Zašto listopadni (u hrvatskom sportu) nerijetko i ishitreno, bez pravih razloga prozivaju zimzelene ili one koji su svojim trajanjem i uspjesima uvelike zadužili ne samo Lijepu našu, već i ostavili dubok trag na svjetskim sportskim usporednicama!? Povod za takvo pitanje je ne tako davni nekontrolirani i jednako neargumentirani napad Tomislava Dumančića, uspješnog dubrovačkog gospodarstvenika i predsjednika vaterpolista dubrovačkog Juga na Pericu Bukića, nekad najboljeg igrača svijeta. S neukusnim upletanjem Bukićeve obitelji. No, samo povod.
Samo su oni koje “krasi“ selektivno pamćenje zaboravili na koji je način osporavan povratak najboljeg svjetskog vaterpolskog trenera, Splićanina Ratka Rudića u hrvatski vaterpolo. Treba li podsjetiti koliko bi sportska riznica Lijepe naše bila siromašnija da Rudićev “comeback” nije oplođen trima zlatnim medaljama (olimpijsko, svjetsko, europsko)!? Kao najjasniji i najbolji odgovor Rudićevim protivnicima, koji su početkom ovog tisućljeća posezali za iracionalnim i nesportskim argumentima.
Nismo ni mi novinari bili baš kontrolirani u pojedinim trenucima, kad je riječ o hrvatskim sportskim legendama. Radije ne bismo spominjali ime priznatog televizijskog novinara, koji je zlorabio svoju više od desetljeća staru emisiju da bi ničim izazvan posegnuo za komentarom u stilu “Luka Modrić nije veliki domoljub. Njega zanima samo novac!“ A riječ je nogometašu, koji je, kako bismo kolokvijalno kazali, u financijskom smislu “pun ka oko”, no svejedno se u 36. godini uredno odaziva na Dalićeve pozive u reprezentaciju. Za razliku od nekih mlađih, koje zli jezici nikad nisu ni okrznuli. Uostalom, Modrić je prvi poslije Rusije predložio da nagradu za srebro dijele svi Vatreni jednako. Da isti iznos dobije i on, koji je podnio glavni teret, i igrači, koji su uglavnom grijali reprezentativnu klupu.
Nije nam ni na kraj pameti ulaziti u sudsku problematiku glede zadarskog “slučaja Gjergja”, no ne čini li vam se da su brojni (negativni) komentari morali imati barem minimalnu dozu obzira prema čovjeku, koji je duboko zagazio u deveto desetljeće života, a koji je, uz pokojnog Krešimira Ćosića, najzaslužniji za simpatičnu parolu iz dobrih, starih Jazina “da je Bog stvorija čovika, a Zadar košarku“!?
Kao da autor ovih redaka ne bi mogao izvuči iz naftalina neki ne baš simpatičan detalj iz doba kad je Dražen Petrović, pritisnut nemalim ambicijama, praktički pobjegao s Baldekina u Cibonu! No, zašto kvariti uspješnu i sentimentalnu priču o košarkaškom Mozartu mladim generacijama!? O sjajnom sportašu, koji je, kako je rečeno kod posmrtnog primanja sjajnog Šibenčanina u Kuću slavnih, “postao urbana legenda”. S tezom “da se sve pozitivno mjeri uspomenom na njega. I odnos prema radu, i pobjednički mentalitet i veličina u porazu”.
Za kraj smo ostavili “slučaj Sosa”. U nekoj od anketa više od 40 posto građana Hrvatske dalo je pravo mladom igraču, te se istodobno obrušilo na izbornika Dalića(i HNS). Kao još jedan dokaz tezi da smo spremni pljuvati po zimzelenima i zaslužnima na račun listopadnih, u ovom slučaju prezelenih. Kao da nam je Borna, a ne Zlatko omogućio nezaboravne trenutke ljeta 2018.
- Može bit da je lakše umrit nego ljudima reći oprosti!
Taj sjajni Gibonnijev stih pada nam napamet na kraju radnog naslova “listopadni kontra zimzelenih”. Uz napomenu da su Borna Sosa (javno) i Tomislav Dumančić (privatno) smogli snage za ispriku. Za razliku od Rudićevih nesuđenih krvnika.

Zašto listopadni (u hrvatskom sportu) nerijetko i ishitreno, bez pravih razloga prozivaju zimzelene ili one koji su svojim trajanjem i uspjesima uvelike zadužili ne samo Lijepu našu, već i ostavili dubok trag na svjetskim sportskim usporednicama!? Povod za takvo pitanje je ne tako davni nekontrolirani i jednako neargumentirani napad Tomislava Dumančića, uspješnog dubrovačkog gospodarstvenika i predsjednika vaterpolista dubrovačkog Juga na Pericu Bukića, nekad najboljeg igrača svijeta. S neukusnim upletanjem Bukićeve obitelji. No, samo povod.
Samo su oni koje “krasi“ selektivno pamćenje zaboravili na koji je način osporavan povratak najboljeg svjetskog vaterpolskog trenera, Splićanina Ratka Rudića u hrvatski vaterpolo. Treba li podsjetiti koliko bi sportska riznica Lijepe naše bila siromašnija da Rudićev “comeback” nije oplođen trima zlatnim medaljama (olimpijsko, svjetsko, europsko)!? Kao najjasniji i najbolji odgovor Rudićevim protivnicima, koji su početkom ovog tisućljeća posezali za iracionalnim i nesportskim argumentima.
Nismo ni mi novinari bili baš kontrolirani u pojedinim trenucima, kad je riječ o hrvatskim sportskim legendama. Radije ne bismo spominjali ime priznatog televizijskog novinara, koji je zlorabio svoju više od desetljeća staru emisiju da bi ničim izazvan posegnuo za komentarom u stilu “Luka Modrić nije veliki domoljub. Njega zanima samo novac!“ A riječ je nogometašu, koji je, kako bismo kolokvijalno kazali, u financijskom smislu “pun ka oko”, no svejedno se u 36. godini uredno odaziva na Dalićeve pozive u reprezentaciju. Za razliku od nekih mlađih, koje zli jezici nikad nisu ni okrznuli. Uostalom, Modrić je prvi poslije Rusije predložio da nagradu za srebro dijele svi Vatreni jednako. Da isti iznos dobije i on, koji je podnio glavni teret, i igrači, koji su uglavnom grijali reprezentativnu klupu.
Nije nam ni na kraj pameti ulaziti u sudsku problematiku glede zadarskog “slučaja Gjergja”, no ne čini li vam se da su brojni (negativni) komentari morali imati barem minimalnu dozu obzira prema čovjeku, koji je duboko zagazio u deveto desetljeće života, a koji je, uz pokojnog Krešimira Ćosića, najzaslužniji za simpatičnu parolu iz dobrih, starih Jazina “da je Bog stvorija čovika, a Zadar košarku“!?
Kao da autor ovih redaka ne bi mogao izvuči iz naftalina neki ne baš simpatičan detalj iz doba kad je Dražen Petrović, pritisnut nemalim ambicijama, praktički pobjegao s Baldekina u Cibonu! No, zašto kvariti uspješnu i sentimentalnu priču o košarkaškom Mozartu mladim generacijama!? O sjajnom sportašu, koji je, kako je rečeno kod posmrtnog primanja sjajnog Šibenčanina u Kuću slavnih, “postao urbana legenda”. S tezom “da se sve pozitivno mjeri uspomenom na njega. I odnos prema radu, i pobjednički mentalitet i veličina u porazu”.
Za kraj smo ostavili “slučaj Sosa”. U nekoj od anketa više od 40 posto građana Hrvatske dalo je pravo mladom igraču, te se istodobno obrušilo na izbornika Dalića(i HNS). Kao još jedan dokaz tezi da smo spremni pljuvati po zimzelenima i zaslužnima na račun listopadnih, u ovom slučaju prezelenih. Kao da nam je Borna, a ne Zlatko omogućio nezaboravne trenutke ljeta 2018.
- Može bit da je lakše umrit nego ljudima reći oprosti!
Taj sjajni Gibonnijev stih pada nam napamet na kraju radnog naslova “listopadni kontra zimzelenih”. Uz napomenu da su Borna Sosa (javno) i Tomislav Dumančić (privatno) smogli snage za ispriku. Za razliku od Rudićevih nesuđenih krvnika.
