Čak 12 premijera, 15 sastava Vlada, 21 ministar gospodarstva od osamostaljenja! Gospodarski je ministar Tomislav Ćorić, izgleda, samo posljednji u nizu nedovršenoga mandata. Doduše, u raznim je ministarstvima odradio i više od četiri godine (2016. postao je ministrom rada i mirovinskoga sustava, već 2017. ministrom zaštite okoliša i energetike, a od 2020. ministrom gospodarstva). No, čini se da ih baš gospodarsko ministarska pozicija dođe glave, piše Gordana Gelenčer u Lideru.

Iako bi se prelazak u HNB, u fotelju viceguverernera (koliko ih samo još ima?!) teško mogao okvalificirati kao 'dođe glave'. Pozicije ga je stajalo pogodovanje investitorima u vjetroparku Krš-Pađene, točnije Domagoj Validžić, jedan od osumnjičenika u aferi, ujedno i bivši Ćorićev pomoćnik. Zakucao ga je slučaj dodjele koncesije za solinsku hidroelektranu tvrtki koja se bavila – zaštitarstvom!

Njegov je prethodnik Darko Horvat - podsjeća Lider - također odletio zbog afere, samo što se ona kuloarski zvala 'po babi i po stričevima', i to zbog zloporabe položaja za nezakonite isplate potpora. Oba slučaja uvezuje sada već slavna Josipa Rimac. Iako je ministar tvrdio da će afera poprimiti 'žensko ime' (preusmjeravajući cijelu stvar na Rimac i tadašnju pomoćnicu Anu Mandac), i iako vjerojatno od optužbe neće biti ništa (ili barem od osude), ostat će zabilježena mrlja u ministarskoj karijeri.

Njegova se, pak, prethodnica Martina Dalić 'preusmjerila' na čelnu poziciju Podravke (s određenom pauzom kako bi se utišale negativne strelice zbog Lex Agrokor i afere Hotmail). Rehabilitaciji je, bez sumnje, pridonijela i njena knjiga 'Agrokor: slom ortačkog kapitalizma'.

Njenog je prethodnika, Mostovog Tomislava Panenića pratila afera stiropor, ali i prešutno odobrenje štetnog poslovanja Narodnih Novina s HNS-om. No, kako je bio ministar u tehničkoj vladi, dulje trajanje na toj poziciji nije ni bilo očekivano.

Iako je njegov prethodnik Ivan Vrdoljak u SDP-ovoj Vladi izdržao cijeli mandat, njegova je vladavina sve prije nego li 'čista'. Mandat su mu obilježile mrlje od nepravilnosti u dodjeli bespovratnih sredstava u ministarstvu, prijetnji članu NE Krško, pa sve do ugradnje razdjelnika.

Damir Polančec, iz Vlade prije Milanovićeve, odletio je zbog afere Spice (pokušaj preuzimanja Podravke tvrtkinim novcem). Doduše, desetljeće poslije oslobođen je optužbi, no oslobađajuća presuda potvrda je samo umješnosti odvjetnika, ne i pobjede pravde.

Već samo ovih nekoliko imena pokazuje kako je baš ta ministarska fotelja ukleta. Ili su nekom čudnom svemirskom konicidencijom baš za tu poziciju odabirani ljudi labava morala ili je pekmez kojim se premazuju gospodarski poslovi tako sladak. Jer, kako drukčije objasniti da su, primjerice, ministri financija znatno otporniji i izdržljiviji?

No, Josip Tica, profesor sa zagrebačkog Ekonomkog fakulteta kaže kako ni oko financ-ministarske pozicije nije uvijek bilo mirno - ministra Linića naslijedio je ministar Lalovac u istome mandatu, ministra Šukera naslijedila je Martina Dalić.

- Zbog ministra Marića došlo je do izbacivanja Mosta iz koalicije i ulaska HNS-a. U devedestima se dogodila rotacija ministar Škegro - ministar Prka dok je trenutni ministar financija prije izuzeće nego li pravilo. Kod drugih je ministarstava bilo i podjela ingerencija između energetike, imovine i gospodarstva, pa je bilo podosta rotacija, teško je to sve pratiti. Možda je problem što sada zbog važnosti energetike, EU fondova i obnove ima neuobičajeno puno posla u navedenim ministarstvima i za pretpostaviti je da se traže malo složenije kompetencije, pa utoliko i dolazi do 'zamora' materijala – kaže Tica, piše Lider.

Čak 12 premijera, 15 sastava Vlada, 21 ministar gospodarstva od osamostaljenja! Gospodarski je ministar Tomislav Ćorić, izgleda, samo posljednji u nizu nedovršenoga mandata. Doduše, u raznim je ministarstvima odradio i više od četiri godine (2016. postao je ministrom rada i mirovinskoga sustava, već 2017. ministrom zaštite okoliša i energetike, a od 2020. ministrom gospodarstva). No, čini se da ih baš gospodarsko ministarska pozicija dođe glave, piše Gordana Gelenčer u Lideru.

Iako bi se prelazak u HNB, u fotelju viceguverernera (koliko ih samo još ima?!) teško mogao okvalificirati kao 'dođe glave'. Pozicije ga je stajalo pogodovanje investitorima u vjetroparku Krš-Pađene, točnije Domagoj Validžić, jedan od osumnjičenika u aferi, ujedno i bivši Ćorićev pomoćnik. Zakucao ga je slučaj dodjele koncesije za solinsku hidroelektranu tvrtki koja se bavila – zaštitarstvom!

Njegov je prethodnik Darko Horvat - podsjeća Lider - također odletio zbog afere, samo što se ona kuloarski zvala 'po babi i po stričevima', i to zbog zloporabe položaja za nezakonite isplate potpora. Oba slučaja uvezuje sada već slavna Josipa Rimac. Iako je ministar tvrdio da će afera poprimiti 'žensko ime' (preusmjeravajući cijelu stvar na Rimac i tadašnju pomoćnicu Anu Mandac), i iako vjerojatno od optužbe neće biti ništa (ili barem od osude), ostat će zabilježena mrlja u ministarskoj karijeri.

Njegova se, pak, prethodnica Martina Dalić 'preusmjerila' na čelnu poziciju Podravke (s određenom pauzom kako bi se utišale negativne strelice zbog Lex Agrokor i afere Hotmail). Rehabilitaciji je, bez sumnje, pridonijela i njena knjiga 'Agrokor: slom ortačkog kapitalizma'.

Njenog je prethodnika, Mostovog Tomislava Panenića pratila afera stiropor, ali i prešutno odobrenje štetnog poslovanja Narodnih Novina s HNS-om. No, kako je bio ministar u tehničkoj vladi, dulje trajanje na toj poziciji nije ni bilo očekivano.

Iako je njegov prethodnik Ivan Vrdoljak u SDP-ovoj Vladi izdržao cijeli mandat, njegova je vladavina sve prije nego li 'čista'. Mandat su mu obilježile mrlje od nepravilnosti u dodjeli bespovratnih sredstava u ministarstvu, prijetnji članu NE Krško, pa sve do ugradnje razdjelnika.

Damir Polančec, iz Vlade prije Milanovićeve, odletio je zbog afere Spice (pokušaj preuzimanja Podravke tvrtkinim novcem). Doduše, desetljeće poslije oslobođen je optužbi, no oslobađajuća presuda potvrda je samo umješnosti odvjetnika, ne i pobjede pravde.

Već samo ovih nekoliko imena pokazuje kako je baš ta ministarska fotelja ukleta. Ili su nekom čudnom svemirskom konicidencijom baš za tu poziciju odabirani ljudi labava morala ili je pekmez kojim se premazuju gospodarski poslovi tako sladak. Jer, kako drukčije objasniti da su, primjerice, ministri financija znatno otporniji i izdržljiviji?

No, Josip Tica, profesor sa zagrebačkog Ekonomkog fakulteta kaže kako ni oko financ-ministarske pozicije nije uvijek bilo mirno - ministra Linića naslijedio je ministar Lalovac u istome mandatu, ministra Šukera naslijedila je Martina Dalić.

- Zbog ministra Marića došlo je do izbacivanja Mosta iz koalicije i ulaska HNS-a. U devedestima se dogodila rotacija ministar Škegro - ministar Prka dok je trenutni ministar financija prije izuzeće nego li pravilo. Kod drugih je ministarstava bilo i podjela ingerencija između energetike, imovine i gospodarstva, pa je bilo podosta rotacija, teško je to sve pratiti. Možda je problem što sada zbog važnosti energetike, EU fondova i obnove ima neuobičajeno puno posla u navedenim ministarstvima i za pretpostaviti je da se traže malo složenije kompetencije, pa utoliko i dolazi do 'zamora' materijala – kaže Tica, piše Lider.

Čak 12 premijera, 15 sastava Vlada, 21 ministar gospodarstva od osamostaljenja! Gospodarski je ministar Tomislav Ćorić, izgleda, samo posljednji u nizu nedovršenoga mandata. Doduše, u raznim je ministarstvima odradio i više od četiri godine (2016. postao je ministrom rada i mirovinskoga sustava, već 2017. ministrom zaštite okoliša i energetike, a od 2020. ministrom gospodarstva). No, čini se da ih baš gospodarsko ministarska pozicija dođe glave, piše Gordana Gelenčer u Lideru.

Iako bi se prelazak u HNB, u fotelju viceguverernera (koliko ih samo još ima?!) teško mogao okvalificirati kao 'dođe glave'. Pozicije ga je stajalo pogodovanje investitorima u vjetroparku Krš-Pađene, točnije Domagoj Validžić, jedan od osumnjičenika u aferi, ujedno i bivši Ćorićev pomoćnik. Zaku...
