Dužnici s malih dugovima što ne prelaze 1327 eura ili nekadašnjih 10.000 kuna najviše duguju telekomima, a veliki s neplaćenim obvezama što premašuju 13.272 eura ili 100 tisuća kuna najviše duguju bankama. Građani čiji su računi blokirani kod Financijske agencije (Fina) na iznose između malih i velikih dugova, od 1327 eura do 13.272 eura, najviše neplaćenih računa imaju prema središnjem proračunu, gradovima, županijama i općinama.

Dužnici s malim dugovima blokirani su kod Fine na prosječno po 523 eura, njih gotovo 91 tisuću nije platilo 48 milijuna eura duga, i to najviše 12,3 milijuna eura potražuju od njih tvrtke s područja informacija i telekomunikacija. Dužnika s velikim dugovima je najmanje, njih 33 tisuće nije platilo 1,8 milijardi eura računa, a u moru tih blokada najviše je onih financijskog sektora, gotovo 589 milijuna eura. Njihov prosječni dug iznosi po 54.580 eura, ali većina duguje manje jer im se dugovanja kreću od 13.272 eura do 132.723 eura. Tako više od milijun kuna dugovanja imaju 1462 potrošača, koji su tako nataložili 877,6 milijuna eura blokada.

Najviše je dužnika, više od 102 tisuće potrošača, među onima koji na svojim blokiranim računima imaju od 1327 eura do 13.272 eura duga. Prosječno svaki takav potrošač duguje po 4894 eura te su nakupili 503,7 milijuna eura neplaćenih dugova, a najviše, gotovo 11 milijuna eura duguju državnom proračunu, gradovima, općinama i županijama.

Broj se smanjuje

Iz Financijske agencije kažu da se u ožujku popravilo stanje s nelikvidnim građanima jer se smanjio njihov broj na mjesečnoj i godišnjoj razini pa ih je 5,5 posto manje nego prije godinu dana, a pali su im i dugovi za 2,7 posto u odnosu na ožujak prošle godine. Broj potrošača s neplaćenim obvezama smanjio se za njih 13.265 na trenutačnih 226.900 na godišnjoj razini, a istovremeno je pao iznos duga s 2,42 milijarde eura na 2,35 milijardi eura.

No ta svota samo je glavnica duga kojoj treba pribrojiti i 849 milijuna eura kamata pa se ukupni dug građana penje na 3,2 milijarde eura, što je 99 milijuna eura manje nego prije godinu dana. Građani i dalje duguju golemu svotu koja za pet puta premašuje dugove svih poduzetnika koji ukupno imaju blokirane račune na 620 milijuna eura.

Udio duga potrošača prema bankama kao vjerovnicima krajem ožujka je, prema podacima koje je objavila Fina, bio 28,3 posto ili 665 milijuna eura, a prema svim financijskim institucijama udio duga je 32,7 posto, što je 770 milijuna eura.

Prema visini duga slijedi dugovanje prema središnjoj državi s udjelom od 20,8 posto ili 530 milijuna eura, prema potrošačima kao vjerovnicima s udjelom od 3,6 posto, osiguravajućim društvima 3,1 posto te prema tvrtkama u području informacija i komunikacija 2,2 posto, s tim da se veći dio toga duga odnosi na telekomunikacijske tvrtke kojima građani duguju 38 milijuna eura, što je 1,7 posto dugovanja. Građani gradovima, općinama i županijama duguju 41 milijun eura.

Iz Financijske agencije su nam na pitanje o vrstama dugovanja građana prema središnjoj državi odgovorili da raspolažu samo informacijom o iznosu duga koji je na kraju ožujka iznosio 530 milijuna eura.

- Što se dugovanja građana prema županijama, gradovima i općinama tiče, radi se o dugovima među kojima glavnina od 80 posto otpada na neplaćene komunalne naknade, neplaćene naknade za uređenje voda, neplaćeni porez na kuće za odmor i neplaćeni porez na plovila - rekli su nam iz Fine.

Najviše dužnika u Zagrebu

Inače se na trenutačnoj listi dužnika koju objavljuje Porezna uprava nalazi i više od 28 tisuća građana koji državi duguju više od 1990 eura. Njihov ukupni dug iznosi oko 557 milijuna eura, a radi se o neplaćenom PDV-u, porezu na dohodak i prirezu, doprinosima, trošarinama, carinama, koncesijama...

Iz Financijske agencije kažu da njihova analiza dospjelih neizvršenih osnova potrošača pokazuje da je, u apsolutnom broju, najviše dužnika i najveći iznos njihova duga u Zagrebu, u kojemu 45.890 ljudi ima nepodmirenih 717 milijuna eura glavnice. Drugi na toj listi je Split sa znatno manje blokiranih građana, njih 8349 zbog neplaćenih 98 milijuna eura glavnice duga.

Prema prosječnom iznosu duga, najviše je potrošača s evidentiranim neizvršenim osnovama za plaćanje u Makarskoj, njihov prosječan dug iznosi 24 tisuće eura, navode iz Financijske agencije, a ovaj grad već dugo drži prvo mjesto na toj listi 256 gradova. To i ne čudi jer je većina blokada na duge rokove, a dovoljno je da velik dug ima samo nekoliko dužnika od ukupno svega 804 blokirana Makaranina s ukupnim iznosom duga od 19 milijuna eura, pa da to osigura prvo mjesto cijelom gradu na dulji rok. Jer, radi se o prosječnom iznosu duga po stanovniku koji se računa tako da se dug dijeli po svakom od blokiranih stanovnika.

Makarsku slijede potrošači grada Rovinja s prosječnim dugom po svakom od njih od 19 tisuća eura, Ivanić Grada s dugom od 17 tisuća eura, grada Zagreba s dugom od 16 tisuća eura, Varaždina i Poreča s dugom od 15 tisuća eura te Šibenika i Samobora s dugom od 14 tisuća eura, dok su potrošači u preostalih 17 gradova s rang-liste u prosjeku dužni od 7000 eura potrošači grada Siska, Karlovca i Vukovara, do 12 tisuća eura potrošači Splita i Vinkovaca.

Dužnici s malih dugovima što ne prelaze 1327 eura ili nekadašnjih 10.000 kuna najviše duguju telekomima, a veliki s neplaćenim obvezama što premašuju 13.272 eura ili 100 tisuća kuna najviše duguju bankama. Građani čiji su računi blokirani kod Financijske agencije (Fina) na iznose između malih i velikih dugova, od 1327 eura do 13.272 eura, najviše neplaćenih računa imaju prema središnjem proračunu, gradovima, županijama i općinama.

Dužnici s malim dugovima blokirani su kod Fine na prosječno po 523 eura, njih gotovo 91 tisuću nije platilo 48 milijuna eura duga, i to najviše 12,3 milijuna eura potražuju od njih tvrtke s područja informacija i telekomunikacija. Dužnika s velikim dugovima je najmanje, njih 33 tisuće nije platilo 1,8 milijardi eura računa, a u moru tih blokada najviše je onih financijskog sektora, gotovo 589 milijuna eura. Njihov prosječni dug iznosi po 54.580 eura, ali većina duguje manje jer im se dugovanja kreću od 13.272 eura do 132.723 eura. Tako više od milijun kuna dugovanja imaju 1462 potrošača, koji su tako nataložili 877,6 milijuna eura blokada.

Najviše je dužnika, više od 102 tisuće potrošača, među onima koji na svojim blokiranim računima imaju od 1327 eura do 13.272 eura duga. Prosječno svaki takav potrošač duguje po 4894 eura te su nakupili 503,7 milijuna eura neplaćenih dugova, a najviše, gotovo 11 milijuna eura duguju državnom proračunu, gradovima, općinama i županijama.

Broj se smanjuje

Iz Financijske agencije kažu da se u ožujku popravilo stanje s nelikvidnim građanima jer se smanjio njihov broj na mjesečnoj i godišnjoj razini pa ih je 5,5 posto manje nego prije godinu dana, a pali su im i dugovi za 2,7 posto u odnosu na ožujak prošle godine. Broj potrošača s neplaćenim obvezama smanjio se za njih 13.265 na trenutačnih 226.900 na godišnjoj razini, a istovremeno je pao iznos duga s 2,42 milijarde eura na 2,35 milijardi eura.

No ta svota samo je glavnica duga kojoj treba pribrojiti i 849 milijuna eura kamata pa se ukupni dug građana penje na 3,2 milijarde eura, što je 99 milijuna eura manje nego prije godinu dana. Građani i dalje duguju golemu svotu koja za pet puta premašuje dugove svih poduzetnika koji ukupno imaju blokirane račune na 620 milijuna eura.

Udio duga potrošača prema bankama kao vjerovnicima krajem ožujka je, prema podacima koje je objavila Fina, bio 28,3 posto ili 665 milijuna eura, a prema svim financijskim institucijama udio duga je 32,7 posto, što je 770 milijuna eura.

Prema visini duga slijedi dugovanje prema središnjoj državi s udjelom od 20,8 posto ili 530 milijuna eura, prema potrošačima kao vjerovnicima s udjelom od 3,6 posto, osiguravajućim društvima 3,1 posto te prema tvrtkama u području informacija i komunikacija 2,2 posto, s tim da se veći dio toga duga odnosi na telekomunikacijske tvrtke kojima građani duguju 38 milijuna eura, što je 1,7 posto dugovanja. Građani gradovima, općinama i županijama duguju 41 milijun eura.

Iz Financijske agencije su nam na pitanje o vrstama dugovanja građana prema središnjoj državi odgovorili da raspolažu samo informacijom o iznosu duga koji je na kraju ožujka iznosio 530 milijuna eura.

- Što se dugovanja građana prema županijama, gradovima i općinama tiče, radi se o dugovima među kojima glavnina od 80 posto otpada na neplaćene komunalne naknade, neplaćene naknade za uređenje voda, neplaćeni porez na kuće za odmor i neplaćeni porez na plovila - rekli su nam iz Fine.

Najviše dužnika u Zagrebu

Inače se na trenutačnoj listi dužnika koju objavljuje Porezna uprava nalazi i više od 28 tisuća građana koji državi duguju više od 1990 eura. Njihov ukupni dug iznosi oko 557 milijuna eura, a radi se o neplaćenom PDV-u, porezu na dohodak i prirezu, doprinosima, trošarinama, carinama, koncesijama...

Iz Financijske agencije kažu da njihova analiza dospjelih neizvršenih osnova potrošača pokazuje da je, u apsolutnom broju, najviše dužnika i najveći iznos njihova duga u Zagrebu, u kojemu 45.890 ljudi ima nepodmirenih 717 milijuna eura glavnice. Drugi na toj listi je Split sa znatno manje blokiranih građana, njih 8349 zbog neplaćenih 98 milijuna eura glavnice duga.

Prema prosječnom iznosu duga, najviše je potrošača s evidentiranim neizvršenim osnovama za plaćanje u Makarskoj, njihov prosječan dug iznosi 24 tisuće eura, navode iz Financijske agencije, a ovaj grad već dugo drži prvo mjesto na toj listi 256 gradova. To i ne čudi jer je većina blokada na duge rokove, a dovoljno je da velik dug ima samo nekoliko dužnika od ukupno svega 804 blokirana Makaranina s ukupnim iznosom duga od 19 milijuna eura, pa da to osigura prvo mjesto cijelom gradu na dulji rok. Jer, radi se o prosječnom iznosu duga po stanovniku koji se računa tako da se dug dijeli po svakom od blokiranih stanovnika.

Makarsku slijede potrošači grada Rovinja s prosječnim dugom po svakom od njih od 19 tisuća eura, Ivanić Grada s dugom od 17 tisuća eura, grada Zagreba s dugom od 16 tisuća eura, Varaždina i Poreča s dugom od 15 tisuća eura te Šibenika i Samobora s dugom od 14 tisuća eura, dok su potrošači u preostalih 17 gradova s rang-liste u prosjeku dužni od 7000 eura potrošači grada Siska, Karlovca i Vukovara, do 12 tisuća eura potrošači Splita i Vinkovaca.
