Fortenova grupa je objavila ponudu za preuzimanje Mercatora, u kojoj nudi cijenu od 36 eura po dionici i plaćanje u gotovini, objavili su u srijedu slovenski mediji.

Fortenova od druge polovice travnja u svom vlasništvu ima 88,1 posto dionica slovenskog trgovačkog lanca, a u današnjem broju slovenskog dnevnika Delo objavila je ponudu za preuzimanje preostalih 724.764 dionice Mercatora koje nisu u njenom vlasništvu.

Cijena koju nudi Fortenova za dionicu Mercatora je 36 eura, što je za tri eura više od zadnje cijene od 33 eura po kojima se krajem prošlog tjedna trgovalo dionicama tog trgovačkog lanca na Ljubljanskoj burzi.

Neslužbena računica pokazuje da bi, ako bi svi preostali dioničari prihvatili ponudu, Fortenova preuzimanje Mercatora platila oko 26 milijuna eura.

Ponuda za preuzimanje vrijedi do uključivo 23. lipnja.

Fortenova nije postavila prag za uspjeh ponude, jer već ima udio veći od 50 posto u Mercatoru, prenose slovenski mediji.

U drugoj polovici travnja je s bivšeg Agrokora na Fortenova grupu prebačeno 69,57 posto dionica Poslovnog sistema Mercator, čime je Fortenova postala vlasnica 88,1 posto dionica Mercatora. Istodobno s tim se odvijao i proces refinanciranja Mercatorovog zaduženja kod 55 banaka od strane Fortenova grupe, u ukupnom iznosu od 385 milijuna eura.

Fortenova grupa je objavila ponudu za preuzimanje Mercatora, u kojoj nudi cijenu od 36 eura po dionici i plaćanje u gotovini, objavili su u srijedu slovenski mediji.

Fortenova od druge polovice travnja u svom vlasništvu ima 88,1 posto dionica slovenskog trgovačkog lanca, a u današnjem broju slovenskog dnevnika Delo objavila je ponudu za preuzimanje preostalih 724.764 dionice Mercatora koje nisu u njenom vlasništvu.

Cijena koju nudi Fortenova za dionicu Mercatora je 36 eura, što je za tri eura više od zadnje cijene od 33 eura po kojima se krajem prošlog tjedna trgovalo dionicama tog trgovačkog lanca na Ljubljanskoj burzi.

Neslužbena računica pokazuje da bi, ako bi svi preostali dioničari prihvatili ponudu, Fortenova preuzimanje Mercatora platila oko 26 milijuna eura.

Ponuda za preuzimanje vrijedi do uključivo 23. lipnja.

Fortenova nije postavila prag za uspjeh ponude, jer već ima udio veći od 50 posto u Mercatoru, prenose slovenski mediji.

U drugoj polovici travnja je s bivšeg Agrokora na Fortenova grupu prebačeno 69,57 posto dionica Poslovnog sistema Mercator, čime je Fortenova postala vlasnica 88,1 posto dionica Mercatora. Istodobno s tim se odvijao i proces refinanciranja Mercatorovog zaduženja kod 55 banaka od strane Fortenova grupe, u ukupnom iznosu od 385 milijuna eura.
