Česte su ovih dana paralele Zelenski – Putin, Tito – Staljin. I svi se vraćaju na to Brozovo "odlučno ne" Josifu Visarionoviču iz 1948. godine, ne spominjući da su nesuglasice između dvaju vođa počele puno ranije.

Tito je još u proljeće 1942. imao problema s Moskvom i Kominternom jer mu nisu odgovarali na vapaje za pomoć. Tražio je oružje i odjeću, obećavao Sovjetima mobilizaciju još sto tisuća partizana, ali Staljin ga nije obadavao ni za suhu šljivu. Isuviše je bio zauzet suradnjom sa svojim zapadnim saveznicima. Dapače, plašio se da bi Churchilla mogao uznemiriti jedan tako snažan pokret na Sredozemlju kakav je bio Titov, jer se britanski premijer smrtno plašio širenja komunizma Europom.

Staljin je tada bio na pozicijama bliskim Londonu, gdje se skrivala Karađorđevićeva vlada. Neka Tito okupi sve antifašiste bez obzira na njihovo političko opredjeljenje, neka oformi snažnu frontu protiv Hitlera i Mussolinija, ali nikakvi planovi o mijenjanju društvenog sustava nakon rata i državnih institucija ne dolaze u obzir. 

No, odmah nakon trijumfalne pobjede, Tito je postupio potpuno drukčije. Sa svojom je Komunističkom partijom Jugoslavije kao ratni pobjednik ugrabio vlast, dapače, izbore pretvorio u farsu, a državu u jednopartijsku. A onda se drznuo suprotstaviti i samom Staljinu, koji onda nije bio ništa slabiji takmac Jugoslaviji od Putinove Rusije Ukrajini danas. Riskirao je da se na njega sruši sva oružana sila SSSR-a, računajući da bi se u obrani Jugoslavije, za koju su mnogi imali simpatije i na Zapadu, mogli na koncu uključiti i Amerikanci, Britanci i njihovi saveznici. No do tada je trebalo izdržati, a povijest je pokazala da je Drugu Starom to uspjelo, pa je na temelju te i takve politike poslije uspostavio Pokret nesvrstanih.

Kao što je Putin namjerio preko svojih vazala vladati svim državama bivšeg SSSR-a, koje su u njegovim očima tek formalno suverene i neovisne, tako su Staljin i aparat Centralnoga komiteta sovjetske Komunističke partije morali biti konzultirani u političkom i ideološkom pogledu o svim pitanjima. To je u praksi značilo da su sovjetski ambasadori u tim zemljama mogli bilo koga k sebi pozvati na razgovor, a to se prije svega odnosilo na sekretare centralnih komiteta, predsjednike vlada i ministre, pa im narediti kakvu politiku moraju voditi.

Toj se hegemoniji "starijeg brata", kako navode talijanski publicisti Luciano Doddoli i Manlio Maradei, jedini suprotstavio Josip Broz Tito. Na napade Staljina i Kominforma odgovorio je Peti kongres KPJ (21. – 28. srpnja 1948.). Tito je dobio bezrezervnu podršku, a oni koji mu je javno nisu dali ili se samo posumnjalo da rade za interese Moskve završili su u nemilosti generalnog sekretara KPJ. Broz i odani mu suradnici, za neposlušnike su Goli otok pretvorili u neku vrstu jugoslavenskoga gulaga.

Zbog svega toga, na Tita se počelo sa simpatijama gledati u Washingtonu i Londonu, ali su zahladnjeli odnosi sa svim zemljama istočnog bloka koje su se pokorile Kominterni, uključujući i bugarskog predsjednika Dimitrova, s kojim je Tito, neposredno nakon završetka rata, gajio iznimno prijateljske odnose. Razmišljalo se čak o ideji da Bugarska postane sedma jugoslavenska republika.

I Tito i Zelenski su se kockali s podrškom Zapada u borbi protiv sovjetskog/ruskog imperijalizma. Jugoslavenskom je predsjedniku u okolnostima hladnog rata to pošlo za rukom, a Zelenskom, koji vodi Ukrajinu u globaliziranom svijetu koji je puno više međuovisan nego je to bilo prije gotovo osamdeset godina – nije i neće. Ukrajinci će se batrgati iz zagrljaja ruskog medvjeda sami, ne zato jer nisu imali odlučnog i hrabrog vođu kao što je to 1948. za Jugoslavene bio Tito, već stoga jer su današnje geopolitičke okolnosti, ma koliko se na prvu činile sličnima onim nakon Drugog svjetskog rata, bitno različite.

Česte su ovih dana paralele Zelenski – Putin, Tito – Staljin. I svi se vraćaju na to Brozovo "odlučno ne" Josifu Visarionoviču iz 1948. godine, ne spominjući da su nesuglasice između dvaju vođa počele puno ranije.

Tito je još u proljeće 1942. imao problema s Moskvom i Kominternom jer mu nisu odgovarali na vapaje za pomoć. Tražio je oružje i odjeću, obećavao Sovjetima mobilizaciju još sto tisuća partizana, ali Staljin ga nije obadavao ni za suhu šljivu. Isuviše je bio zauzet suradnjom sa svojim zapadnim saveznicima. Dapače, plašio se da bi Churchilla mogao uznemiriti jedan tako snažan pokret na Sredozemlju kakav je bio Titov, jer se britanski premijer smrtno plašio širenja komunizma Europom.

Staljin je tada bio na pozicijama bliskim Londonu, gdje se skrivala Karađorđevićeva vlada. Neka Tito okupi sve antifašiste bez obzira na njihovo političko opredjeljenje, neka oformi snažnu frontu protiv Hitlera i Mussolinija, ali nikakvi planovi o mijenjanju društvenog sustava nakon rata i državnih institucija ne dolaze u obzir. 

No, odmah nakon trijumfalne pobjede, Tito je postupio potpuno drukčije. Sa svojom je Komunističkom partijom Jugoslavije kao ratni pobjednik ugrabio vlast, dapače, izbore pretvorio u farsu, a državu u jednopartijsku. A onda se drznuo suprotstaviti i samom Staljinu, koji onda nije bio ništa slabiji takmac Jugoslaviji od Putinove Rusije Ukrajini danas. Riskirao je da se na njega sruši sva oružana sila SSSR-a, računajući da bi se u obrani Jugoslavije, za koju su mnogi imali simpatije i na Zapadu, mogli na koncu uključiti i Amerikanci, Britanci i njihovi saveznici. No do tada je trebalo izdržati, a povijest je pokazala da je Drugu Starom to uspjelo, pa je na temelju te i takve politike poslije uspostavio Pokret nesvrstanih.

Kao što je Putin namjerio preko svojih vazala vladati svim državama bivšeg SSSR-a, koje su u njegovim očima tek formalno suverene i neovisne, tako su Staljin i aparat Centralnoga komiteta sovjetske Komunističke partije morali biti konzultirani u političkom i ideološkom pogledu o svim pitanjima. To je u praksi značilo da su sovjetski ambasadori u tim zemljama mogli bilo koga k sebi pozvati na razgovor, a to se prije svega odnosilo na sekretare centralnih komiteta, predsjednike vlada i ministre, pa im narediti kakvu politiku moraju voditi.

Toj se hegemoniji "starijeg brata", kako navode talijanski publicisti Luciano Doddoli i Manlio Maradei, jedini suprotstavio Josip Broz Tito. Na napade Staljina i Kominforma odgovorio je Peti kongres KPJ (21. – 28. srpnja 1948.). Tito je dobio bezrezervnu podršku, a oni koji mu je javno nisu dali ili se samo posumnjalo da rade za interese Moskve završili su u nemilosti generalnog sekretara KPJ. Broz i odani mu suradnici, za neposlušnike su Goli otok pretvorili u neku vrstu jugoslavenskoga gulaga.

Zbog svega toga, na Tita se počelo sa simpatijama gledati u Washingtonu i Londonu, ali su zahladnjeli odnosi sa svim zemljama istočnog bloka koje su se pokorile Kominterni, uključujući i bugarskog predsjednika Dimitrova, s kojim je Tito, neposredno nakon završetka rata, gajio iznimno prijateljske odnose. Razmišljalo se čak o ideji da Bugarska postane sedma jugoslavenska republika.

I Tito i Zelenski su se kockali s podrškom Zapada u borbi protiv sovjetskog/ruskog imperijalizma. Jugoslavenskom je predsjedniku u okolnostima hladnog rata to pošlo za rukom, a Zelenskom, koji vodi Ukrajinu u globaliziranom svijetu koji je puno više međuovisan nego je to bilo prije gotovo osamdeset godina – nije i neće. Ukrajinci će se batrgati iz zagrljaja ruskog medvjeda sami, ne zato jer nisu imali odlučnog i hrabrog vođu kao što je to 1948. za Jugoslavene bio Tito, već stoga jer su današnje geopolitičke okolnosti, ma koliko se na prvu činile sličnima onim nakon Drugog svjetskog rata, bitno različite.

Česte su ovih dana paralele Zelenski – Putin, Tito – Staljin. I svi se vraćaju na to Brozovo "odlučno ne" Josifu Visarionoviču iz 1948. godine, ne spominjući da su nesuglasice između dvaju vođa počele puno ranije.

Tito je još u proljeće 1942. imao problema s Moskvom i Kominternom jer mu nisu odgovarali na vapaje za pomoć. Tražio je oružje i odjeću, obećavao Sovjetima mobilizaciju još sto tisuća partizana, ali Staljin ga nije obadavao ni za suhu šljivu. Isuviše je bio zauzet suradnjom sa svojim zapadnim saveznicima. Dapače, plašio se da bi Churchilla mogao uznemiriti jedan tako snažan pokret na Sredozemlju kakav je bio Titov, jer se britanski premijer smrtno plašio širenja komunizma Europom.

Staljin je tada bio na pozicijama bliskim Londonu, gdje se skrivala ...
