Odluka o davanju suglasnosti Gradu Splitu za dugoročno zaduživanje kod Europske investicijske banke je na Plenkovićevoj Vladi, s obzirom na to da je zahtjev iz Splita prošao prvu stepenicu, a to je Ministarstvo financija.
Ovu informaciju doznali smo nakon što smo upitali Ministarstvo je li dalo suglasnost Gradu Splitu za dugoročno zaduživanje.
- Ministarstvo financija je Prijedlog odluke o davanju suglasnosti Gradu Splitu za zaduženje kod Europske investicijske banke uputilo Vladi RH na razmatranje i donošenje - odgovoreno nam je iz Ministarstva.
Naime, prema Zakonu o proračunu, kad je u pitanju dugoročno zaduživanje jedinica lokalne samouprave, prije nego se potpiše ugovor za kredit suglasnost mora dati Vlada RH, na prijedlog ministra financija.

Već nekoliko mjeseci Ministarstvo financija je pretresalo splitski projekt po kojem bi se Grad zadužio 150 milijuna eura, s tim da bi prva tranša bila 71 milijun eura. Gradsko vijeće je odluku o dugoročnom zaduživanju donijelo u lipnju ove godine, ali Grad nije odmah poslao dokumente Ministarstvu, nego je kako su nam tada rekli sustavno prikupljanu dokumentaciju poslao nakon ljeta u Zagreb.
Sada je na Vladi RH da donese odluku hoće li Puljak potpisati ugovor o najvećem kreditu u povijesti Splita. Dodajmo da Split nije jedini naš grad koji pretendira na kredit kod EIB-a. U srpnju 2023. je aplicirao Dubrovnik koji bi uzeo 70 milijuna eura. Dubrovački zahtjev je također odobrila Banka, ali ni oni još nisu potpisali ugovor.

Podsjetimo da gotovo čitavo vrijeme, otkad je donesena odluka Gradskog vijeća u lipnju, gradska vlast i politička oporba govore o kreditu Splita kao da ga je Grad već podignuo. Prvi se time hvale, drugi očajavaju i tvrde da je gradska vlast gurnula Split u dužničko ropstvo. Banka je 19. lipnja odobrila splitski zahtjev.

No, još uvijek nije potpisan ugovor s Gradom. A na svojim stranicama EIB se ograđuje s time što napominje da su sve informacije koje se mogu kod njih naći o projektima raznih gradova prije potpisivanja ugovora samo indikativnog karaktera, odnosno, da nisu službene informacije.
Gradska vlast je u proračun za 2024. uračunala sredstva od zaduživanja kao da je kredit već podignut. Dogradonačelnik Antonio Kuzmanić nam je odgovorio da je "pri kraju procedura davanja suglasnosti Vlade RH". Ukratko, to bi značilo da u Banovini očekuju kako će uskoro dobiti suglasnost Plenkovićeve Vlade za dizanje velikog dugoročnog kredita.

Odluka o davanju suglasnosti Gradu Splitu za dugoročno zaduživanje kod Europske investicijske banke je na Plenkovićevoj Vladi, s obzirom na to da je zahtjev iz Splita prošao prvu stepenicu, a to je Ministarstvo financija.
Ovu informaciju doznali smo nakon što smo upitali Ministarstvo je li dalo suglasnost Gradu Splitu za dugoročno zaduživanje.
- Ministarstvo financija je Prijedlog odluke o davanju suglasnosti Gradu Splitu za zaduženje kod Europske investicijske banke uputilo Vladi RH na razmatranje i donošenje - odgovoreno nam je iz Ministarstva.
Naime, prema Zakonu o proračunu, kad je u pitanju dugoročno zaduživanje jedinica lokalne samouprave, prije nego se potpiše ugovor za kredit suglasnost mora dati Vlada RH, na prijedlog ministra financija.

Već nekoliko mjeseci Ministarstvo financija je pretresalo splitski projekt po kojem bi se Grad zadužio 150 milijuna eura, s tim da bi prva tranša bila 71 milijun eura. Gradsko vijeće je odluku o dugoročnom zaduživanju donijelo u lipnju ove godine, ali Grad nije odmah poslao dokumente Ministarstvu, nego je kako su nam tada rekli sustavno prikupljanu dokumentaciju poslao nakon ljeta u Zagreb.
Sada je na Vladi RH da donese odluku hoće li Puljak potpisati ugovor o najvećem kreditu u povijesti Splita. Dodajmo da Split nije jedini naš grad koji pretendira na kredit kod EIB-a. U srpnju 2023. je aplicirao Dubrovnik koji bi uzeo 70 milijuna eura. Dubrovački zahtjev je također odobrila Banka, ali ni oni još nisu potpisali ugovor.

Podsjetimo da gotovo čitavo vrijeme, otkad je donesena odluka Gradskog vijeća u lipnju, gradska vlast i politička oporba govore o kreditu Splita kao da ga je Grad već podignuo. Prvi se time hvale, drugi očajavaju i tvrde da je gradska vlast gurnula Split u dužničko ropstvo. Banka je 19. lipnja odobrila splitski zahtjev.

No, još uvijek nije potpisan ugovor s Gradom. A na svojim stranicama EIB se ograđuje s time što napominje da su sve informacije koje se mogu kod njih naći o projektima raznih gradova prije potpisivanja ugovora samo indikativnog karaktera, odnosno, da nisu službene informacije.
Gradska vlast je u proračun za 2024. uračunala sredstva od zaduživanja kao da je kredit već podignut. Dogradonačelnik Antonio Kuzmanić nam je odgovorio da je "pri kraju procedura davanja suglasnosti Vlade RH". Ukratko, to bi značilo da u Banovini očekuju kako će uskoro dobiti suglasnost Plenkovićeve Vlade za dizanje velikog dugoročnog kredita.
