"Iskreno vam kažem da ne znam, nisam toliko lud da ne bih prikočio", rekao je Strojovođa Francisco Jose Garzon Amo odgovarajući na pitanja suca Luisa Alaeza.

Sudac je tada upitao: "Jeste li u nekom trenutku aktivirali kočnicu?"

"Kada sam vidio da mi drugo ne preostaje", rekao je Strojovođa u tom dijelu izjave. "Prije nego se vlak prevrnuo sve sam uključio i vidio sam da je sve, ama baš sve uzalud".

"Nisam više imao vremena. Ni sada mi nije jasno", dodao je kada ga je sudac upitao zašto ranije nije usporio.

Informacije crnih kutija koje su otvorene u utorak govore da je vlak vozio brzinom od 192 km/h nekoliko kilometara prije mjesta nesreće i da je Strojovođa prikočio prije nego je sa 153 km/h iskočio iz tračnica u zavoju gdje je brzina ograničena na 80 km/h, četiri kilometra prije Santiaga de Compostele.

Audiosnimka crnih kutija pokazuje i da je Strojovođa u trenutku nesreće razgovarao telefonom s djelatnikom Renfea, španjolskih željeznica, koji ga je nazvao "kako bi ga uputio kojim kolosjekom vlak mora ući u El Ferrol", krajnje odredište, poslije Santiaga de Compostele, priopćio je galicijski visoki sud.

Čini se da je Strojovođa u tom trenutku "gledao neki plan ili sličan dokument na papiru", navodi sud.

Francisco Jose Garzon (52), iskusan radnik željeznice, ispitan je zbog "79 ubojstava iz nehaja" i pušten na slobodu na kojoj će biti pod prismotrom suda.

"Iskreno vam kažem da ne znam, nisam toliko lud da ne bih prikočio", rekao je Strojovođa Francisco Jose Garzon Amo odgovarajući na pitanja suca Luisa Alaeza.

Sudac je tada upitao: "Jeste li u nekom trenutku aktivirali kočnicu?"

"Kada sam vidio da mi drugo ne preostaje", rekao je Strojovođa u tom dijelu izjave. "Prije nego se vlak prevrnuo sve sam uključio i vidio sam da je sve, ama baš sve uzalud".

"Nisam više imao vremena. Ni sada mi nije jasno", dodao je kada ga je sudac upitao zašto ranije nije usporio.

Informacije crnih kutija koje su otvorene u utorak govore da je vlak vozio brzinom od 192 km/h nekoliko kilometara prije mjesta nesreće i da je Strojovođa prikočio prije nego je sa 153 km/h iskočio iz tračnica u zavoju gdje je brzina ograničena na 80 km/h, četiri kilometra prije Santiaga de Compostele.

Audiosnimka crnih kutija pokazuje i da je Strojovođa u trenutku nesreće razgovarao telefonom s djelatnikom Renfea, španjolskih željeznica, koji ga je nazvao "kako bi ga uputio kojim kolosjekom vlak mora ući u El Ferrol", krajnje odredište, poslije Santiaga de Compostele, priopćio je galicijski visoki sud.

Čini se da je Strojovođa u tom trenutku "gledao neki plan ili sličan dokument na papiru", navodi sud.

Francisco Jose Garzon (52), iskusan radnik željeznice, ispitan je zbog "79 ubojstava iz nehaja" i pušten na slobodu na kojoj će biti pod prismotrom suda.
