Vlak je 24. lipnja prošle godine iskočio iz tračnica i udario u zid u predgrađu Santiaga de Compostele na sjeveru zemlje, u trenutku kada je zavoju prilazio više nego dvostruko većom brzinom od dopuštene.

Regionalni sud u Galiciji, koji vodi istragu o tom slučaju, uzet će u obzir izvješće ministarstva, objavljeno u srijedu na internetskim stranicama.

Strojovođu Francisca Garzona optužnica tereti za ubojstvo po 79 točaka, a jedanaest bivših visokih dužmosnika javnih željeznica Adif optuženo je jer nisu odgovarajuće zajamčili sigurnost putnika.

"Nesreću je uzrokovala prevelika brzina...i zato što osoblje koje je upravljalo vlakom nije poštivalo pravila", stoji u konačnom izvješću istražnog povjerenstva, koje je dio ministarstva.

Vlak je 24. lipnja prošle godine iskočio iz tračnica i udario u zid u predgrađu Santiaga de Compostele na sjeveru zemlje, u trenutku kada je zavoju prilazio više nego dvostruko većom brzinom od dopuštene.

Regionalni sud u Galiciji, koji vodi istragu o tom slučaju, uzet će u obzir izvješće ministarstva, objavljeno u srijedu na internetskim stranicama.

Strojovođu Francisca Garzona optužnica tereti za ubojstvo po 79 točaka, a jedanaest bivših visokih dužmosnika javnih željeznica Adif optuženo je jer nisu odgovarajuće zajamčili sigurnost putnika.

"Nesreću je uzrokovala prevelika brzina...i zato što osoblje koje je upravljalo vlakom nije poštivalo pravila", stoji u konačnom izvješću istražnog povjerenstva, koje je dio ministarstva.

Najtežu željezničku nesreću u Španjolskoj u nekoliko posljednjih desetljeća, kada je prošle godine poginulo 79 ljudi, uzrokovali su prevelika brzina i činjenica da strojovođa nije kočio na vrijeme, stoji u izvješću ministarstva javnih radova.
