Zbilja sam mislila da sam davnih dana za sobom ostavila izlete u Graz i povratke kući s prtljažnikom punim kutija, no sad mi se sve više čini da sam se prevarila. Ta su mi se sjećanja svaki tjedan vraćala posljednja tri mjeseca, koliko sam pokušavala kupiti neku vitrinu u zagrebačkoj IKEA-i i koliko su mi je puta ugrabili pred nosom.

U fizičkoj je trgovini nema, a čekanje da je ugrabiš na internetu pokazalo se zahtjevnijim od pokušaja da kamerom ovjekovječiš Jetija. Da, da, odabrala sam i opciju da me mailom obavijeste kad vitrina napokon bude dostupna - no odabrali su to, očito, i mnogi puno brži od mene, pa mi je za kupovinu željenog artikla trebalo čak tri mjeseca. Uhvatila sam se u tom periodu kako intenzivno razmišljam potegnuti za namještajem do Austrije, gdje je, cijelo vrijeme dok je u Hrvatskoj vladala nestašica, na policama IKEA-e u Grazu bilo svega i svačega, piše u Jutarnjem listu.

Recimo, vitrina koju čekam mjesecima na austrijskim je stranicama stalno dostupna za dostavu. Normalno se mogu naručiti i crni Trones ormari za cipele, za koje bi mnogi Hrvati bili spremni založiti obiteljsko zlato. Ima na lageru i dnevni krevet Flekke, za kojim je u Hrvatskoj raspisana tjeralica, dostupna je i gaming stolica Huvudspelare, a novopečeni roditelji bez problema mogu naručiti dječju hranilicu Blames, koja je iz zagrebačke IKEA-e isparila.

Doista, trebalo mi je samo deset minuta istraživanja da, uspoređujući hrvatsku i austrijsku IKEA-u, shvatim kako su globalni problemi s opskrbom posebno izraženi na hrvatskom, a znatno manje na zapadnim tržištima, a shvaćaju to i brojni nezadovoljnici okupljeni u raznim grupama na društvenim mrežama posvećenima proslavljenom švedskom dizajnu. Nakon što su prvotno mjesecima uglavnom gunđali, sad se većina njih daje u akciju. Umjesto čekanja da namještaj stigne, aktivno se kupuju second-hand proizvodi, obavljaju se zamjene, organiziraju odlasci u Austriju, a začuđujući je broj entuzijasta koji u realtimeu dežuraju nad policama hrvatske trgovine pa u grupu dojavljuju kakvo je stanje na lageru s crnim ormarima Trones, da su pristigle police Billy, kakva je ponuda na odjelu “Kakvo je takvo je”...

Kao konačni dokaz da s tim hrvatskim tržištem nešto doista ne štima ovih se dana ne mogu načuditi posljednjoj IKEA-inoj mjesečnoj ponudi u kojoj doslovno nema niti jednog jedinog artikla iz trgovine namještajem, već se ona svodi na popust na pohani šnicl u restoranu te mesne okruglice, jednu tortu te roladice punjene bademom u njihovoj trgovini hranom. Ne čudi stoga što se sad mnogi među njima pitaju je li to uvod u zatvaranje zagrebačke IKEA-e i trebamo li strahovati da ćemo po omiljeni namještaj uskoro opet odlaziti u Austriju?

Kako su pojasnili iz zagrebačke IKEA-e, problemi koji trenutno postoje na tržištu posljedica su povećane potražnje građana za poboljšanjem života kod kuće te globalne situacije vezane uz kapacitet oceanskog prometa, a koji je pod pritiskom kontinuiranih poremećaja te zagušenja luka.

”Ti kontinuirani poremećaji stvorili su neravnotežu na ukupnom tržištu oceanskog teretnog prometa što rezultira i ograničenjima u poslovanju”, rekli su te dodali kako problem pokušavaju riješiti mjerama prioritizacije asortimana, ali i kupovinom vlastitih kontejnera te najmom dodatnih plovila. Nas je pak najviše zanimao taj nesrazmjer u dostupnosti robe na domaćem i austrijskom tržištu. Iz IKEA-e nam pojašnjavaju kako IKEA Hrvatska i IKEA Slovenija pripadaju dijelu tržišta IKEA Jugoistočna Europa, a koji još čine IKEA Srbija, Rumunjska i Ukrajina te da su izazovi na cijelom ovom tržištu isti kao i na bilo kojem drugom tržištu u svijetu.

”Razdoblja dostupnosti našeg asortimana mogu varirati te ovise o lokalnoj potražnji za određenim proizvodima. Svakako ćemo nastaviti poduzimati daljnje aktivnosti kako bismo povećali dostupnost proizvoda”, pišu iako ne odgovaraju na konkretno pitanje.

Ipak, umiruju sve one koji strahuju od zatvaranja. Kažu kako su u Hrvatskoj nedavno investirali više od 4 milijuna eura u robotski sustav za prikupljanje proizvoda koji služi za automatsko prikupljanje i pakiranje gotovo 50 posto asortimana.

”Sve ovo pokazuje da je tvrtki tržište u Jugoistočnoj Europi iznimno važno, a obustavljanje poslovanja ili zatvaranje robnih kuća u bilo kojoj od država unutar tog tržišta nije razmatrano”, poručili su. Robna kuća dakle opstaje, ali i dalje s nešto slabijim policama. Pa ćemo za namještajem, kao uostalom i za hranom i gorivom, uskoro sve češće preko granice, piše Jutarnji list.

Zbilja sam mislila da sam davnih dana za sobom ostavila izlete u Graz i povratke kući s prtljažnikom punim kutija, no sad mi se sve više čini da sam se prevarila. Ta su mi se sjećanja svaki tjedan vraćala posljednja tri mjeseca, koliko sam pokušavala kupiti neku vitrinu u zagrebačkoj IKEA-i i koliko su mi je puta ugrabili pred nosom.

U fizičkoj je trgovini nema, a čekanje da je ugrabiš na internetu pokazalo se zahtjevnijim od pokušaja da kamerom ovjekovječiš Jetija. Da, da, odabrala sam i opciju da me mailom obavijeste kad vitrina napokon bude dostupna - no odabrali su to, očito, i mnogi puno brži od mene, pa mi je za kupovinu željenog artikla trebalo čak tri mjeseca. Uhvatila sam se u tom periodu kako intenzivno razmišljam potegnuti za namještajem do Austrije, gdje je, cijelo vrijeme dok je u Hrvatskoj vladala nestašica, na policama IKEA-e u Grazu bilo svega i svačega, piše u Jutarnjem listu.

Recimo, vitrina koju čekam mjesecima na austrijskim je stranicama stalno dostupna za dostavu. Normalno se mogu naručiti i crni Trones ormari za cipele, za koje bi mnogi Hrvati bili spremni založiti obiteljsko zlato. Ima na lageru i dnevni krevet Flekke, za kojim je u Hrvatskoj raspisana tjeralica, dostupna je i gaming stolica Huvudspelare, a novopečeni roditelji bez problema mogu naručiti dječju hranilicu Blames, koja je iz zagrebačke IKEA-e isparila.

Doista, trebalo mi je samo deset minuta istraživanja da, uspoređujući hrvatsku i austrijsku IKEA-u, shvatim kako su globalni problemi s opskrbom posebno izraženi na hrvatskom, a znatno manje na zapadnim tržištima, a shvaćaju to i brojni nezadovoljnici okupljeni u raznim grupama na društvenim mrežama posvećenima proslavljenom švedskom dizajnu. Nakon što su prvotno mjesecima uglavnom gunđali, sad se većina njih daje u akciju. Umjesto čekanja da namještaj stigne, aktivno se kupuju second-hand proizvodi, obavljaju se zamjene, organiziraju odlasci u Austriju, a začuđujući je broj entuzijasta koji u realtimeu dežuraju nad policama hrvatske trgovine pa u grupu dojavljuju kakvo je stanje na lageru s crnim ormarima Trones, da su pristigle police Billy, kakva je ponuda na odjelu “Kakvo je takvo je”...

Kao konačni dokaz da s tim hrvatskim tržištem nešto doista ne štima ovih se dana ne mogu načuditi posljednjoj IKEA-inoj mjesečnoj ponudi u kojoj doslovno nema niti jednog jedinog artikla iz trgovine namještajem, već se ona svodi na popust na pohani šnicl u restoranu te mesne okruglice, jednu tortu te roladice punjene bademom u njihovoj trgovini hranom. Ne čudi stoga što se sad mnogi među njima pitaju je li to uvod u zatvaranje zagrebačke IKEA-e i trebamo li strahovati da ćemo po omiljeni namještaj uskoro opet odlaziti u Austriju?

Kako su pojasnili iz zagrebačke IKEA-e, problemi koji trenutno postoje na tržištu posljedica su povećane potražnje građana za poboljšanjem života kod kuće te globalne situacije vezane uz kapacitet oceanskog prometa, a koji je pod pritiskom kontinuiranih poremećaja te zagušenja luka.

”Ti kontinuirani poremećaji stvorili su neravnotežu na ukupnom tržištu oceanskog teretnog prometa što rezultira i ograničenjima u poslovanju”, rekli su te dodali kako problem pokušavaju riješiti mjerama prioritizacije asortimana, ali i kupovinom vlastitih kontejnera te najmom dodatnih plovila. Nas je pak najviše zanimao taj nesrazmjer u dostupnosti robe na domaćem i austrijskom tržištu. Iz IKEA-e nam pojašnjavaju kako IKEA Hrvatska i IKEA Slovenija pripadaju dijelu tržišta IKEA Jugoistočna Europa, a koji još čine IKEA Srbija, Rumunjska i Ukrajina te da su izazovi na cijelom ovom tržištu isti kao i na bilo kojem drugom tržištu u svijetu.

”Razdoblja dostupnosti našeg asortimana mogu varirati te ovise o lokalnoj potražnji za određenim proizvodima. Svakako ćemo nastaviti poduzimati daljnje aktivnosti kako bismo povećali dostupnost proizvoda”, pišu iako ne odgovaraju na konkretno pitanje.

Ipak, umiruju sve one koji strahuju od zatvaranja. Kažu kako su u Hrvatskoj nedavno investirali više od 4 milijuna eura u robotski sustav za prikupljanje proizvoda koji služi za automatsko prikupljanje i pakiranje gotovo 50 posto asortimana.

”Sve ovo pokazuje da je tvrtki tržište u Jugoistočnoj Europi iznimno važno, a obustavljanje poslovanja ili zatvaranje robnih kuća u bilo kojoj od država unutar tog tržišta nije razmatrano”, poručili su. Robna kuća dakle opstaje, ali i dalje s nešto slabijim policama. Pa ćemo za namještajem, kao uostalom i za hranom i gorivom, uskoro sve češće preko granice, piše Jutarnji list.
