Norac Kljajo je u sudskom postupku dobio radni spor. Kada ga u "Autoprijevozu" nisu vratili na posao temeljem pravomoćnog sudskog rješenja sud je, na zahtjev Norca Kljaje, 26. ožujka ove godine donio rješenje o ovrsi kojim je naložio poslodavcu da ga vrati na posao u roku od tri dana.

Umjesto da poslije svega radnika kojemu su dali nezakoniti otkaz vrate na posao u Autoprijevozu" su se žalili na rješenje o ovrsi.

U svojoj kaznenoj prijavi Marić navodi da je direktor Jerkan u više navrata upozoren kako žalba na ovršno rješenje ne odgađa njegovo izvršenje te da će stoga protiv njega biti podnešena kaznena prijava.

Kako se poslije svega Jerkan oglušio Marić je ispunio obećanje o podnošenju kaznene prijave.

nezakoniti otkaz.

Norac Kljajo je u sudskom postupku dobio radni spor. Kada ga u "Autoprijevozu" nisu vratili na posao temeljem pravomoćnog sudskog rješenja sud je, na zahtjev Norca Kljaje, 26. ožujka ove godine donio rješenje o ovrsi kojim je naložio poslodavcu da ga vrati na posao u roku od tri dana.

Umjesto da poslije svega radnika kojemu su dali nezakoniti otkaz vrate na posao u Autoprijevozu" su se žalili na rješenje o ovrsi.

U svojoj kaznenoj prijavi Marić navodi da je direktor Jerkan u više navrata upozoren kako žalba na ovršno rješenje ne odgađa njegovo izvršenje te da će stoga protiv njega biti podnešena kaznena prijava.

Kako se poslije svega Jerkan oglušio Marić je ispunio obećanje o podnošenju kaznene prijave.

Voditelj Županijskog ureda HUS-a u Splitu Jozo Marić u ponedjeljak je Općinskom državnom odvjetništvu u Sinju podnio kaznenu prijavu protiv Joška Jerkana, direktora "Autoprijevoza" u Sinju zato što je unatoč pravomoćnoj i ovršnoj sudskoj presudi odbio vratiti na posao radnika Branka Norca Kljaju kojemu je dao nezakoniti otkaz.
