Odluku suca Ćalete s nestrpljenjem očekuju bivši zaposlenici kaštelanske tvrtke, posebice onih 89 koji su još 8. travnja ove godine podnijeli prijedlog za pokretanjem stečaja zbog višemjesečne neisplate plaća i blokade računa.

Premda su time zakonski uvjeti za pokretanjem stečaja nedvojbeno stečeni još prije nekoliko mjeseci, Edgar Schumacher je traženjem predstečajne nagodbe samo dan prije srpanjskog ročišta na splitskome Trgovačkom sudu uspio dobiti prekid, koji je potrajao sve do danas.

Predstečajna nagodba u međuvremenu je odbačena, Visoki trgovački sud u Zagrebu prihvatio je žalbu 89 radnika predlagatelja stečaja na prekid postupka, no radnici su izgubili pravo na tri minimalne plaće što ih isplaćuje Agencija za zaštitu potraživanja, pa poučeni tim iskustvom s razlogom žele da se postupak stečaja konačno nastavi.

Dodatnu nervozu radnika izazivaju, naime, neslužbena kazivanja da će Schumacher opet potegnuti “asa iz rukava”, ovaj put deponiranjem novca kod javnog bilježnika, što god to značilo i za što god da je namijenjen (isplatu plaća ili dugovanja dobavljačima). U svakom slučaju, dodatni razlog da na današnje ročište dođe, kako se očekuje, veliki broj radnika.

Odluku suca Ćalete s nestrpljenjem očekuju bivši zaposlenici kaštelanske tvrtke, posebice onih 89 koji su još 8. travnja ove godine podnijeli prijedlog za pokretanjem stečaja zbog višemjesečne neisplate plaća i blokade računa.

Premda su time zakonski uvjeti za pokretanjem stečaja nedvojbeno stečeni još prije nekoliko mjeseci, Edgar Schumacher je traženjem predstečajne nagodbe samo dan prije srpanjskog ročišta na splitskome Trgovačkom sudu uspio dobiti prekid, koji je potrajao sve do danas.

Predstečajna nagodba u međuvremenu je odbačena, Visoki trgovački sud u Zagrebu prihvatio je žalbu 89 radnika predlagatelja stečaja na prekid postupka, no radnici su izgubili pravo na tri minimalne plaće što ih isplaćuje Agencija za zaštitu potraživanja, pa poučeni tim iskustvom s razlogom žele da se postupak stečaja konačno nastavi.

Dodatnu nervozu radnika izazivaju, naime, neslužbena kazivanja da će Schumacher opet potegnuti “asa iz rukava”, ovaj put deponiranjem novca kod javnog bilježnika, što god to značilo i za što god da je namijenjen (isplatu plaća ili dugovanja dobavljačima). U svakom slučaju, dodatni razlog da na današnje ročište dođe, kako se očekuje, veliki broj radnika.

Na danas zakazanom ročištu na Trgovačkom sudu u Splitu stečajni sudac Jozo Ćaleta točno u podne donijet će odluku o tome jesu li se stekli uvjeti za stečaj nad “Adria čelikom” u vlasništvu Edgara Schumachera.
