O problemima potrošača s Hrvatskom poštom pisali smo u nekoliko navrata, no čitatelji nas stalno upozoravaju o novim slučajevima, mahom vlastitim neugodnim iskustvima. Kontaktirala nas je tako i Splićanka S.B. (točni podaci poznati redakciji) koja je u ožujku, posredstvom HP-a, nepokretnoj sestri u Nišu slala paket s prehrambenim proizvodima. Pošiljka u Srbiju nikad nije stigla, kao ni povrat novca za neisporučenu uslugu.
- Uopće ne mogu vjerovati da se sve ovo događa! Ovo je, dakle, moja priča: 14. ožujka dolazim u jednu splitsku poslovnicu Pošte s paketom kojeg trebam poslati u Srbiju. Budući da je paket težak, a tražim i dostavu na kućna vrata jer je moja sestra nepokretna, u Pošti mi zaračunavaju trošak od 320 kuna za uslugu slanja i isporuke.
I sama djelatnica na šalteru čudila se koliko to skupo ispadne, ali što ću....Da sam paket slala autobusom, došlo bi me najmanje dvostruko jeftinije, no zbog zdravstvenog stanja moje sestre to jedostavno nije bila opcija. Kako bilo, plaćam račun HP-u i oni otpremaju moj paket, bez ikakvih upozorenja o mogućim problemima - govori S.B.
Nakon desetak dana, kad je pošiljka već trebala stići na odredište, iz Hrvatske pošte zovu čitateljicu i govore joj da je paket stigao do Zagreba odakle će biti vraćen natrag u Split jer su granice sa Srbijom, uslijed epidemije koronavirusa, zatvorene.
- Bilo mi je, naravno, krivo jer sam se potrudila spakirati sve te silne stvari kako bih razveselila sestru koja je slabijeg imovinskog stanja, ali protiv "više sile" se ne može. Tražila sam od HP-a da mi vrate moje novce i bila sam, kao što vidite, prilično strpljiva, no sad mi je zbilja prekipjelo!
Prošla su tri i pol mjeseca, a ja još uvijek čekam svojih 320 kuna. To je četvrtina moje mirovine! S tim iznosom mogu živjeti najmanje pet dana, tako sam naučila... Iz Hrvatske pošte me, međutim, uporno ignoriraju. Gdje to ima da jednoj tvrtki platiš uslugu koja nikad ne bude isporučena, a svoj novac natrag ne dobiješ - ogorčena je čitateljica.
Što se točno dogodilo i zašto korisnica usluga HP-a ne može dobiti povrat sredstava, pitali smo nadležne u Hrvatskoj pošti. Od njih smo dobili prilično suhoparan odgovor.
- Uslijed izvanredne situacije uzrokovane virusom COVID-19 i zatvaranja granice sa Srbijom paket je 1. travnja vraćen gospođi S.B. Zahtjev za povrat sredstava trenutno je na razmatranju kod Povjerenstva za pritužbe potrošača pri Hrvatskoj pošti, te će korisnica u narednih nekoliko dana dobiti od nas službeni dopis - poručili su nam iz Ureda za korporativne komunikacije HP-a.
Podsjetimo kako prema Zakonu o zaštiti potrošača Povjerenstvo za reklamacije, kojeg je dužan imati svaki davatelj javnih usluga, na pisani prigovor korisnika mora odgovoriti najkasnije u roku od 30 dana. Nakon toga potrošač ima mogućnost i sudskim putem zatražiti zaštitu svojih prava. Svima je, naravno, u interesu da se spor riješi izvansudskim putem, no to, na žalost, nije uvijek moguće s obzirom na ignorantsko ponašanje davatelja javnih usluga prema korisnicima.

O problemima potrošača s Hrvatskom poštom pisali smo u nekoliko navrata, no čitatelji nas stalno upozoravaju o novim slučajevima, mahom vlastitim neugodnim iskustvima. Kontaktirala nas je tako i Splićanka S.B. (točni podaci poznati redakciji) koja je u ožujku, posredstvom HP-a, nepokretnoj sestri u Nišu slala paket s prehrambenim proizvodima. Pošiljka u Srbiju nikad nije stigla, kao ni povrat novca za neisporučenu uslugu.
- Uopće ne mogu vjerovati da se sve ovo događa! Ovo je, dakle, moja priča: 14. ožujka dolazim u jednu splitsku poslovnicu Pošte s paketom kojeg trebam poslati u Srbiju. Budući da je paket težak, a tražim i dostavu na kućna vrata jer je moja sestra nepokretna, u Pošti mi zaračunavaju trošak od 320 kuna za uslugu slanja i isporuke.
I sama djelatnica na šalteru čudila se koliko to skupo ispadne, ali što ću....Da sam paket slala autobusom, došlo bi me najmanje dvostruko jeftinije, no zbog zdravstvenog stanja moje sestre to jedostavno nije bila opcija. Kako bilo, plaćam račun HP-u i oni otpremaju moj paket, bez ikakvih upozorenja o mogućim problemima - govori S.B.
Nakon desetak dana, kad je pošiljka već trebala stići na odredište, iz Hrvatske pošte zovu čitateljicu i govore joj da je paket stigao do Zagreba odakle će biti vraćen natrag u Split jer su granice sa Srbijom, uslijed epidemije koronavirusa, zatvorene.
- Bilo mi je, naravno, krivo jer sam se potrudila spakirati sve te silne stvari kako bih razveselila sestru koja je slabijeg imovinskog stanja, ali protiv "više sile" se ne može. Tražila sam od HP-a da mi vrate moje novce i bila sam, kao što vidite, prilično strpljiva, no sad mi je zbilja prekipjelo!
Prošla su tri i pol mjeseca, a ja još uvijek čekam svojih 320 kuna. To je četvrtina moje mirovine! S tim iznosom mogu živjeti najmanje pet dana, tako sam naučila... Iz Hrvatske pošte me, međutim, uporno ignoriraju. Gdje to ima da jednoj tvrtki platiš uslugu koja nikad ne bude isporučena, a svoj novac natrag ne dobiješ - ogorčena je čitateljica.
Što se točno dogodilo i zašto korisnica usluga HP-a ne može dobiti povrat sredstava, pitali smo nadležne u Hrvatskoj pošti. Od njih smo dobili prilično suhoparan odgovor.
- Uslijed izvanredne situacije uzrokovane virusom COVID-19 i zatvaranja granice sa Srbijom paket je 1. travnja vraćen gospođi S.B. Zahtjev za povrat sredstava trenutno je na razmatranju kod Povjerenstva za pritužbe potrošača pri Hrvatskoj pošti, te će korisnica u narednih nekoliko dana dobiti od nas službeni dopis - poručili su nam iz Ureda za korporativne komunikacije HP-a.
Podsjetimo kako prema Zakonu o zaštiti potrošača Povjerenstvo za reklamacije, kojeg je dužan imati svaki davatelj javnih usluga, na pisani prigovor korisnika mora odgovoriti najkasnije u roku od 30 dana. Nakon toga potrošač ima mogućnost i sudskim putem zatražiti zaštitu svojih prava. Svima je, naravno, u interesu da se spor riješi izvansudskim putem, no to, na žalost, nije uvijek moguće s obzirom na ignorantsko ponašanje davatelja javnih usluga prema korisnicima.
