Momak u nebeskoplavoj odori, pukovnik Amadou Abdrame prekinuo je prošle srijede program nacionalne televizije u Nigeru. U društvu drugih desetak momaka u maskirnim i kaki odorama, predstavljajući se kao "obrambene i sigurnosne snage Nigera", priopćio je gledateljstvu da su upravo ukinuli Ustav, suspendirali sve državne institucije, zatvorili granice i uveli policijski sat.

Izabranog predsjednika Mohamada Bazouma njegovo je vlastito osiguranje stavilo u kućni pritvor u predsjedničkoj palači. Nije to prvi državni udar u Nigeru, državi supsaharske zapadne Afrike. Naprotiv, otkad se oslobodio francuske kolonijalne vlasti (1958.) u Nigeru su se redovito izmjenjivali ciklusi republike i vojne uprave. No za razliku od prethodnih državnih udara, ovaj se najizravnije tiče europske sigurnosti, dok se dugoročno uklapa u trend gubitka zapadnog utjecaja u Africi, a u korist Rusije i Kine.

Kontrola migracija

Evo zašto se objava nigerskog pukovnika u nebeskoplavoj odori izravno tiče europske sigurnosti. Modelski, državni udar u Nigeru izgleda kao nastavak obrasca koji se posljednjih godina primjenjivao u Nigeru susjednim državama – Mali i Burkina Faso.

Najprije, uz rusku potporu, vojska svrgava izabrano državno vodstvo. Potom država tone u građanski rat i nestabilnost, uz angažman ruskih wagnerovaca na strani vojne uprave i s druge strane džihadističkih skupina Al-Qa‘ide i Islamske države. Rezultat tog ratnog kaosa koji proizvode wagnerovci s jedne i džihadisti s druge strane, su valovi izbjeglica i migranata koji se nastoje domoći Europe.

Zato je realno očekivati novi pritisak ilegalnih migranata i izbjeglica prema Europi i to u godini uoči europskih izbora i u vrijeme kada kontrola ilegalnih migracija postaje važno političko pitanje čak i u onim zapadnoeuropskim državama koje su dosad podupirale politiku otvorenosti prema migrantima.

Uostalom, na pitanju kontrole ilegalnih migracija, odnosno na pitanju spajanja migrantskih obitelji sukladno sporazumu iz Marakeša, nedavno je pala (raspala se) nizozemska vlada Marka Ruttea. Realna prijetnja novog migrantskog vala iz Nigera prema Europi događa se u trenutku kada šefica EK-a Ursula von der Leyen, nastoji ostvariti posebne sporazume sa sjevernoafričkim državama (Tunis, Maroko, Egipat) iz kojih ilegalni migranti kreću prema Europi, da ih zadrže na svome teritoriju ili vraćaju u njihove domicilne države, uz izdašne financijske aranžmane s EK-om zauzvrat.

Gledano realpolitički, otvarajući krizu i put prema kaosu u Nigeru, Rusija i radikalne islamističke skupine proizvode novi izbjegličko-migrantski pritisak prema Europi. A EU se nalazi u zamci koju si je sama stvorila, najprije politikom "otvorenih vrata" Angele Merkel, a potom i Marakeškim sporazumom koji jamči apsolutnu zaštitu i ilegalnim migrantima na teritoriju EU-a i široka prava u spajanju njihovih (najčešće vrlo brojnih) obitelji.

Boreći se protiv klimatskih promjena i "spašavajući" Zemlju od čovjeka, dominirajuće politike u EU-u propustile su ili su odbijale primijetiti da migranti i izbjeglice postaju "oružje" koje koriste iliberalni režimi (poput Putinove Rusije ili Erdoganove Turske) i različite džihadističke skupine kako bi destabilizirale, a dugoročno i preuzele Europu.

Tko je šef u Kremlju?

Državni udar i uvođenje Nigera u spiralu kaosa ogroman je udarac i za onaj realniji dio zapadne politike, koja ne promatra svijet kroz ružičasto-zelene naočale. Niger je naime bio posljednje zapadno uporište u zapadnoj supsaharskoj Africi. Tajming državnog udara može se, pak, iščitavati kao Putinova poruka o preuzimanju supsaharske Afrike. Naime, pukovnik u nebeskoplavoj odori ukazao se na nigerskoj nacionalnoj televiziji dan prije rusko-afričkog samita koji je Putin sazvao u Sankt Peterburgu, a na čijim je marginama uslikan i šef wagnerovaca Jevgenij Prigožin, koji je osobito aktivan u (neproglašenim) ruskim ratovima po Africi. Doduše, kad je o aktualnom ruskom informacijskom prostoru riječ, ne možete biti sigurni je li na slici Prigožin ili njegova replika, pa čak ni je li na slici Putin ili njegova replika, kao što ne možete biti sigurni tko je danas istinski šef u Kremlju.

No možete biti sigurni da je državni udar u Nigeru poruka ruske politike i da je uspjela iznenaditi svoje najveće takmace u tom dijelu Afrike – Francusku i SAD. Francuski predsjednik Macron u to je vrijeme baš bio sa širim obrambeno-vojnim izaslanstvom u misiji u indopacifičkoj regiji, u pokušaju obnove francuskog utjecaja u daljnjoj geopolitičkoj utakmici. Po istom je poslu u istoj indopacifičkoj regiji boravio i američki državni tajnik Anthony Blinken. Obojica su poslali poruke kako cijene demokraciju i podržavaju demokratski izabranog nigerskog predsjednika Bazouma. I kao se nadaju da državni udar ipak neće uspjeti…

No zbivanja u Nigeru i šire u supsaharskoj Africi ne ostavljaju baš mnogo mjesta takvim nadama. Promatrači najavljuju da bi se nakon Nigera "model" rusko-džihadističkog preuzimanja mogao proširiti i na Ganu i Obalu Bjelokosti. Europa ima razloga za strepnju.

Momak u nebeskoplavoj odori, pukovnik Amadou Abdrame prekinuo je prošle srijede program nacionalne televizije u Nigeru. U društvu drugih desetak momaka u maskirnim i kaki odorama, predstavljajući se kao "obrambene i sigurnosne snage Nigera", priopćio je gledateljstvu da su upravo ukinuli Ustav, suspendirali sve državne institucije, zatvorili granice i uveli policijski sat.

Izabranog predsjednika Mohamada Bazouma njegovo je vlastito osiguranje stavilo u kućni pritvor u predsjedničkoj palači. Nije to prvi državni udar u Nigeru, državi supsaharske zapadne Afrike. Naprotiv, otkad se oslobodio francuske kolonijalne vlasti (1958.) u Nigeru su se redovito izmjenjivali ciklusi republike i vojne uprave. No za razliku od prethodnih državnih udara, ovaj se najizravnije tiče europske sigurnosti, dok se dugoročno uklapa u trend gubitka zapadnog utjecaja u Africi, a u korist Rusije i Kine.

Kontrola migracija

Evo zašto se objava nigerskog pukovnika u nebeskoplavoj odori izravno tiče europske sigurnosti. Modelski, državni udar u Nigeru izgleda kao nastavak obrasca koji se posljednjih godina primjenjivao u Nigeru susjednim državama – Mali i Burkina Faso.

Najprije, uz rusku potporu, vojska svrgava izabrano državno vodstvo. Potom država tone u građanski rat i nestabilnost, uz angažman ruskih wagnerovaca na strani vojne uprave i s druge strane džihadističkih skupina Al-Qa‘ide i Islamske države. Rezultat tog ratnog kaosa koji proizvode wagnerovci s jedne i džihadisti s druge strane, su valovi izbjeglica i migranata koji se nastoje domoći Europe.

Zato je realno očekivati novi pritisak ilegalnih migranata i izbjeglica prema Europi i to u godini uoči europskih izbora i u vrijeme kada kontrola ilegalnih migracija postaje važno političko pitanje čak i u onim zapadnoeuropskim državama koje su dosad podupirale politiku otvorenosti prema migrantima.

Uostalom, na pitanju kontrole ilegalnih migracija, odnosno na pitanju spajanja migrantskih obitelji sukladno sporazumu iz Marakeša, nedavno je pala (raspala se) nizozemska vlada Marka Ruttea. Realna prijetnja novog migrantskog vala iz Nigera prema Europi događa se u trenutku kada šefica EK-a Ursula von der Leyen, nastoji ostvariti posebne sporazume sa sjevernoafričkim državama (Tunis, Maroko, Egipat) iz kojih ilegalni migranti kreću prema Europi, da ih zadrže na svome teritoriju ili vraćaju u njihove domicilne države, uz izdašne financijske aranžmane s EK-om zauzvrat.

Gledano realpolitički, otvarajući krizu i put prema kaosu u Nigeru, Rusija i radikalne islamističke skupine proizvode novi izbjegličko-migrantski pritisak prema Europi. A EU se nalazi u zamci koju si je sama stvorila, najprije politikom "otvorenih vrata" Angele Merkel, a potom i Marakeškim sporazumom koji jamči apsolutnu zaštitu i ilegalnim migrantima na teritoriju EU-a i široka prava u spajanju njihovih (najčešće vrlo brojnih) obitelji.

Boreći se protiv klimatskih promjena i "spašavajući" Zemlju od čovjeka, dominirajuće politike u EU-u propustile su ili su odbijale primijetiti da migranti i izbjeglice postaju "oružje" koje koriste iliberalni režimi (poput Putinove Rusije ili Erdoganove Turske) i različite džihadističke skupine kako bi destabilizirale, a dugoročno i preuzele Europu.

Tko je šef u Kremlju?

Državni udar i uvođenje Nigera u spiralu kaosa ogroman je udarac i za onaj realniji dio zapadne politike, koja ne promatra svijet kroz ružičasto-zelene naočale. Niger je naime bio posljednje zapadno uporište u zapadnoj supsaharskoj Africi. Tajming državnog udara može se, pak, iščitavati kao Putinova poruka o preuzimanju supsaharske Afrike. Naime, pukovnik u nebeskoplavoj odori ukazao se na nigerskoj nacionalnoj televiziji dan prije rusko-afričkog samita koji je Putin sazvao u Sankt Peterburgu, a na čijim je marginama uslikan i šef wagnerovaca Jevgenij Prigožin, koji je osobito aktivan u (neproglašenim) ruskim ratovima po Africi. Doduše, kad je o aktualnom ruskom informacijskom prostoru riječ, ne možete biti sigurni je li na slici Prigožin ili njegova replika, pa čak ni je li na slici Putin ili njegova replika, kao što ne možete biti sigurni tko je danas istinski šef u Kremlju.

No možete biti sigurni da je državni udar u Nigeru poruka ruske politike i da je uspjela iznenaditi svoje najveće takmace u tom dijelu Afrike – Francusku i SAD. Francuski predsjednik Macron u to je vrijeme baš bio sa širim obrambeno-vojnim izaslanstvom u misiji u indopacifičkoj regiji, u pokušaju obnove francuskog utjecaja u daljnjoj geopolitičkoj utakmici. Po istom je poslu u istoj indopacifičkoj regiji boravio i američki državni tajnik Anthony Blinken. Obojica su poslali poruke kako cijene demokraciju i podržavaju demokratski izabranog nigerskog predsjednika Bazouma. I kao se nadaju da državni udar ipak neće uspjeti…

No zbivanja u Nigeru i šire u supsaharskoj Africi ne ostavljaju baš mnogo mjesta takvim nadama. Promatrači najavljuju da bi se nakon Nigera "model" rusko-džihadističkog preuzimanja mogao proširiti i na Ganu i Obalu Bjelokosti. Europa ima razloga za strepnju.
