Nakon A1, koji je svoje korisnike o poskupljenju usluge zbog usklađivanja s indeksacijom informirao dan nakon parlamentarnih izvora, još je jedan teleoperater donio odluku da će poskupiti svoje usluge, javlja Jutarnji list. 

Hrvatski Telekom jutros je tako dijelu korisnika poslao poruku kako od 1. srpnja povećava naknade fiksnih i mobilnih tarifa, paketa, usluga i opcija za 6,5 posto.

"Razlog povećanja cijena je usklađivanje s godišnjom prosječnom stopom inflacije za 2023. godinu. Ako imate ugovorene popuste na mjesečne naknade, u tom dijelu neće biti promjena, već popuste nastavljate koristiti prema inicijalno dogovorenim uvjetima", piše u nastavku poruke.

Inače, teleoperateri su se za ovu mogućnost izborili 2023. godine, nakon što im je Hrvatska regulatorna agencija za mrežne djelatnosti HAKOM dopustila da u svoje uvjete poslovanja unesu mogućnost da jednom godišnje svoje naknade usklade s prosječnom godišnjom inflacijom.

Loša vijest za korisnike je ta da je prošao rok u kojemu su mogli raskinuti ugovor bez plaćanje naknade, iako je upitno koliko njih bi to uopće odabralo s obzirom na to da su svi telekomi najavili povećanje naknada.

Naime, pravo na raskid ugovora bez naknade korisnici su imali u roku od dva mjeseca od obavijesti o izmjenama općih uvjeta poslovanja što znači da sada, kad operateri najavljuju poskupljenja, te opcije više nemaju.

A1 je korisnike o poskupljenju usluga obavijestio 18. travnja, a povećanje je iznosilo 6,9 posto.

Nakon A1, koji je svoje korisnike o poskupljenju usluge zbog usklađivanja s indeksacijom informirao dan nakon parlamentarnih izvora, još je jedan teleoperater donio odluku da će poskupiti svoje usluge, javlja Jutarnji list. 

Hrvatski Telekom jutros je tako dijelu korisnika poslao poruku kako od 1. srpnja povećava naknade fiksnih i mobilnih tarifa, paketa, usluga i opcija za 6,5 posto.

"Razlog povećanja cijena je usklađivanje s godišnjom prosječnom stopom inflacije za 2023. godinu. Ako imate ugovorene popuste na mjesečne naknade, u tom dijelu neće biti promjena, već popuste nastavljate koristiti prema inicijalno dogovorenim uvjetima", piše u nastavku poruke.

Inače, teleoperateri su se za ovu mogućnost izborili 2023. godine, nakon što im je Hrvatska regulatorna agencija za mrežne djelatnosti HAKOM dopustila da u svoje uvjete poslovanja unesu mogućnost da jednom godišnje svoje naknade usklade s prosječnom godišnjom inflacijom.

Loša vijest za korisnike je ta da je prošao rok u kojemu su mogli raskinuti ugovor bez plaćanje naknade, iako je upitno koliko njih bi to uopće odabralo s obzirom na to da su svi telekomi najavili povećanje naknada.

Naime, pravo na raskid ugovora bez naknade korisnici su imali u roku od dva mjeseca od obavijesti o izmjenama općih uvjeta poslovanja što znači da sada, kad operateri najavljuju poskupljenja, te opcije više nemaju.

A1 je korisnike o poskupljenju usluga obavijestio 18. travnja, a povećanje je iznosilo 6,9 posto.

Poskupljuje i ovaj teleoperater, pogledajte kakvu su poruku poslali korisnicima

Nakon A1, koji je svoje korisnike o poskupljenju usluge zbog usklađivanja s indeksacijom informirao dan nakon parlamentarnih izvora, još je jedan teleoperater donio odluku da će poskupiti svoje usluge, javlja Jutarnji list. 

Hrvatski Telekom jutros je tako dijelu korisnika poslao poruku kako od 1. srpnja povećava naknade fiksnih i mobilnih tarifa, paketa, usluga i opcija za 6,5 posto.

"Razlog povećanja cijena je usklađivanje s godišnjom prosječnom stopom inflacije za 2023. godinu. Ako imate ugovorene popuste na mjesečne naknade, u tom dijelu neće biti promjena, već popuste nastavljate koristiti prema inicijalno dogovorenim uvjetima", piše u nastavku poruke.

Inače, teleoperateri su se za ovu mogućnost izborili 2023. godine, nakon što im je Hrvatska regulatorna agencija za mrežne djelatnosti HAKOM dopustila da u svoje uvjete poslovanja unesu mogućnost da jednom godišnje svoje naknade usklade s prosječnom godišnjom inflacijom.

Loša vijest za korisnike je ta da je prošao rok u kojemu su mogli raskinuti ugovor bez plaćanje naknade, iako je upitno koliko njih bi to uopće odabralo s obzirom na to da su svi telekomi najavili povećanje naknada.

Naime, pravo na raskid ugovora bez naknade korisnici su imali u roku od dva mjeseca od obavijesti o izmjenama općih uvjeta poslovanja što znači da sada, kad operateri najavljuju poskupljenja, te opcije više nemaju.

A1 je korisnike o poskupljenju usluga obavijestio 18. travnja, a povećanje je iznosilo 6,9 posto.
