovo događa, ali nije neočekivano", istaknuo je Beroš. Tvrdi i kako je održavanje CEZIH-a iznimno skupo te da je trogodišnje održavanje iznosilo između 90 i 100 milijuna kuna.

Jučerašnji i današnji potpuni kolaps Centralnog zdravstvenog informacijskog sustava (CEZIH) preko kojeg liječnici izdaju e-uputnice, e-recepte i razmjenjuju nalaze izazvao je puno nervoze, ljutnje i psovki. A kako i ne bi kad je bilo pacijenata koji su tri, četiri puta odlazili u ambulantu liječniku obiteljske medicine pa u ljekarnu, da bi se na koncu vratili kući bez terapije.

U ordinacijama je vladao kaos, a tek u petak popodne kad je sustav proradio pacijenti su mogli dobiti e-recept. Takva ispadanja CEZIH-a učestalo se događaju. Obično ne traju dugo, ali jako kompliciraju nesmetani protok zdravstvenih usluga, a pacijente i liječnike dovode do ruba živaca. Ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš pak puno se nije uzrujao zbog nastalog nereda, štoviše popodne je kazao da će biti zastoja još u budućnosti jer se CEZIH seli i nadograđuje...     

 - U četvrtak sam išao kod svoje liječnice jer mi se nije nitko javljao na telefon u ambulanti dva dana. Kad sam došao tamo shvatio sam da je mijenja kolegica u popodnevnoj smjeni. Opet sam išao popodne. Nakon što sam napokon došao na red liječnica mi je rekla da odem u apoteku i da ću dobiti lijek za tlak koji redovito pijem. Kad sam stigao tamo, apotekarica je kazala da mi ništa ne može dati jer sustav CEZIH ne radi i da se vratim u ambulantu i donesem joj isprintani recept. Opet sam otišao do ambulante, šta mi nije bilo nimalo lako jer me bole noge od proširenih vena, da bi mi sestra rekla kako im je nestalo boje u printeru i da dođem sutra jer ne može isprintati recept – požalio nam se umirovljenik I.B. (podaci poznati redakciji). Srića je kaže, šta mu je ostalo još tri tablete, ali isto bi bilo i da nije. Nije mu drago ni što je morao čekati u punoj ambulanti jer je puno respiratornih virusa.

„Samo mi fali da u ambulanti di svi kašlju dobijem koronu. Zadnju sam jedva preživio – žali se naš sugovornik.

Pacijenti koji su se danas javili u našu redakciju tvrde kako se u bolnici nisu mogli upisati ni na preglede te da se ovo učestalo događa, a pogotovo petkom kad se sustav nadograđuje. Problem je i što su se liječnici odavno prebacili na elektronske uputnice i e-recepte pa brzo ostanu bez ovih papirnatih, pogotovo ako izvanredna situacija potraje više dana.  Zadnji put u srpnju, CEZIH nije radio čak sedam dana. Splitska obiteljska liječnica Vikica Krolo potvrdila je da su i liječnici i pacijenti imali dva jako stresna dana, a isto kaže i Ana Soldo, predsjednica Hrvatske ljekarničke komore. 

„Čim sustav padne već znamo što nas čeka taj dan. Ljudi dođu stanu pred pult, negoduju, viču, ljute se i vrijeđaju, a mi lijek ne možemo izdati bez recepta. Sustav elektroničkih recepata donio je velike prednosti jer se telefonom naručuju lijekovi, ali kad sustav padne nastaje potop -  ističe Ana Soldo. 

CEZIH je razvila kompanija Ericsson Nikola Tesla, koja je angažirana i na njegovom održavanju.

Ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš objasnio je kako je do problema došlo jer se CEZIH seli na novu lokaciju zbog nadogradnje i održavanja, a sam proces trajat će oko godinu dana i donosit će povremene poremećaje u funkcionalnosti sustava.

"Na provideru usluga je da probleme promptno rješava. Molimo pacijente, ljekarnike i liječnike za strpljivost jer se ovakve stvari događaju u svim europskim državama. Žao nam je što se ovo događa, ali nije neočekivano", istaknuo je Beroš. Tvrdi i kako je održavanje CEZIH-a iznimno skupo te da je trogodišnje održavanje iznosilo između 90 i 100 milijuna kuna.
