Ispijanje čaše vode sa sokom od limuna na glasu je kao čudotvorna metoda za koju se mnogi kunu da kožu čini ljepšom te da je korisna za zdravlje općenito. Spominje se da ta navika donosi mnoge dobrobiti za zdravlje, od čišćenja akni do jačanja imunološkog sustava zahvaljujući vitaminu C koji pomaže u borbi protiv sezonskih bolesti.

Kako bi provjerio sve te tvrdnje, novinar Insidera Gianluca Russo odlučio je upustiti se u izazov koji se sastoji u tome da se tjedan dana svako jutro natašte popije čašu vode sa sokom od limuna, piše Živim.hr. Evo što je zaključio.

Izazov: pijenje čaše vode s limunom svako jutro tjedan dana

Proces je bio jednostavan, svako jutro prije posla, negdje između 8 i 9 sati ujutro, pomiješao sam 2,5 dl vode sa sokom pola limuna. Neki recepti koje sam pronašao na internetu sugeriraju da je bolje ako je voda topla, no to služi samo za ublažavanje ne baš divnog okusa pa sam taj savjet preskočio.

Na dan završetka jednotjednog izazova, primijetio sam da je moja koža gotovo besprijekorna: bez prištića, bez masnih zona, bez crvenih mrlja. Otkrio sam i da mi je koža znatno mekša na dodir te da izgleda mnogo svjetlije nego inače. U stvari, pijenje vode s limunom prirodno je posvijetlilo i ujednačilo kožu mog lica.

Nekoliko dana nakon što sam prestao piti vodu s limunom svako jutro, otkrio sam da su se neke od akni koje sam prije imao, počele vraćati. Dakle, čini se da je istina da voda s limunom zaista čini čuda za kožu. Otkrio sam i da mi je pomogla u održavanju oralnog zdravlja.

Nažalost, proganja me loš zadah te su jutra za mene oduvijek bila problematična, a voda s limunom je i u tom slučaju popravila stvar. Limunska kiselina je očito pomogla u sprečavanju razmnožavanja bakterija u mojoj usnoj šupljini.

Osim toga, na kraju tog tjedna bio sam i znatno manje nadut nego inače. Nekolicina istraživanja upućuje na to da ova kombinacija djeluje kao prirodni dijuretik (pomaže u izlučivanju suvišne tekućine nakupljenje u tjelesnim tkivima), što bi moglo objasniti taj pozitivan trend.

Zaključak: izazov je poboljšao izgled moje kože, ali ostale dobrobiti je teško dokazati

Osim poboljšanog izgleda kože, svježijeg daha i manje nadutosti, nisam primijetio druge dobrobiti za zdravlje. Nisam se razbolio tijekom tjedna izazova pa možda to znači da je voda s limunom doista osnažila moj imunološki sustav ili pomogla mojim unutrašnjim organima, ali to je teško dokazati nakon ovako kratkog izazova.

S druge strane, nisam primijetio negativne učinke pijenja vode s limunom. Otkrio sam da svaki dan ujutro postajem brže žedan nego inače i ako ne bih utažio tu žeđ, u ustima bi mi ostao neki čudan okus.

Općenito, mislim da ću razmisliti o uklapanju vode s limunom u moju svakodnevnu rutinu. Dobrobiti za kožu su bile nepobitne i, iako sam možda bio žedniji nego inače, nema ništa lošeg u tome da unosim malo više tekućine i bolje hidriram tijelo, piše Živim.hr.

Ispijanje čaše vode sa sokom od limuna na glasu je kao čudotvorna metoda za koju se mnogi kunu da kožu čini ljepšom te da je korisna za zdravlje općenito. Spominje se da ta navika donosi mnoge dobrobiti za zdravlje, od čišćenja akni do jačanja imunološkog sustava zahvaljujući vitaminu C koji pomaže u borbi protiv sezonskih bolesti.

Kako bi provjerio sve te tvrdnje, novinar Insidera Gianluca Russo odlučio je upustiti se u izazov koji se sastoji u tome da se tjedan dana svako jutro natašte popije čašu vode sa sokom od limuna, piše Živim.hr. Evo što je zaključio.

Izazov: pijenje čaše vode s limunom svako jutro tjedan dana

Proces je bio jednostavan, svako jutro prije posla, negdje između 8 i 9 sati ujutro, pomiješao sam 2,5 dl vode sa sokom pola limuna. Neki recepti koje sam pronašao na internetu sugeriraju da je bolje ako je voda topla, no to služi samo za ublažavanje ne baš divnog okusa pa sam taj savjet preskočio.

Na dan završetka jednotjednog izazova, primijetio sam da je moja koža gotovo besprijekorna: bez prištića, bez masnih zona, bez crvenih mrlja. Otkrio sam i da mi je koža znatno mekša na dodir te da izgleda mnogo svjetlije nego inače. U stvari, pijenje vode s limunom prirodno je posvijetlilo i ujednačilo kožu mog lica.

Nekoliko dana nakon što sam prestao piti vodu s limunom svako jutro, otkrio sam da su se neke od akni koje sam prije imao, počele vraćati. Dakle, čini se da je istina da voda s limunom zaista čini čuda za kožu. Otkrio sam i da mi je pomogla u održavanju oralnog zdravlja.

Nažalost, proganja me loš zadah te su jutra za mene oduvijek bila problematična, a voda s limunom je i u tom slučaju popravila stvar. Limunska kiselina je očito pomogla u sprečavanju razmnožavanja bakterija u mojoj usnoj šupljini.

Osim toga, na kraju tog tjedna bio sam i znatno manje nadut nego inače. Nekolicina istraživanja upućuje na to da ova kombinacija djeluje kao prirodni dijuretik (pomaže u izlučivanju suvišne tekućine nakupljenje u tjelesnim tkivima), što bi moglo objasniti taj pozitivan trend.

Zaključak: izazov je poboljšao izgled moje kože, ali ostale dobrobiti je teško dokazati

Osim poboljšanog izgleda kože, svježijeg daha i manje nadutosti, nisam primijetio druge dobrobiti za zdravlje. Nisam se razbolio tijekom tjedna izazova pa možda to znači da je voda s limunom doista osnažila moj imunološki sustav ili pomogla mojim unutrašnjim organima, ali to je teško dokazati nakon ovako kratkog izazova.

S druge strane, nisam primijetio negativne učinke pijenja vode s limunom. Otkrio sam da svaki dan ujutro postajem brže žedan nego inače i ako ne bih utažio tu žeđ, u ustima bi mi ostao neki čudan okus.

Općenito, mislim da ću razmisliti o uklapanju vode s limunom u moju svakodnevnu rutinu. Dobrobiti za kožu su bile nepobitne i, iako sam možda bio žedniji nego inače, nema ništa lošeg u tome da unosim malo više tekućine i bolje hidriram tijelo, piše Živim.hr.

Ispijanje čaše vode sa sokom od limuna na glasu je kao čudotvorna metoda za koju se mnogi kunu da kožu čini ljepšom te da je korisna za zdravlje općenito. Spominje se da ta navika donosi mnoge dobrobiti za zdravlje, od čišćenja akni do jačanja imunološkog sustava zahvaljujući vitaminu C koji pomaže u borbi protiv sezonskih bolesti.

Kako bi provjerio sve te tvrdnje, novinar Insidera Gianluca Russo odlučio je upustiti se u izazov koji se sastoji u tome da se tjedan dana svako jutro natašte popije čašu vode sa sokom od limuna, piše Živim.hr. Evo što je zaključio.
