Izvanraspravno vijeće Općinskoga suda u Splitu odbilo je danas prigovor obrane o osnovanosti optužnice kojom se bivšega direktora Nogometnog kluba Hajduka Fredija Fiorentinija i taj klub tereti da su neplaćanjem poreza i prireza oštetili državni proračun za više od devet milijuna kuna, doznaje se danas na tom sudu.
"Ta optužnica sada, nakon što je odbijen prigovor obrane, postaje pravomoćna i na temelju nje može početi suđenje optuženicima", rekla je danas za Hinu glasnogovornica Kaznenog odjela Općinskoga suda u Splitu Vedrana Šimundža-Nikolić.
Zbog prigovora Fiorentinijeve obrane na tu optužnicu, jučer je drugi put na splitskome Općinskom sudu odgođeno suđenje njemu i Hajduku na temelju prve optužnice Općinskoga državnog odvjetništva koja ih tereti da su oštetili državni proračun za gotovo 272 tisuće kuna.
Sutkinja Marina Boko rekla je jučer da je Fiorentinijeva obrana tražila spajanje dviju optužnica u jedan sudski postupak, ali ona to nije mogla učiniti prije nego što se razmotri prigovor njegove obrane na osnovanost druge optužnice koja ga tereti da je državni proračun oštetio za više od devet milijuna kuna.
Prvi put početak tog suđenja odgođen je 20. lipnja ove godine jer su optuženi i njegova obrana, osim spajanja dviju optužnica u jedan sudski postupak, tražili i dodatno vrijeme za pripremu.
Po prvoj optužnici Općinskoga državnog odvjetništva, podignutoj u srpnju 2011., Fiorentinija se tereti da je od 1. siječnja 2005. do 30. rujna 2005. kao direktor Hajduka isplaćivao naknade igračima i sportskim trenerima s kojima je taj klub imao zaključene profesionalne ugovore te stipendistima kluba, a da nije uplatio porez na dohodak i prirez, čime je državni proračun oštetio za 271.996 kuna.
Drugom optužnicom Fiorentinija se tereti da je kao direktor Hajduka od 1. siječnja do 30. rujna 2008. isplatio naknade četvorici bivših igrača s kojima je taj klub imao zaključene profesionalne ugovore, a na te ugovore nije obračunao i uplatio propisani porez na dohodak i prirez te doprinose za mirovinsko i zdravstveno osiguranje.
Po toj optužnici, na koju je obrana uložila prigovor o osnovanosti, a danas je odbijeni, državni proračun oštećen je za više od devet milijuna kuna.

Izvanraspravno vijeće Općinskoga suda u Splitu odbilo je danas prigovor obrane o osnovanosti optužnice kojom se bivšega direktora Nogometnog kluba Hajduka Fredija Fiorentinija i taj klub tereti da su neplaćanjem poreza i prireza oštetili državni proračun za više od devet milijuna kuna, doznaje se danas na tom sudu.
"Ta optužnica sada, nakon što je odbijen prigovor obrane, postaje pravomoćna i na temelju nje može početi suđenje optuženicima", rekla je danas za Hinu glasnogovornica Kaznenog odjela Općinskoga suda u Splitu Vedrana Šimundža-Nikolić.
Zbog prigovora Fiorentinijeve obrane na tu optužnicu, jučer je drugi put na splitskome Općinskom sudu odgođeno suđenje njemu i Hajduku na temelju prve optužnice Općinskoga državnog odvjetništva koja ih tereti da su oštetili državni proračun za gotovo 272 tisuće kuna.
Sutkinja Marina Boko rekla je jučer da je Fiorentinijeva obrana tražila spajanje dviju optužnica u jedan sudski postupak, ali ona to nije mogla učiniti prije nego što se razmotri prigovor njegove obrane na osnovanost druge optužnice koja ga tereti da je državni proračun oštetio za više od devet milijuna kuna.
Prvi put početak tog suđenja odgođen je 20. lipnja ove godine jer su optuženi i njegova obrana, osim spajanja dviju optužnica u jedan sudski postupak, tražili i dodatno vrijeme za pripremu.
Po prvoj optužnici Općinskoga državnog odvjetništva, podignutoj u srpnju 2011., Fiorentinija se tereti da je od 1. siječnja 2005. do 30. rujna 2005. kao direktor Hajduka isplaćivao naknade igračima i sportskim trenerima s kojima je taj klub imao zaključene profesionalne ugovore te stipendistima kluba, a da nije uplatio porez na dohodak i prirez, čime je državni proračun oštetio za 271.996 kuna.
Drugom optužnicom Fiorentinija se tereti da je kao direktor Hajduka od 1. siječnja do 30. rujna 2008. isplatio naknade četvorici bivših igrača s kojima je taj klub imao zaključene profesionalne ugovore, a na te ugovore nije obračunao i uplatio propisani porez na dohodak i prirez te doprinose za mirovinsko i zdravstveno osiguranje.
Po toj optužnici, na koju je obrana uložila prigovor o osnovanosti, a danas je odbijeni, državni proračun oštećen je za više od devet milijuna kuna.
