Ako ste mislili da su upozorenja o štetnosti ispijanja energetskih napitaka tek puko naklapanje, mišljenje bi vam mogla promijeniti ova priča. Američki mediji javljaju o iznenadnoj smrti 16-godišnjeg Davisa Cripea koja je uslijedila nakon što je u dva sata popio gazirani napitak, veliku kavu s mlijekom i limenku svog omiljenog energetskog napitka. Nakon što je to sve popio mladić je dobio srčanu artimiju s kobnim ishodom i umro u učionici svoje srednje škole u Columbiji u Južnoj Karolini.

Mrtvozornik Gary Watts rekao je za medije kako tinejdžer nije imao problema sa srcem te objasnio kako je fatalno bilo kratko vrijeme u kojem je konzimirao ogromnu količinu kofeina. Objasnio je kako zdrava odrasla osoba može dnevno unijeti oko 400 mg kofeina bez da osjeti štetne posljedice, ali nesretni mladić unio ga je oko 500 mg.

Davisovi roditelji poručili su drugim roditeljima da educiraju svoju djecu o opasnostima koje nosi konzumacija energetskih pića.

Ako ste mislili da su upozorenja o štetnosti ispijanja energetskih napitaka tek puko naklapanje, mišljenje bi vam mogla promijeniti ova priča. Američki mediji javljaju o iznenadnoj smrti 16-godišnjeg Davisa Cripea koja je uslijedila nakon što je u dva sata popio gazirani napitak, veliku kavu s mlijekom i limenku svog omiljenog energetskog napitka. Nakon što je to sve popio mladić je dobio srčanu artimiju s kobnim ishodom i umro u učionici svoje srednje škole u Columbiji u Južnoj Karolini.

Mrtvozornik Gary Watts rekao je za medije kako tinejdžer nije imao problema sa srcem te objasnio kako je fatalno bilo kratko vrijeme u kojem je konzimirao ogromnu količinu kofeina. Objasnio je kako zdrava odrasla osoba može dnevno unijeti oko 400 mg kofeina bez da osjeti štetne posljedice, ali nesretni mladić unio ga je oko 500 mg.

Davisovi roditelji poručili su drugim roditeljima da educiraju svoju djecu o opasnostima koje nosi konzumacija energetskih pića.
