Kada god pomislimo da smo na našim ulicama vidjeli i doživjeli sve i da nas više ništa ne može iznenaditi, dogodi se situacija koja nas demantira.

Naša čitateljica nedavno je snimila gospođu koja nonšalantno preko Zapadne obale vozi quad. Pod ful opremom 'gazi' ona prema svome cilju, bez obzira na to što je cesta po kojoj bi se trebala kretati udaljena samo nekoliko metara od pješačke zone.

S obzirom na to da se radi o pješačkoj zoni koja pogotovo u sezoni vrvi pješacima kontaktirali smo Policijsku upravu splitsko-dalmatinsku. Zanimalo nas je kolika je predviđena kazna za ovakav prekršaj. 

- Vozač za kojeg policijski službenici utvrde da je upravljao vozilom u pješačkoj zoni, prekršajno se sankcionira sukladno Zakonu o sigurnosti prometa na cestama. Novčana kazna za ovu vrstu prekršaja je 500 kuna. U slučaju da građani uoče vozilo koje se kreće po pješačkoj zoni neka o tome obavijeste policiju, naveli su nam iz PU splitsko-dalmatinske.

Kada god pomislimo da smo na našim ulicama vidjeli i doživjeli sve i da nas više ništa ne može iznenaditi, dogodi se situacija koja nas demantira.

Naša čitateljica nedavno je snimila gospođu koja nonšalantno preko Zapadne obale vozi quad. Pod ful opremom 'gazi' ona prema svome cilju, bez obzira na to što je cesta po kojoj bi se trebala kretati udaljena samo nekoliko metara od pješačke zone.

S obzirom na to da se radi o pješačkoj zoni koja pogotovo u sezoni vrvi pješacima kontaktirali smo Policijsku upravu splitsko-dalmatinsku. Zanimalo nas je kolika je predviđena kazna za ovakav prekršaj. 

- Vozač za kojeg policijski službenici utvrde da je upravljao vozilom u pješačkoj zoni, prekršajno se sankcionira sukladno Zakonu o sigurnosti prometa na cestama. Novčana kazna za ovu vrstu prekršaja je 500 kuna. U slučaju da građani uoče vozilo koje se kreće po pješačkoj zoni neka o tome obavijeste policiju, naveli su nam iz PU splitsko-dalmatinske.
