Na djelu je spirala poskupljenja. Nema toga što nije krešilo, jer kad energenti idu gore, nitko ne može biti pošteđen. Na sve se još nakalemila najveća inflacija od 1993., koju pogoni rat u Ukrajini, ali i refleksije korona-krize koja je u 2020. i 2021. paralizarala svjetsko gospodarstvo.

To na lokalnoj razini znači da manjka novca u općinskim i gradskim blagajnama. Tako je diljem Hrvatske. Splitska "Čistoća", primjerice, podigla je cijene za četrdesetak posto, skuplji su vrtići i jaslice, a sudeći po javnoj raspravi koju su organizirale gradske strukture, "buletu" će platiti i privatni iznajmljivači.

S dosadašnjih četrdeset eura, cijene za vlasnike apartmana u prvoj zoni, ako ovaj prijedlog stigne na Vijeće i dobije većinu glasova, skočile bi na 199 eura po krevetu godišnje. Stara gradska jezgra u kojoj bi se plaćao najveći iznos paušala odnosi se na Obalu Lazareta, Obalu hrvatskog narodnog preporoda, Trumbićevu obalu, Tomića stine, Ban Mladenovu, Bana Jelačića, Matošićevu ulicu, Ujevićevu poljanu, Porinovu, Trg Gaje Bulata, Sinjsku i Manušku poljanu, Zagrebačku ulicu te Poljanu kneza Trpimira.

Svi ostali splitski gradski kotarevi, osim spomenutih ulica u staroj gradskoj jezgri utvrđenih u I. zoni, plaćali bi otprilike 16 eura veći paušal po krevetu nego do sada, odnosno 66 eura.

Žrnovnica, Sitno Gornje, Sitno Donje i Srinjine nalaze se u kategoriji turističkih domaćinstava, gdje bi se umjesto 20 plaćalo 26 eura paušalnog poreza po krevetu, naravno, ako ovaj prijedlog s javne rasprave dobije potrebnu većinu i ne bude u međuvremenu ozbiljnije korigiran.

Poskupljenje vrtića prošlo je glatko zahvaljujući činjenici što na sjednici Gradskog vijeća Splita nije bilo prisutno troje vijećnika HDZ-a. Tada je SDP uskratio podršku Centru. Kako će se postaviti ovoga puta?

- Iskreno, ne znam, jer o tome još nismo raspravljali na tijelima stranke, no moje je osobno mišljenje da je povećanje poreza iznajmljivačima, nažalost, nužno. Niti znam koliko bi ono iznosilo ni koliko bi koga zahvatilo, ali sigurno je da ako do povećanja poreza dođe, jasno treba napraviti razliku između onih koji tu zarađuju ozbiljan novac i ljudi koji na taj način krpaju kućni budžet ili im je prihod od iznajmljivanja apartmana jedino od čega žive - kaže Davor Matijević, gradski vijećnik SDP-a.

U vrijeme vlasti Andre Krstulovića Opare (HDZ) pokušalo se isto, no tome se žestoko usprotivio tadašnji HDZ-ov koalicijski partner Kerumov HGS, kao i SDP. Očito je povećanje paušalnog poreza privatnim iznajmljivačima vruća tema, jer nužno izaziva polarizaciju u Splitu. Jedni su za to da se iznajmljivače bez milosti opali po džepu jer se radi o smiješnom porezu, a drugi tvrde da im se stalno nameću novi i novi nameti, da bi se uništila i ta branša koja od primanja Hrvatske u EU ima uzlazni trend.

Što o tome kaže Krešimir Budiša, koji je bio savjetnik gradonačelnika Andre Krstulovića Opare i praktički njegova desna ruka. Kako to da oni koji su tada bili protiv podizanja paušala, među ostalima i stranka Pametno, od kojih neki članovi danas čine i vladajući Centar, sada kane promijeniti mišljenje. 

Klub vijećnika SDP-a u splitskome Gradskom vijeću iz 2019. godine, uz potporu klubova vijećnika stranke Pametno i Mosta, tražio je tada održavanje tematske sjednice o visini paušalnog poreza po postelji za male iznajmljivače te da se taj iznos ne podiže s 300 na 750 kuna na području Splita. Kako to komentira Budiša?

- To je apsolutno licemjerno, tim više što smo mi tada predlagali duplo manje povećanje paušala za privatne iznajmljivače nego ovo o kojem se sada govori. A i argumenti su manje-više bili isti: više cijene smještaja, inflacija, kao i činjenica da je to najmanje oporezovana djelatnost. Također, pozivali smo se na činjenicu da Grad od turizma ne dobiva gotovo ništa, ako gledamo prihode koji se od turizma direktno slijevaju u gradsku blagajnu. Ispada tako da Grad živi samo od poreza na prihod i prireza te da se time financira i sve ono što Grad radi i u svrhu razvoja turizma, a od toga izravno nema koristi - rezolutan je Budiša.

Na djelu je spirala poskupljenja. Nema toga što nije krešilo, jer kad energenti idu gore, nitko ne može biti pošteđen. Na sve se još nakalemila najveća inflacija od 1993., koju pogoni rat u Ukrajini, ali i refleksije korona-krize koja je u 2020. i 2021. paralizarala svjetsko gospodarstvo.

To na lokalnoj razini znači da manjka novca u općinskim i gradskim blagajnama. Tako je diljem Hrvatske. Splitska "Čistoća", primjerice, podigla je cijene za četrdesetak posto, skuplji su vrtići i jaslice, a sudeći po javnoj raspravi koju su organizirale gradske strukture, "buletu" će platiti i privatni iznajmljivači.

S dosadašnjih četrdeset eura, cijene za vlasnike apartmana u prvoj zoni, ako ovaj prijedlog stigne na Vijeće i dobije većinu glasova, skočile bi na 199 eura po krevetu godišnje. Stara gradska jezgra u kojoj bi se plaćao najveći iznos paušala odnosi se na Obalu Lazareta, Obalu hrvatskog narodnog preporoda, Trumbićevu obalu, Tomića stine, Ban Mladenovu, Bana Jelačića, Matošićevu ulicu, Ujevićevu poljanu, Porinovu, Trg Gaje Bulata, Sinjsku i Manušku poljanu, Zagrebačku ulicu te Poljanu kneza Trpimira.

Svi ostali splitski gradski kotarevi, osim spomenutih ulica u staroj gradskoj jezgri utvrđenih u I. zoni, plaćali bi otprilike 16 eura veći paušal po krevetu nego do sada, odnosno 66 eura.

Žrnovnica, Sitno Gornje, Sitno Donje i Srinjine nalaze se u kategoriji turističkih domaćinstava, gdje bi se umjesto 20 plaćalo 26 eura paušalnog poreza po krevetu, naravno, ako ovaj prijedlog s javne rasprave dobije potrebnu većinu i ne bude u međuvremenu ozbiljnije korigiran.

Poskupljenje vrtića prošlo je glatko zahvaljujući činjenici što na sjednici Gradskog vijeća Splita nije bilo prisutno troje vijećnika HDZ-a. Tada je SDP uskratio podršku Centru. Kako će se postaviti ovoga puta?

- Iskreno, ne znam, jer o tome još nismo raspravljali na tijelima stranke, no moje je osobno mišljenje da je povećanje poreza iznajmljivačima, nažalost, nužno. Niti znam koliko bi ono iznosilo ni koliko bi koga zahvatilo, ali sigurno je da ako do povećanja poreza dođe, jasno treba napraviti razliku između onih koji tu zarađuju ozbiljan novac i ljudi koji na taj način krpaju kućni budžet ili im je prihod od iznajmljivanja apartmana jedino od čega žive - kaže Davor Matijević, gradski vijećnik SDP-a.

U vrijeme vlasti Andre Krstulovića Opare (HDZ) pokušalo se isto, no tome se žestoko usprotivio tadašnji HDZ-ov koalicijski partner Kerumov HGS, kao i SDP. Očito je povećanje paušalnog poreza privatnim iznajmljivačima vruća tema, jer nužno izaziva polarizaciju u Splitu. Jedni su za to da se iznajmljivače bez milosti opali po džepu jer se radi o smiješnom porezu, a drugi tvrde da im se stalno nameću novi i novi nameti, da bi se uništila i ta branša koja od primanja Hrvatske u EU ima uzlazni trend.

Što o tome kaže Krešimir Budiša, koji je bio savjetnik gradonačelnika Andre Krstulovića Opare i praktički njegova desna ruka. Kako to da oni koji su tada bili protiv podizanja paušala, među ostalima i stranka Pametno, od kojih neki članovi danas čine i vladajući Centar, sada kane promijeniti mišljenje. 

Klub vijećnika SDP-a u splitskome Gradskom vijeću iz 2019. godine, uz potporu klubova vijećnika stranke Pametno i Mosta, tražio je tada održavanje tematske sjednice o visini paušalnog poreza po postelji za male iznajmljivače te da se taj iznos ne podiže s 300 na 750 kuna na području Splita. Kako to komentira Budiša?

- To je apsolutno licemjerno, tim više što smo mi tada predlagali duplo manje povećanje paušala za privatne iznajmljivače nego ovo o kojem se sada govori. A i argumenti su manje-više bili isti: više cijene smještaja, inflacija, kao i činjenica da je to najmanje oporezovana djelatnost. Također, pozivali smo se na činjenicu da Grad od turizma ne dobiva gotovo ništa, ako gledamo prihode koji se od turizma direktno slijevaju u gradsku blagajnu. Ispada tako da Grad živi samo od poreza na prihod i prireza te da se time financira i sve ono što Grad radi i u svrhu razvoja turizma, a od toga izravno nema koristi - rezolutan je Budiša.
