Na internetskoj stranici Eho servisa Zagrebačke burze objavljeno je da je zadarska Tankerska plovidba službeno objavila dobrovoljnu ponudu za preuzimanje dubrovačke Atlantske plovidbe. Također, u roku propisanom Zakonom o preuzimanju dioničkih društava, ponuditelj će objaviti ponudu za preuzimanje dubrovačkog brodarskog dioničkog društva.

U obavijesti se navodi kako Tankerska drži ukupno 1,350,332 redovnih dionica Atlantske na ime, serije A, što predstavlja 64,51 posto temeljnog kapitala dubrovačkog brodara, odnosno 64,65 posto od ukupnog broja glasova na Glavnoj skupštini Atlantske (s obzirom da AP trenutno drži 4429 vlastitih dionica).  Predmet ponude za preuzimanje su sve dionice AP na ime, serije A.

Podsjetimo, kako je Dubrovački vjesnik već pisao, Tankerska plovidba je u siječnju dobila zeleno svjetlo za preuzimanje Atlantske plovidbe nakon što je sudjelovanjem u lanjskoj dokapitalizaciji stekla 683 tisuće dionica i time povećala svoj udio na 39 posto. Cilj ponude bio je dostizanje dvotrećinske kontrole i spajanje ova dva hrvatska brodarska giganta.

Za preostale dionice Atlantske plovidbe ponuđena je cijena od 53,60 eura, identična cijenama novih dionica u dokapitalizaciji. Uprava Atlantske plovidbe i s njima povezane osobe prodale su krajem siječnja svoje dionice Tankerskoj plovidbi. Djelomično je tada na ponudu pristala i država preko Centra za restrukturiranje i prodaju (CERP).

Na internetskoj stranici Eho servisa Zagrebačke burze objavljeno je da je zadarska Tankerska plovidba službeno objavila dobrovoljnu ponudu za preuzimanje dubrovačke Atlantske plovidbe. Također, u roku propisanom Zakonom o preuzimanju dioničkih društava, ponuditelj će objaviti ponudu za preuzimanje dubrovačkog brodarskog dioničkog društva.

U obavijesti se navodi kako Tankerska drži ukupno 1,350,332 redovnih dionica Atlantske na ime, serije A, što predstavlja 64,51 posto temeljnog kapitala dubrovačkog brodara, odnosno 64,65 posto od ukupnog broja glasova na Glavnoj skupštini Atlantske (s obzirom da AP trenutno drži 4429 vlastitih dionica).  Predmet ponude za preuzimanje su sve dionice AP na ime, serije A.

Podsjetimo, kako je Dubrovački vjesnik već pisao, Tankerska plovidba je u siječnju dobila zeleno svjetlo za preuzimanje Atlantske plovidbe nakon što je sudjelovanjem u lanjskoj dokapitalizaciji stekla 683 tisuće dionica i time povećala svoj udio na 39 posto. Cilj ponude bio je dostizanje dvotrećinske kontrole i spajanje ova dva hrvatska brodarska giganta.

Za preostale dionice Atlantske plovidbe ponuđena je cijena od 53,60 eura, identična cijenama novih dionica u dokapitalizaciji. Uprava Atlantske plovidbe i s njima povezane osobe prodale su krajem siječnja svoje dionice Tankerskoj plovidbi. Djelomično je tada na ponudu pristala i država preko Centra za restrukturiranje i prodaju (CERP).

Tankerska poslala obavijest o namjeri dobrovoljnog preuzimanja Atlantske plovidbe

Na internetskoj stranici Eho servisa Zagrebačke burze objavljeno je da je zadarska Tankerska plovidba službeno objavila dobrovoljnu ponudu za preuzimanje dubrovačke Atlantske plovidbe. Također, u roku propisanom Zakonom o preuzimanju dioničkih društava, ponuditelj će objaviti ponudu za preuzimanje dubrovačkog brodarskog dioničkog društva.

U obavijesti se navodi kako Tankerska drži ukupno 1,350,332 redovnih dionica Atlantske na ime, serije A, što predstavlja 64,51 posto temeljnog kapitala dubrovačkog brodara, odnosno 64,65 posto od ukupnog broja glasova na Glavnoj skupštini Atlantske (s obzirom da AP trenutno drži 4429 vlastitih dionica).  Predmet ponude za preuzimanje su sve dionice AP na ime, serije A.

Podsjetimo, kako je Dubrovački vjesnik već pisao, Tankerska plovidba je u siječnju dobila zeleno svjetlo za preuzimanje Atlantske plovidbe nakon što je sudjelovanjem u lanjskoj dokapitalizaciji stekla 683 tisuće dionica i time povećala svoj udio na 39 posto. Cilj ponude bio je dostizanje dvotrećinske kontrole i spajanje ova dva hrvatska brodarska giganta.

Za preostale dionice Atlantske plovidbe ponuđena je cijena od 53,60 eura, identična cijenama novih dionica u dokapitalizaciji. Uprava Atlantske plovidbe i s njima povezane osobe prodale su krajem siječnja svoje dionice Tankerskoj plovidbi. Djelomično je tada na ponudu pristala i država preko Centra za restrukturiranje i prodaju (CERP).
