Xi Jinping treći put za redom potvrđen je za lidera kineske komunističke partije na redovnom kongresu partije koji je održan u Pekingu. Očekivano je pobijedio na kraju zasjedanja koje je trajalo tjedan dana, piše Jutarnji.hr.

"Krećemo na novi put na kojem ćemo od Kine napraviti još moderniju socijalističku zemlju u svim pogledima. Želimo osvježiti kinesku naciju na svim frontovima i krenuti u još veću modernizaciju", rekao je Xi i dodao da će Kina nastaviti graditi moderno socijalističko društvo što je ‘odličan, ali golem pothvat‘, no ‘upravo zato što je golem, to ga čini velikim i beskrajno slavnim‘.

Kineski premijer Li Keqiang i trojica drugih članova Stalnog odbora Politbiroa, najvišeg tijela vladajuće Komunističke partije za kreiranje politike, isključeni su iz novoizabranog Centralnog komiteta u subotu. Li Zhanshu (72), Wang Yang (67) i Han Zheng (68), dojučerašnji pripadnici sedmeročlanog Stalnog odbora, također su isključeni iz novog Centralnog komiteta.

Trenutna postava sedmeročlanog Stalnog odbora sada izgleda ovako: Li Qiang (novi premijer, koji je zamijenio Li Keqianga), Zhao Leji, Wang Huning, Cai Qi, Ding Xuexiang i Li Xi.

Li Qiang: Drugi najvažniji čovjek u zemlji potpuno se oslanja na Xija

Analitičari su predviđali da bi Li Qiang mogao stati iza Xija u ulozi druge najvažnije osobe, kao novi premijer.

Ovaj 63-godišnjak bio je šef stranke u Šangaju zadužen za dvomjesečni lockdown u tom gradu ranije ove godine te je dugogodišnji Xijev lojalist, nakon što je ranije radio kao šef Xijevog stožera. Međutim, njegovo uzdizanje na mjesto premijera iznenađenje je ako bacite oko na njegov životopis - nikada nije bio član Državnog vijeća te je preskočio nekoliko stepenica na putu do vrha.

"Li Qiang postat će prvi dužnosnik koji je izravno promaknut iz pokrajine ili općine u premijera zemlje bez ikakvog radnog iskustva u središnjici", rekao je za BBC profesor Yang Zhang s Američkog sveučilišta.

"Osim premijera Zhou Enlaija, Li će također biti jedini premijer koji nikada nije bio potpredsjednik", dodao je.

Bez vlastite uspostavljene baze moći i autoriteta, Li će se također morati oslanjati na Xijev autoritet da vodi Državno vijeće. Bivši premijer Li Keqiang s druge je strane bio smatran ‘umjerenijim glasom‘ te često jedinim protivnikom Xiju u Stalnom odboru, piše Jutarnji.hr.

Profesor Yang dodao je da Lijevo unapređenje pokazuje značajno restrukturiranje moći u kineskoj politici te da Xi na ovaj način zadržava kontrolu.

Kineski premijer Li Keqiang i trojica drugih članova Stalnog odbora Politbiroa, najvišeg tijela vladajuće Komunističke partije za kreiranje politike, isključeni su iz novoizabranog Centralnog komiteta u subotu. Li Zhanshu (72), Wang Yang (67) i Han Zheng (68), dojučerašnji pripadnici sedmeročlanog Stalnog odbora, također su isključeni iz novog Centralnog komiteta.

Trenutna postava sedmeročlanog Stalnog odbora sada izgleda ovako: Li Qiang (novi premijer, koji je zamijenio Li Keqianga), Zhao Leji, Wang Huning, Cai Qi, Ding Xuexiang i Li Xi.

Li Qiang: Drugi najvažniji čovjek u zemlji potpuno se oslanja na Xija

Analitičari su predviđali da bi Li Qiang mogao stati iza Xija u ulozi druge najvažnije osobe, kao novi premijer.

Ovaj 63-godišnjak bio je šef stranke u Šangaju zadužen za dvomjesečni lockdown u tom gradu ranije ove godine te je dugogodišnji Xijev lojalist, nakon što je ranije radio kao šef Xijevog stožera. Međutim, njegovo uzdizanje na mjesto premijera iznenađenje je ako bacite oko na njegov životopis - nikada nije bio član Državnog vijeća te je preskočio nekoliko stepenica na putu do vrha.

"Li Qiang postat će prvi dužnosnik koji je izravno promaknut iz pokrajine ili općine u premijera zemlje bez ikakvog radnog iskustva u središnjici", rekao je za BBC profesor Yang Zhang s Američkog sveučilišta.

"Osim premijera Zhou Enlaija, Li će također biti jedini premijer koji nikada nije bio potpredsjednik", dodao je.

Bez vlastite uspostavljene baze moći i autoriteta, Li će se također morati oslanjati na Xijev autoritet da vodi Državno vijeće. Bivši premijer Li Keqiang s druge je strane bio smatran ‘umjerenijim glasom‘ te često jedinim protivnikom Xiju u Stalnom odboru, piše Jutarnji.hr.

Profesor Yang dodao je da Lijevo unapređenje pokazuje značajno restrukturiranje moći u kineskoj politici te da Xi na ovaj način zadržava kontrolu.

Xi Jinping treći put za redom potvrđen je za lidera kineske komunističke partije na redovnom kongresu partije koji je održan u Pekingu. Očekivano je pobijedio na kraju zasjedanja koje je trajalo tjedan dana, piše Jutarnji.hr.

"Krećemo na novi put na kojem ćemo od Kine napraviti još moderniju socijalističku zemlju u svim pogledima.
