Dok druge vrste voća obiluju vodom što ih čini osvježavajućima, avokado uz vodu sadrži i značajnu količinu masti. Masnoće zasigurno nisu neprijatelj i bez njih, ne bismo funkcionirali. Ključ je u odabiru pravih vrsta masnoća, uključujući one koje se nalaze u orasima, maslinovom ulju, ribi, ali i u avokadu, piše Živim.

U jednom istraživanju znanstvenici su slijedili prehrambene navike ljudi koji su jeli avokado. Sudjelovalo je gotovo 18  tisuća ljudi te je utvrđeno da su oni koji su jeli avokado, bili mnogo zdraviji od onih koji su ga izbjegavali.

Avokado zaista može učiniti čuda za sve aspekte vašeg zdravlja i zato zaslužuje svoje mjesto na tanjuru. Ovo su samo neke od njegovih prednosti:

Dok druge vrste voća obiluju vodom što ih čini osvježavajućima, avokado uz vodu sadrži i značajnu količinu masti. Masnoće zasigurno nisu neprijatelj i bez njih, ne bismo funkcionirali. Ključ je u odabiru pravih vrsta masnoća, uključujući one koje se nalaze u orasima, maslinovom ulju, ribi, ali i u avokadu, piše Živim.

Svakodnevnim jedenjem avokada, konzumirat ćete bogat izvor masnoća, ali bez straha da ćete se udebljati. Bogat je mononezasićenim masnoćama, koje potiču zdravlje srce.

Ovo voće također nudi više od 14 minerala, esencijalnih aminokiselina, vlakana, vitamina B-kompleksa, vitamina K i još mnogo toga. Bez našeg zdravlja, nemamo puno, a kako bismo ga dugoročno zaštitili, trebamo se okrenuti uravnoteženoj, stabilnoj prehrani.

Iz avokada ne samo da dobivamo niz hranjivih tvari, već on pomaže i kod kontroliranja kolesterola. Tijekom vremena, nutrijenti koje se nalaze u avokadu pomoći će vam da se zaštitite od bolesti poput raka, bolesti srca, bolesti mozga, degenerativnih stanja oka i još mnogo toga.

U jednom istraživanju znanstvenici su slijedili prehrambene navike ljudi koji su jeli avokado. Sudjelovalo je gotovo 18  tisuća ljudi te je utvrđeno da su oni koji su jeli avokado, bili mnogo zdraviji od onih koji su ga izbjegavali.

Avokado zaista može učiniti čuda za sve aspekte vašeg zdravlja i zato zaslužuje svoje mjesto na tanjuru. Ovo su samo neke od njegovih prednosti:

1) Dobar je za zdravlje očiju

2) Pomažu kod gubitka težine

3) Regulira razinu šećera u krvi

4) Ima antikancerogeno i protuupalno djelovanje

Dok druge vrste voća obiluju vodom što ih čini osvježavajućima, avokado uz vodu sadrži i značajnu količinu masti. Masnoće zasigurno nisu neprijatelj i bez njih, ne bismo funkcionirali. Ključ je u odabiru pravih vrsta masnoća, uključujući one koje se nalaze u orasima, maslinovom ulju, ribi, ali i u avokadu, piše Živim.

Svakodnevnim jedenjem avokada, konzumirat ćete bogat izvor masnoća, ali bez straha da ćete se udebljati. Bogat je mononezasićenim masnoćama, koje potiču zdravlje srce.

Ovo voće također nudi više od 14 minerala, esencijalnih aminokiselina, vlakana, vitamina B-kompleksa, vitamina K i još mnogo toga. Bez našeg zdravlja, nemamo puno, a kako bismo ga dugoročno zaštitili, trebamo se okrenuti uravnoteženoj, stabilnoj prehrani.
