Kao što je i ranije bila najavila, ministrica kulture i medija Nina Obuljen Koržinek je potpisala odluke kojima odbija potvrditi odluke o razrješenjima intendanata Hrvatskog narodnog kazališta u Splitu Srećka Šestana i Hrvatskog narodnog kazališta Ivan pl. Zajc u Rijeci Marina Blaževića.
Prema tome, u Splitu intendant Srećko Šestan ostaje na čelnom mjestu nacionalne kazališne kuće, a vršitelj dužnosti kojega je na zadnjoj sjednici imenovalo Gradsko vijeće, Vicko Bilandžić, neće moći preuzeti taj posao, nego će nastaviti raditi kao dramski umjetnik.
Nakon što je telefonski izvijestila gradonačelnike Splita i Rijeke te gradskim vijećima poslala odluku i službenom poštom, ministrica je o tome na konferenciji za medije obavijestila i javnost te objasnila razloge zbog kojih ne može prihvatiti odluke Gradskih vijeća o razrješenju intendanata prije isteka mandata, objavilo je ministarstvo.
Obuljen Koržinek je istaknula da su poslane odluke i obrazloženja Gradskih vijeća o razrješenju intendanata vrlo štura i neargumentirana, upozorivši na to da se posebno u predmetu HNK Split nije postupilo sukladno Zakonu o ustanovama kao niti Zakonu o kazalištima. Naglasila je da nedostaje precizno, konkretnim materijalnim dokazima pravno argumentirano obrazloženje, a odluka splitskog Gradskog vijeća nema čak ni obaveznu uputu o pravnom lijeku.
Ministrica je iskazala uvjerenje da bi ovako sročene Odluke u slučaju pokretanja sudskog postupka bile poništene, jer su manjkave i nisu sastavljene u skladu sa zakonom.

Između ostalog, iskazala je uvjerenje da njezina odluka štiti dignitet ne samo kazališta nego i donositelja odluka koji nisu postupili sukladno zakonu.
Srećko Šestan upravo je najavio novu sezonu i prvu premijeru, Čehovljeve "Tri sestre", i kaže da nastavlja raditi po utvrđenom planu.
Inače, kako zahtijeva pravna forma, ministrica se o odluci Gradskog vijeća koje je smijenilo Šestana trebala očitovati u roku od trideset dana, nakon što od Grada dobije službeni dokument. Očitovati se mogla pristankom na smjenu, šutnjom koja podrazumijeva da na smjenu pristaje, ili odbijanjem odluke. Dokument je primila u ponedjeljak, 3. listopada a očitovala se 7. listopada.
Srećko Šestan mirno je kazao da nastavlja raditi na realizaciji programa i drugim poslovima vezanim uz kazališnu kuću, kao što je veliki zahvat obnove fasade, jer je za sada uređeno samo pročelje.
Dodao je da se nada da ove sezone, u kojoj se nakon dvije godine ponovno prodaju pretplate, neće doći do poteškoća prouzročenih zdravstvenom situacijom.

Zapitali smo ga kako misli surađivati s Gradskim vijećem koje ga je smijenilo, ali odluku o smjeni ne može provesti.
- Ne vidim razloga za prepirke, poteškoće ili zastoje. Napokon, ne radi se ovdje o meni osobno nego o kazalištu i njegovom dignitetu te o našoj publici - ustvrdio je.
Inače, u tijeku je i natječaj za novog intendanta koji je raspisan 23. rujna i ostaje otvoren do 23. listopada.
Vicko Bilandžić je pak ovako komentirao najnovije okolnosti u teatru:
- Zahvalio bih još jednom Kazališnom vijeću HNK Split i Gradskom vijeću grada Splita na ukazanom povjerenju.
Ovaj očekivani rasplet za mene znači da izlazim iz stanja pripravnosti, a nastavljam s procesom prijave na natječaj za intendanta, za četverogodišnji mandat, kada se mjesto oslobodi.

Ravnatelji mandate trebaju odraditi do kraja
Ministrica je podsjetila da je već više puta u javnosti iskazala načelno protivljenje smjenjivanju intendanata i ravnatelja ustanova u kulturi prije isteka mandata ako nije došlo do teške povrede ili kršenja zakonskih odredbi, jer smatra da osobe koje su imenovane svoje mandate trebaju odraditi do kraja.
Naglasila je da u svom mandatu niti jednog ravnatelja ili ravnateljicu nije smijenila prije isteka mandata, bez obzira na to tko ih je od njezinih prethodnika imenovao, a oni koji su uspješno radili dobili su novi mandat.
Također je podsjetila na to da ne odustaje od načela da se upravljanje ustanovama u kulturi treba prije svega ocjenjivati prema rezultatima rada, programskim i financijskim podacima.

Kao što je i ranije bila najavila, ministrica kulture i medija Nina Obuljen Koržinek je potpisala odluke kojima odbija potvrditi odluke o razrješenjima intendanata Hrvatskog narodnog kazališta u Splitu Srećka Šestana i Hrvatskog narodnog kazališta Ivan pl. Zajc u Rijeci Marina Blaževića.
Prema tome, u Splitu intendant Srećko Šestan ostaje na čelnom mjestu nacionalne kazališne kuće, a vršitelj dužnosti kojega je na zadnjoj sjednici imenovalo Gradsko vijeće, Vicko Bilandžić, neće moći preuzeti taj posao, nego će nastaviti raditi kao dramski umjetnik.
Nakon što je telefonski izvijestila gradonačelnike Splita i Rijeke te gradskim vijećima poslala odluku i službenom poštom, ministrica je o tome na konferenciji za medije obavijestila i javnost te objasnila razloge zbog kojih ne može prihvatiti odluke Gradskih vijeća o razrješenju intendanata prije isteka mandata, objavilo je ministarstvo.
Obuljen Koržinek je istaknula da su poslane odluke i obrazloženja Gradskih vijeća o razrješenju intendanata vrlo štura i neargumentirana, upozorivši na to da se posebno u predmetu HNK Split nije postupilo sukladno Zakonu o ustanovama kao niti Zakonu o kazalištima. Naglasila je da nedostaje precizno, konkretnim materijalnim dokazima pravno argumentirano obrazloženje, a odluka splitskog Gradskog vijeća nema čak ni obaveznu uputu o pravnom lijeku.
Ministrica je iskazala uvjerenje da bi ovako sročene Odluke u slučaju pokretanja sudskog postupka bile poništene, jer su manjkave i nisu sastavljene u skladu sa zakonom.

Između ostalog, iskazala je uvjerenje da njezina odluka štiti dignitet ne samo kazališta nego i donositelja odluka koji nisu postupili sukladno zakonu.
Srećko Šestan upravo je najavio novu sezonu i prvu premijeru, Čehovljeve "Tri sestre", i kaže da nastavlja raditi po utvrđenom planu.
Inače, kako zahtijeva pravna forma, ministrica se o odluci Gradskog vijeća koje je smijenilo Šestana trebala očitovati u roku od trideset dana, nakon što od Grada dobije službeni dokument. Očitovati se mogla pristankom na smjenu, šutnjom koja podrazumijeva da na smjenu pristaje, ili odbijanjem odluke. Dokument je primila u ponedjeljak, 3. listopada a očitovala se 7. listopada.
Srećko Šestan mirno je kazao da nastavlja raditi na realizaciji programa i drugim poslovima vezanim uz kazališnu kuću, kao što je veliki zahvat obnove fasade, jer je za sada uređeno samo pročelje.
Dodao je da se nada da ove sezone, u kojoj se nakon dvije godine ponovno prodaju pretplate, neće doći do poteškoća prouzročenih zdravstvenom situacijom.

Zapitali smo ga kako misli surađivati s Gradskim vijećem koje ga je smijenilo, ali odluku o smjeni ne može provesti.
- Ne vidim razloga za prepirke, poteškoće ili zastoje. Napokon, ne radi se ovdje o meni osobno nego o kazalištu i njegovom dignitetu te o našoj publici - ustvrdio je.
Inače, u tijeku je i natječaj za novog intendanta koji je raspisan 23. rujna i ostaje otvoren do 23. listopada.
Vicko Bilandžić je pak ovako komentirao najnovije okolnosti u teatru:
- Zahvalio bih još jednom Kazališnom vijeću HNK Split i Gradskom vijeću grada Splita na ukazanom povjerenju.
Ovaj očekivani rasplet za mene znači da izlazim iz stanja pripravnosti, a nastavljam s procesom prijave na natječaj za intendanta, za četverogodišnji mandat, kada se mjesto oslobodi.

Ravnatelji mandate trebaju odraditi do kraja
Ministrica je podsjetila da je već više puta u javnosti iskazala načelno protivljenje smjenjivanju intendanata i ravnatelja ustanova u kulturi prije isteka mandata ako nije došlo do teške povrede ili kršenja zakonskih odredbi, jer smatra da osobe koje su imenovane svoje mandate trebaju odraditi do kraja.
Naglasila je da u svom mandatu niti jednog ravnatelja ili ravnateljicu nije smijenila prije isteka mandata, bez obzira na to tko ih je od njezinih prethodnika imenovao, a oni koji su uspješno radili dobili su novi mandat.
Također je podsjetila na to da ne odustaje od načela da se upravljanje ustanovama u kulturi treba prije svega ocjenjivati prema rezultatima rada, programskim i financijskim podacima.
