Ibuprofen je jedan od najčešćih lijekova na tržištu, pa vjerojatno i sami trenutačno imate bočicu ili dvije ibuprofena u svojoj ladici s lijekovima, ako zatreba.

Ovaj lijek protiv bolova i protuupalno sredstvo prodaje se pod raznim brendovima, a široko se koristi za razne bolesti. Bez obzira imate li glavobolju ili groznicu, ibuprofen je obično rješenje za ljude koji se žele osloboditi bolova i "fibre".

Prema WebMD-u, ibuprofen je klasificiran kao nesteroidni protuupalni lijek - poznatiji kao NSAID. Djeluje tako što u organizmu blokira proizvodnju tvari koje uzrokuju upalu, i tako ublažava širenje bolova, oteklina ili groznice.

Budući da se većina oblika ibuprofena može kupiti bez recepta (kod nas npr. onaj od 200 i 400 miligrama), smatra se da je lijek siguran. Međutim, ibuprofen nije bez rizika - od kojih neki mogu biti opasni za život ako se na vrijeme ne uoče i ne liječe.

Pokazalo se da postoji više načina na koje organizam može negativno reagirati na ibuprofen, posebno ako ga se svakodnevno uzima u velikim dozama.

Bol u želucu

Jedna od najčešćih nuspojava koja dolazi svakodnevnim uzimanjem ibuprofena je bol u želucu. Još ako se ove tablete svakodnevno uzima natašte, budute sigurni da vam tijelo neće biti zahvalno.

Prema nekim izvorima, čak 50 posto ljudi koji su uzimali ibuprofen zbog bolova morali su odustati zbog bolova u trbuhu, proljeva i drugih probavnih problema koje im je lijek stvarao.

Ako ste primijetili blagu nelagodu nakon uzimanja ibuprofena natašte, moglo bi pomoći da uvijek nešto pojedete prije nego što uzmete lijek.

Međutim, ako ibuprofen uzrokuje bolove u želucu čak i kada se uzima zajedno s hranom, vjerojatno biste trebali razgovarati sa svojim liječnikom o alternativnim lijekovima ili znanstveno dokazanim prirodnim lijekovima.

Iako se ibuprofen prodaje bez recepta, ne biste ga trebali olako uzimati. Ako vam liječnik nije izričito rekao da uzimate određenu količinu svaki dan, najbolje se pridržavati onoga što se na bočici preporučuje. To je zato što je jedan od najvećih rizika svakodnevnog uzimanja ibuprofena povećani rizik od moždanog udara.

Rizik od moždanog

Prema klinici Mayo, nesteroidni protuupalni lijekovi povećavaju rizik od moždanog udara. Zbog toga je od iznimne važnosti uzimati samo onu količinu koja vam je potrebna - a posebno je važno pokušati ne uzimati lijekove svaki dan.

Iako je jasno da NSAID povećavaju rizik od moždanog udara, za sada nema jasnih odgovora zašto je to tako, ističu stručnjaci klinike Mayo.

Uzimanje ibuprofena svaki dan može negativno utjecati i na zdravlje bubrega.

Podsjetimo, bubrezi su izuzetno važan organ koji uklanja otpadne tvari iz tijela, a također oni proizvode važne hormone koji su našem organizmu nužni za normalno funkcioniranje. Stoga bi svatko trebao biti svjestan važnosti održavanja zdravlja bubrega.

A ako ga se predugo uzima u velikim dozama, može uzrokovati i ozbiljan srčani udar. Srećom, taj rizik nije toliko velik kad ste mladi i zdravi. Međutim, ako svakodnevno uzimate ibuprofen, još uvijek možete doživjeti srčani udar - čak i ako neprestano tražite načine kako svoje srce održati zdravim.

Prema iskustvu s klinike Mayo, ako imate kardiovaskularnu bolest (ili ako imate visok rizik od njezina nastanka), svakodnevno uzimanje NSAID-a moglo bi uvelike povećati šanse za srčani udar.

Ako redovito uzimate neki oblik ibuprofena i počnete primjećivati bolove u prsima ili otežano disanje, najbolje bi bilo da sa svojim liječnikom razgovarate o alternativnim lijekovima protiv bolova.

Ibuprofen je jedan od najčešćih lijekova na tržištu, pa vjerojatno i sami trenutačno imate bočicu ili dvije ibuprofena u svojoj ladici s lijekovima, ako zatreba.

Ovaj lijek protiv bolova i protuupalno sredstvo prodaje se pod raznim brendovima, a široko se koristi za razne bolesti. Bez obzira imate li glavobolju ili groznicu, ibuprofen je obično rješenje za ljude koji se žele osloboditi bolova i "fibre".

Prema WebMD-u, ibuprofen je klasificiran kao nesteroidni protuupalni lijek - poznatiji kao NSAID. Djeluje tako što u organizmu blokira proizvodnju tvari koje uzrokuju upalu, i tako ublažava širenje bolova, oteklina ili groznice.

Budući da se većina oblika ibuprofena može kupiti bez recepta (kod nas npr. onaj od 200 i 400 miligrama), smatra se da je lijek siguran. Međutim, ibuprofen nije bez rizika - od kojih neki mogu biti opasni za život ako se na vrijeme ne uoče i ne liječe.

Pokazalo se da postoji više načina na koje organizam može negativno reagirati na ibuprofen, posebno ako ga se svakodnevno uzima u velikim dozama.

Bol u želucu

Jedna od najčešćih nuspojava koja dolazi svakodnevnim uzimanjem ibuprofena je bol u želucu. Još ako se ove tablete svakodnevno uzima natašte, budute sigurni da vam tijelo neće biti zahvalno.

Prema nekim izvorima, čak 50 posto ljudi koji su uzimali ibuprofen zbog bolova morali su odustati zbog bolova u trbuhu, proljeva i drugih probavnih problema koje im je lijek stvarao.

Ako ste primijetili blagu nelagodu nakon uzimanja ibuprofena natašte, moglo bi pomoći da uvijek nešto pojedete prije nego što uzmete lijek.

Međutim, ako ibuprofen uzrokuje bolove u želucu čak i kada se uzima zajedno s hranom, vjerojatno biste trebali razgovarati sa svojim liječnikom o alternativnim lijekovima ili znanstveno dokazanim prirodnim lijekovima.

Iako se ibuprofen prodaje bez recepta, ne biste ga trebali olako uzimati. Ako vam liječnik nije izričito rekao da uzimate određenu količinu svaki dan, najbolje se pridržavati onoga što se na bočici preporučuje. To je zato što je jedan od najvećih rizika svakodnevnog uzimanja ibuprofena povećani rizik od moždanog udara.

Rizik od moždanog

Prema klinici Mayo, nesteroidni protuupalni lijekovi povećavaju rizik od moždanog udara. Zbog toga je od iznimne važnosti uzimati samo onu količinu koja vam je potrebna - a posebno je važno pokušati ne uzimati lijekove svaki dan.

Iako je jasno da NSAID povećavaju rizik od moždanog udara, za sada nema jasnih odgovora zašto je to tako, ističu stručnjaci klinike Mayo.

Uzimanje ibuprofena svaki dan može negativno utjecati i na zdravlje bubrega.

Podsjetimo, bubrezi su izuzetno važan organ koji uklanja otpadne tvari iz tijela, a također oni proizvode važne hormone koji su našem organizmu nužni za normalno funkcioniranje. Stoga bi svatko trebao biti svjestan važnosti održavanja zdravlja bubrega.

A ako ga se predugo uzima u velikim dozama, može uzrokovati i ozbiljan srčani udar. Srećom, taj rizik nije toliko velik kad ste mladi i zdravi. Međutim, ako svakodnevno uzimate ibuprofen, još uvijek možete doživjeti srčani udar - čak i ako neprestano tražite načine kako svoje srce održati zdravim.

Prema iskustvu s klinike Mayo, ako imate kardiovaskularnu bolest (ili ako imate visok rizik od njezina nastanka), svakodnevno uzimanje NSAID-a moglo bi uvelike povećati šanse za srčani udar.

Ako redovito uzimate neki oblik ibuprofena i počnete primjećivati bolove u prsima ili otežano disanje, najbolje bi bilo da sa svojim liječnikom razgovarate o alternativnim lijekovima protiv bolova.

Ibuprofen je jedan od najčešćih lijekova na tržištu, pa vjerojatno i sami trenutačno imate bočicu ili dvije ibuprofena u svojoj ladici s lijekovima, ako zatreba.

Ovaj lijek protiv bolova i protuupalno sredstvo prodaje se pod raznim brendovima, a široko se koristi za razne bolesti. Bez obzira imate li glavobolju ili groznicu, ibuprofen je obično rješenje za ljude koji se žele osloboditi bolova i "fibre".

Prema WebMD-u, ibuprofen je klasificiran kao nesteroidni protuupalni lijek - poznatiji kao NSAID. Djeluje tako što u organizmu blokira proizvodnju tvari koje uzrokuju upalu, i tako ublažava širenje bolova, oteklina ili groznice.

Budući da se većina oblika ibuprofena može kupiti bez recepta (kod nas npr. onaj od 200 i 400 miligrama), smatra se da je lijek siguran. Međutim, ibup...
