Ljudi koriste društvene mreže i u svrhu prodaje ili iznajmljivanja. Tako je postupio jedan Nišlija koji je u u grupi za iznajmljivanje stanova na Facebooku objavio oglas koji je izazvao oštre komentare.

Riječ je o najmu studio apartmana od 20 četvornih metara u obiteljskoj kući za 120 eura mjesečno, što za hrvatske prilike nije puno.

"Iznajmljuje se namješten studio apartman za jednu osobu sa starinskim namještajem koji je renoviran (prebojen). Izoliran je sa svih strana, ukopan pola metra tako da cijelo ljeto ima hladovinu, klima uopće nije potrebna. Grijanje je na TA peć koja je stavljena ovaj mjesec. Ventilacija je postavljena u svim sobama. Mjesečni troškovi vode, kombiniranog interneta i kablovske su fiksni i iznose 1.500 dinara (oko sto kuna, op. PSD), a struja se obračunava po utrošku", piše u oglasu, prenosi Mondo.

Članovi Facebook grupe nisu bili zadovoljni ponudom.

"90 eura je maksimum za ovako nešto. Živjeti u zemunici bez prozora s namještajem iz prošlog stoljeća. Nula bodova", jedan je od komentara.

"Nekome bi trebao platiti da živi u ovome", "Pokupili su stari namještaj od pokojne prabake i nazvali ga stilskim", drugi su Facebook komentari, prenosi Mondo.

Vlasniku studio apartmana komentari sigurno nisu bili dragi, ali Facebook podrazumijeva toleranciju na kritike, radilo se o korisnicima ili o trolovima. Ako je apartman uspio iznajmiti, vlasnik će još lakše prijeći preko komentara.

Ljudi koriste društvene mreže i u svrhu prodaje ili iznajmljivanja. Tako je postupio jedan Nišlija koji je u u grupi za iznajmljivanje stanova na Facebooku objavio oglas koji je izazvao oštre komentare.

Riječ je o najmu studio apartmana od 20 četvornih metara u obiteljskoj kući za 120 eura mjesečno, što za hrvatske prilike nije puno.

"Iznajmljuje se namješten studio apartman za jednu osobu sa starinskim namještajem koji je renoviran (prebojen). Izoliran je sa svih strana, ukopan pola metra tako da cijelo ljeto ima hladovinu, klima uopće nije potrebna. Grijanje je na TA peć koja je stavljena ovaj mjesec. Ventilacija je postavljena u svim sobama. Mjesečni troškovi vode, kombiniranog interneta i kablovske su fiksni i iznose 1.500 dinara (oko sto kuna, op. PSD), a struja se obračunava po utrošku", piše u oglasu, prenosi Mondo.

Članovi Facebook grupe nisu bili zadovoljni ponudom.

"90 eura je maksimum za ovako nešto. Živjeti u zemunici bez prozora s namještajem iz prošlog stoljeća. Nula bodova", jedan je od komentara.

"Nekome bi trebao platiti da živi u ovome", "Pokupili su stari namještaj od pokojne prabake i nazvali ga stilskim", drugi su Facebook komentari, prenosi Mondo.

Vlasniku studio apartmana komentari sigurno nisu bili dragi, ali Facebook podrazumijeva toleranciju na kritike, radilo se o korisnicima ili o trolovima. Ako je apartman uspio iznajmiti, vlasnik će još lakše prijeći preko komentara.
