stdClass Object ( [id] => 179289 [title] => Mercator opet ide na prodaju [alias] => mercator-opet-ide-na-prodaju [catid] => 244 [published] => 1 [introtext] => [fulltext] => Nadzorni odbor skupine Pivovarna Laško (PL) dao je u četvrtak svoju suglasnost za novi pokušaj prodaje dionica Mercatora putem konzorcija tvrtki i banaka koje su vlasnici ukupno 55,92 posto dionica najvećeg slovenskog trgovačkog lanca.

Kako je nakon sjednice nadzornog odbora PL-a rekao njegov predsjednik Vladimir Malenkovič, u sadašnjem je trenutku teško najaviti kad će taj proces započeti jer suglasnost trebaju dati i drugi vlasnici dionica, a nije poznato ni kad će potpisati međusobni konzorcijski ugovor o prodaji.

Načelno, oni su već postigli dogovor da proces prodaje traje najviše devet mjeseci, te da postupak prikupljanja neobvezujućih ponuda ide preko londonske ING banke kao financijskog savjetnika koja je tu ulogu imala i prilikom pokušaja prodaje prošle godine.

Prema poznatom nacrtu ugovora, ugovorne stranke obvezale bi se da za vrijeme trajanja tendera neće samostalno prodavati ni mijenjati dionice Mercatora kojima raspolažu. Za sada nije poznato kad će taj ugovor potpisati.

U novoj konzorcijskoj prodaji Mercatora sudjelovat će uz skupinu PL još i Nova Ljubljanska banka (NLB), Nova Kreditna banka Maribor (NKBM), Gorenjska banka (GB), Prvi faktor-Faktoring Beograd, Abanka, Radenska, Banka Koper, Hypo banka, NFD 1 - dionički investicijski fond, Banka Celje, te financijski NFD Holding.

Slovenski mediji predviđaju da do objave tendera neće doći u ovoj godini, pri čemu podsjećaju na izjavu koju je medijima dao direktor Mercatora Tonija Balažica da za to po njegovoj ocjeni još nije pravo vrijeme budući da tvrtku koja je ove godine doživjela pad prodaje i opterećena je kreditima treba konsolidirati.

Kako je nakon sjednice nadzornog odbora PL-a rekao njegov predsjednik Vladimir Malenkovič, u sadašnjem je trenutku teško najaviti kad će taj proces započeti jer suglasnost trebaju dati i drugi vlasnici dionica, a nije poznato ni kad će potpisati međusobni konzorcijski ugovor o prodaji.

Načelno, oni su već postigli dogovor da proces prodaje traje najviše devet mjeseci, te da postupak prikupljanja neobvezujućih ponuda ide preko londonske ING banke kao financijskog savjetnika koja je tu ulogu imala i prilikom pokušaja prodaje prošle godine.

Prema poznatom nacrtu ugovora, ugovorne stranke obvezale bi se da za vrijeme trajanja tendera neće samostalno prodavati ni mijenjati dionice Mercatora kojima raspolažu. Za sada nije poznato kad će taj ugovor potpisati.

U novoj konzorcijskoj prodaji Mercatora sudjelovat će uz skupinu PL još i Nova Ljubljanska banka (NLB), Nova Kreditna banka Maribor (NKBM), Gorenjska banka (GB), Prvi faktor-Faktoring Beograd, Abanka, Radenska, Banka Koper, Hypo banka, NFD 1 - dionički investicijski fond, Banka Celje, te financijski NFD Holding.

Slovenski mediji predviđaju da do objave tendera neće doći u ovoj godini, pri čemu podsjećaju na izjavu koju je medijima dao direktor Mercatora Tonija Balažica da za to po njegovoj ocjeni još nije pravo vrijeme budući da tvrtku koja je ove godine doživjela pad prodaje i opterećena je kreditima treba konsolidirati.

Nadzorni odbor skupine Pivovarna Laško (PL) dao je u četvrtak svoju suglasnost za novi pokušaj prodaje dionica Mercatora putem konzorcija tvrtki i banaka koje su vlasnici ukupno 55,92 posto dionica najvećeg slovenskog trgovačkog lanca.
