Dom za starije i teško bolesne osobe "Providenca", u kojem je izbio požar u nedjelju navečer te su dvije osobe smrtno stradale, radi od prošle godine.

Upravni odjel za zdravstvo i socijalnu skrb Splitsko-dalmatinske županije izdao je rješenje ovom objektu za rad 3. travnja 2019. godine, i to za smještaj 20 korisnika, a kao predstavnica doma stoji Anita Vrca, osoba koja je lani službeno evidentirana u registru za pružanje socijalnih usluga.

Riječ je o privatnom objektu koji je u proteklih nekoliko godina mijenjao nazive, zatvarao se pod čudnim okolnostima, te iznova otvarao pod novim nazivima. "Lazar", "Toleranca", sad "Providenca"... Teško je pohvatati tko je upravljao domom, tko ga sad vodi i kako, no nameće se pitanje kakvi su uopće uvjeti koje netko treba imati da bi otvorio dom za starije i nemoćne u privatnoj kući, tko to uopće kontrolira i kakva se skrb tu pruža.

Prema informacijama iz resornog ministarstva, objekt proteklih godina nije zadovoljavao minimalne tehničke uvjete za rad, pa je vlasnik morao staviti ključ u bravu. Sada, pak, objekt radi pod novom "upravom", navode iz Ministarstva.

– Obiteljski dom za starije "Providenca" u Dugom Ratu bavi se profesionalnim pružanjem socijalnih usluga od 20. travnja 2019. godine, nakon što je Splitsko-dalmatinska županija donijela Rješenje o ispunjavanju minimalnih uvjeta za pružanje usluge smještaja za 20 stalno smještenih korisnika. Odmah u svibnju prošle godine, Ministarstvo za demografiju, obitelj, mlade i socijalnu politiku je napravilo redovni nadzor, prilikom čega nisu utvrđene nepravilnosti u radu ustanove. Medijski napisi koji spominju nepravilnosti odnose se na ustanove koje su u prošlosti djelovale na toj istoj lokaciji, no koje su zatvorene i nemaju veze s trenutnim Obiteljskim domom za starije "Providenca" – kažu iz Ministarstva.

'Revizija zakonskih odredbi'

Pitali smo i županijski Upravni odbor za zdravstvo, socijalnu skrb i demografiju za mišljenje jer ipak su oni izdali licenciju za rad objekta.

– Rješenje je doneseno u upravnom postupku nakon izvršenog očevida i izrađenog zapisnika od strane našeg stručnog povjerenstva te nakon njegova izdavanja prestaje ovlast u postupanju nad radom obiteljskih domova od strane Splitsko-dalmatinske županije – poručili su nam iz kabineta župana.

Ovog su ponedjeljka u Dugi Rat poslani predstavnici Ministarstva u nadzor, te će se nakon završetka policijskog očevida znati više informacija što se točno dogodilo.

– Neovisno o tome što će očevid utvrditi, je li požar uzrokovala ljudska greška ili neki drugi faktor, Ministarstvo rada, mirovinskoga sustava, obitelji i socijalne politike će odmah početi s revizijom zakonskih odredbi ili podzakonskih akata koji se tiču kriterija za pružanje socijalnih usluga, kako bi oni bili stroži u dijelu koji se tiče sigurnosti objekata koji smještaju korisnike. U tim objektima su najčešće smještene osobe starije životne dobi ili ugrožene skupine društva, što stavlja pred nas dodatnu odgovornost da ih kao sustav zaštitimo – poručili su iz Ministarstva.

Dom za starije i teško bolesne osobe "Providenca", u kojem je izbio požar u nedjelju navečer te su dvije osobe smrtno stradale, radi od prošle godine.

Upravni odjel za zdravstvo i socijalnu skrb Splitsko-dalmatinske županije izdao je rješenje ovom objektu za rad 3. travnja 2019. godine, i to za smještaj 20 korisnika, a kao predstavnica doma stoji Anita Vrca, osoba koja je lani službeno evidentirana u registru za pružanje socijalnih usluga.

Riječ je o privatnom objektu koji je u proteklih nekoliko godina mijenjao nazive, zatvarao se pod čudnim okolnostima, te iznova otvarao pod novim nazivima. "Lazar", "Toleranca", sad "Providenca"... Teško je pohvatati tko je upravljao domom, tko ga sad vodi i kako, no nameće se pitanje kakvi su uopće uvjeti koje netko treba imati da bi otvorio dom za starije i nemoćne u privatnoj kući, tko to uopće kontrolira i kakva se skrb tu pruža.

Prema informacijama iz resornog ministarstva, objekt proteklih godina nije zadovoljavao minimalne tehničke uvjete za rad, pa je vlasnik morao staviti ključ u bravu. Sada, pak, objekt radi pod novom "upravom", navode iz Ministarstva.

– Obiteljski dom za starije "Providenca" u Dugom Ratu bavi se profesionalnim pružanjem socijalnih usluga od 20. travnja 2019. godine, nakon što je Splitsko-dalmatinska županija donijela Rješenje o ispunjavanju minimalnih uvjeta za pružanje usluge smještaja za 20 stalno smještenih korisnika. Odmah u svibnju prošle godine, Ministarstvo za demografiju, obitelj, mlade i socijalnu politiku je napravilo redovni nadzor, prilikom čega nisu utvrđene nepravilnosti u radu ustanove. Medijski napisi koji spominju nepravilnosti odnose se na ustanove koje su u prošlosti djelovale na toj istoj lokaciji, no koje su zatvorene i nemaju veze s trenutnim Obiteljskim domom za starije "Providenca" – kažu iz Ministarstva.

'Revizija zakonskih odredbi'

Pitali smo i županijski Upravni odbor za zdravstvo, socijalnu skrb i demografiju za mišljenje jer ipak su oni izdali licenciju za rad objekta.

– Rješenje je doneseno u upravnom postupku nakon izvršenog očevida i izrađenog zapisnika od strane našeg stručnog povjerenstva te nakon njegova izdavanja prestaje ovlast u postupanju nad radom obiteljskih domova od strane Splitsko-dalmatinske županije – poručili su nam iz kabineta župana.

Ovog su ponedjeljka u Dugi Rat poslani predstavnici Ministarstva u nadzor, te će se nakon završetka policijskog očevida znati više informacija što se točno dogodilo.

– Neovisno o tome što će očevid utvrditi, je li požar uzrokovala ljudska greška ili neki drugi faktor, Ministarstvo rada, mirovinskoga sustava, obitelji i socijalne politike će odmah početi s revizijom zakonskih odredbi ili podzakonskih akata koji se tiču kriterija za pružanje socijalnih usluga, kako bi oni bili stroži u dijelu koji se tiče sigurnosti objekata koji smještaju korisnike. U tim objektima su najčešće smještene osobe starije životne dobi ili ugrožene skupine društva, što stavlja pred nas dodatnu odgovornost da ih kao sustav zaštitimo – poručili su iz Ministarstva.

‘U Providenci nije bilo nepravilnosti‘, tvrde iz resornog Ministarstva nakon nesreće u Dugom Ratu. Sad su, ipak, odlučili postrožiti kriterije

Dom za starije i teško bolesne osobe "Providenca", u kojem je izbio požar u nedjelju navečer te su dvije osobe smrtno stradale, radi od prošle godine.

Upravni odjel za zdravstvo i socijalnu skrb Splitsko-dalmatinske županije izdao je rješenje ovom objektu za rad 3. travnja 2019. godine, i to za smještaj 20 korisnika, a kao predstavnica doma stoji Anita Vrca, osoba koja je lani službeno evidentirana u registru za pružanje socijalnih usluga.

Riječ je o privatnom objektu koji je u proteklih nekoliko godina mijenjao nazive, zatvarao se pod čudnim okolnostima, te iznova otvarao pod novim nazivima. "Lazar", "Toleranca", sad "Providenca"... Teško je pohvatati tko je upravljao domom, tko ga sad vodi i kako, no nameće se pitanje kakvi su uopće uvjeti koje netko treba imati da bi otvorio d...
