[fulltext] => Čitatelji nam se sve rjeđe javljaju u želji da se nekome posebno zahvale ili pohvale neku instituciju, pojedinca, službu. Ipak, jedna iskrena pohvala dr. med. Ljiljane Podrug stigla je za liječnike i kompletno medicinsko i pomoćno osoblje Hitne kirurške ambulante u Šibeniku.
Na javljanje pisanom riječju potaknula ju je, piše, situacija u kojoj se zatekla prošle subote, 3. kolovoza, u Hitnoj kirurškoj ambulanti u zgradi šibenske poliklinike, neposredno nakon teške prometne nesreće na pružnom prijelazu u Siveriću.
Teška situacija
“Sigurno nisam jedina osoba kojoj se preko ljeta dogodi nezgoda zbog koje mora potražiti liječničku pomoć. Moja ozljeda zahtijevala je više dolazaka liječniku radi kontrole prijeloma.
U subotu, 3. kolovoza, moj dolazak liječniku prijepodne, obilježila ja (hvala Bogu ne tako često) jedna vrlo teška situacija s puno ozlijeđenih osoba u prometnoj nesreći na pružnom prijelazu Siverić. Samo liječnici koji rade ljeti znaju kako su naporna dežurstva koja obavljaju, ali ovakva situacija dodatno oteža posao jer u kratkom vremenu morate izvršiti trijažu ozlijeđenih koji pristižu i pružiti pomoć.
Kao bolesnik koji čeka pregled, bila sam uznemirena situacijom i neizvjesnošću ishoda za pojedine ozlijeđene, a kao liječnik, zbog prirode moje ozljede, nesretna što ne mogu pomoći. Međutim, istodobno mi je bilo neugodno što sam došla ‘smetati’...
Ono što želim reći jest da sam bila ponosna na zdravstvene djelatnike koji su sudjelovali u zbrinjavanju ozlijeđenih, od vozača, tehničara Hitne pomoći, medicinskih sestara koje su od kuće došle pomoći, pomoćnog osoblja, te liječnika u pratnji ozlijeđenih, onih koji su bili dežurni u hitnoj kirurškoj i internističkoj ambulanti te svih ostalih specijalista koji su pomogli”, piše dr. Podrug, te dodaje kako su manje ozlijeđeni putnici tako strpljivo i bez puno riječi čekali svoju obradu.
Brzo i stručno
“Ono što su zdravstveni djelatnici odradili tog jutra u zbrinjavanju unesrećenih je uistinu fenomenalno, brzo, stručno i s puno strpljenja i ljudske topline prema unesrećenima i njihovim bližnjima, kao i prema bolesnicima koji su trebali pomoć, ali nisu bili prioritet.
Iako moj pregled nije bio prioritet, nakon obrade ozlijeđenih došla sam na red i ponovno predvečer došla dovršiti obradu i pregled. Tada sam zatekla opet punu čekaonicu, ali ovaj put ne stradalih u prometnoj nezgodi, već ‘običnih’, ljetnih bolesnika, nešto izmijenjen sastav dežurnih sestara, istog liječnika kojemu je do kraja dežurstva ostalo još 12 sati rada, i zapitala sam se, potaknuta raspravama o plaćama zdravstvenih djelatnika, riječima Arsenove pjesme ‘Ko ovo more platit...’, tko to može (ne) platit, i kao liječnik, i kao bolesnik”, zaključila je u svom dopisu dr. Podrug.

[text] => {OCMSplitter}Čitatelji nam se sve rjeđe javljaju u želji da se nekome posebno zahvale ili pohvale neku instituciju, pojedinca, službu. Ipak, jedna iskrena pohvala dr. med. Ljiljane Podrug stigla je za liječnike i kompletno medicinsko i pomoćno osoblje Hitne kirurške ambulante u Šibeniku.
Na javljanje pisanom riječju potaknula ju je, piše, situacija u kojoj se zatekla prošle subote, 3. kolovoza, u Hitnoj kirurškoj ambulanti u zgradi šibenske poliklinike, neposredno nakon teške prometne nesreće na pružnom prijelazu u Siveriću.
Teška situacija
“Sigurno nisam jedina osoba kojoj se preko ljeta dogodi nezgoda zbog koje mora potražiti liječničku pomoć. Moja ozljeda zahtijevala je više dolazaka liječniku radi kontrole prijeloma.
U subotu, 3. kolovoza, moj dolazak liječniku prijepodne, obilježila ja (hvala Bogu ne tako često) jedna vrlo teška situacija s puno ozlijeđenih osoba u prometnoj nesreći na pružnom prijelazu Siverić. Samo liječnici koji rade ljeti znaju kako su naporna dežurstva koja obavljaju, ali ovakva situacija dodatno oteža posao jer u kratkom vremenu morate izvršiti trijažu ozlijeđenih koji pristižu i pružiti pomoć.
Kao bolesnik koji čeka pregled, bila sam uznemirena situacijom i neizvjesnošću ishoda za pojedine ozlijeđene, a kao liječnik, zbog prirode moje ozljede, nesretna što ne mogu pomoći. Međutim, istodobno mi je bilo neugodno što sam došla ‘smetati’...
Ono što želim reći jest da sam bila ponosna na zdravstvene djelatnike koji su sudjelovali u zbrinjavanju ozlijeđenih, od vozača, tehničara Hitne pomoći, medicinskih sestara koje su od kuće došle pomoći, pomoćnog osoblja, te liječnika u pratnji ozlijeđenih, onih koji su bili dežurni u hitnoj kirurškoj i internističkoj ambulanti te svih ostalih specijalista koji su pomogli”, piše dr. Podrug, te dodaje kako su manje ozlijeđeni putnici tako strpljivo i bez puno riječi čekali svoju obradu.
Brzo i stručno
“Ono što su zdravstveni djelatnici odradili tog jutra u zbrinjavanju unesrećenih je uistinu fenomenalno, brzo, stručno i s puno strpljenja i ljudske topline prema unesrećenima i njihovim bližnjima, kao i prema bolesnicima koji su trebali pomoć, ali nisu bili prioritet.
Iako moj pregled nije bio prioritet, nakon obrade ozlijeđenih došla sam na red i ponovno predvečer došla dovršiti obradu i pregled. Tada sam zatekla opet punu čekaonicu, ali ovaj put ne stradalih u prometnoj nezgodi, već ‘običnih’, ljetnih bolesnika, nešto izmijenjen sastav dežurnih sestara, istog liječnika kojemu je do kraja dežurstva ostalo još 12 sati rada, i zapitala sam se, potaknuta raspravama o plaćama zdravstvenih djelatnika, riječima Arsenove pjesme ‘Ko ovo more platit...’, tko to može (ne) platit, i kao liječnik, i kao bolesnik”, zaključila je u svom dopisu dr. Podrug.
