Radi se o četvorici automehaničara, koji su uglavnom cijeli svoj radni vijek proveli u Autoprijevozu Sinj i koji su imali ugovore o radu na neodređeno vrijeme.

U obrazloženju otkaza direktor Jerkan navodi da je Autoprijevoz Sinj poslovnu 2010. godinu završio s 1,66 milijuna kuna gubitaka, a prema neslužbenim podacima negativan je i poslovni rezultat za 2011. godinu.

U takvim okolnostima Jerkan kaže da hitno moraju racionalizirati sve troškove, kao što su to učinili i u studenome prošle godine kada su dali poslovno uvjetovane otkaze četvorici vozača, također starih radnika s ugovorima na neodređeno vrijeme.

U Sindikatu vozača i prometnih radnika Autoprijevoza Sinj i HUS-a ogorčeni su najavljenim otkazima. To je, kažu, samo nastavak "čišćenja" nepodobnih starih radnika s ugovorima na neodređeno vrijeme. Svi dosadašnji otkazi po pravomoćnim sudskim presudama bili su nezakoniti. U Autoprijevozu Sinj oglušuju se i o pravomoćne odluke suda o vraćanju radnika na posao.

Tako unatoč pravomoćnoj presudi na posao ne vraćaju vozača Branka Norca Kljaju za kojega se već mjesec dana čeka ovršno rješenje Općinskog suda Sinj koji će, kao i u slučaju predsjednika Sindikata vozača Ante Buljana, prisiliti poslodavca da ga vrati u radi odnos i rasporedi na poslove vozača.

Sindikalisti tvrde da u isto vrijeme dok u Autoprijevozu Sinj dijele otkaze radnicima s ugovorima na neodređeno vrijeme primaju nove radnike na određeno vrijeme.

obavijest sindikatima u toj tvrtki da dugogodišnjim radnicima Mati Periću, Ivanu Radiću, Mirku Runji i Jozi Šabiću namjerava otkazati ugovor o radu zbog poslovno uvjetovanih razloga. Radi se o četvorici automehaničara, koji su uglavnom cijeli svoj radni vijek proveli u Autoprijevozu Sinj i koji su imali ugovore o radu na neodređeno vrijeme.

U obrazloženju otkaza direktor Jerkan navodi da je Autoprijevoz Sinj poslovnu 2010. godinu završio s 1,66 milijuna kuna gubitaka, a prema neslužbenim podacima negativan je i poslovni rezultat za 2011. godinu.

U takvim okolnostima Jerkan kaže da hitno moraju racionalizirati sve troškove, kao što su to učinili i u studenome prošle godine kada su dali poslovno uvjetovane otkaze četvorici vozača, također starih radnika s ugovorima na neodređeno vrijeme.

U Sindikatu vozača i prometnih radnika Autoprijevoza Sinj i HUS-a ogorčeni su najavljenim otkazima. To je, kažu, samo nastavak "čišćenja" nepodobnih starih radnika s ugovorima na neodređeno vrijeme. Svi dosadašnji otkazi po pravomoćnim sudskim presudama bili su nezakoniti. U Autoprijevozu Sinj oglušuju se i o pravomoćne odluke suda o vraćanju radnika na posao.

Tako unatoč pravomoćnoj presudi na posao ne vraćaju vozača Branka Norca Kljaju za kojega se već mjesec dana čeka ovršno rješenje Općinskog suda Sinj koji će, kao i u slučaju predsjednika Sindikata vozača Ante Buljana, prisiliti poslodavca da ga vrati u radi odnos i rasporedi na poslove vozača.

Sindikalisti tvrde da u isto vrijeme dok u Autoprijevozu Sinj dijele otkaze radnicima s ugovorima na neodređeno vrijeme primaju nove radnike na određeno vrijeme.

Autoprijevoz Sinj: još četiri otkaza starim radnicima
