Njemačka industrijska i trgovinska komora (DIHK) računa sa smanjenjem izvoza zbog ruske invazije na Ukrajinu. Ranije procjene o rastu izvoza od šest posto više nisu održive, ocjenjuje šef DIHK za vanjsku trgovinu Volker Treyer, ne navodeći pritom nove prognoze, prenosi DW.
Problema s opskrbom bilo je još prije izbijanja rata u Ukrajini, a sad se situacija dodatno zaoštrila. Zapadne sankcije protiv Moskve opterećuju i njemačke tvrtke.
Kako navodi Treyer, oko 40.000 njemačkih firmi ima poslovne veze s Rusijom, od kojih je njih 3.650 aktivno u toj zemlji. Prepune knjige narudžbi, objašnjava Treyer, neće biti od koristi ako se uskoro ne riješe problemi u lancu opskrbe.
Oko 250.000 radnih mjesta direktno ovisi o izvozu u Rusiju. Izvoz u tu zemlju prošle godine je iznosio 26,6 milijardi eura.
- Ove godine tako više neće biti - istaknuo je Treyer.
Posebno je pogođena automobilska industrija
Osim direktnih posljedica sankcija, postoje i indirektne posljedice zbog rata u Ukrajini. Ratna događanja usporavaju i proizvodnju vozila u Njemačkoj, zbog nedostatka određenih dijelova.
Mogu se očekivati daljnja kašnjenja u isporukama, kaže Alexander Marcus, predsjednik Njemačko-ukrajinske industrijske i gospodarske komore.
Prošlog tjedna, kad je rat već počeo, pojedine firme su još uvijek proizvodile, dodaje Marcus. Ali on pretpostavlja da će takvih tvrtki biti sve manje.
Osim toga, prema navodima DIHK, ostaju i trgovinske barijere koje su nastale tijekom pandemije.
- Isporuke iz Kine morale bi se pojačano prebaciti na morske rute, što će još više povećati troškove transporta - rekao je Treyer.
Sve više firmi povlači se iz Rusije
Već sada gotovo svakodnevno stižu vijesti o tvrtkama koje obustavljaju poslovanje s Rusijom ili barem više ne sklapaju nove poslove. Uz Volkswagen, i druga velika imena najavljuju povlačenje - Mercedes Benz, BMW, SAP ili proizvođač turbina Siemens Energy.
I matična kompanija Siemens je nakon 165 godina partnerstva s Rusijom također obustavila sve nove poslove. To se, međutim, ne odnosi na tekuće poslovanje.
Stvari su drugačije kada se radi o Henkelu. U jedanaest proizvodnih pogona, proizvođač Persila zapošljava 2.500 radnika i u Rusiji ostvaruje pet posto svog prometa. Henkel za sada namjerava nastaviti s poslovanjem u Rusiji, a tu odluku opravdava odgovornošću prema zaposlenima.
I mnoge kompanije srednje veličine koje posluju u Rusiji ne mogu tek tako zatvoriti svoje tvornice.
- Više se razmišlja o tome kako da se poslovanje obustavi na kontroliran način. Da se ne izgube zaposleni, imidž brenda i reputacija - kazao je Andreas Knaul iz velikog odvjetničkog ureda "Roedl i partneri".
- Možda ima slučajeva kad proizvođači kažu 'odlazimo, nećemo se više angažirati u Rusiji', ali to je definitivno ekstremna manjina među njemačkim tvrtkama - poručio je Knaul.
Od aneksije Krima 2014. godine, iz Rusije se povuklo gotovo pola njemačkih kompanija koje su tamo bile aktivne.
Nakon uvođenja najnovijih sankcija, Kremlj sad na meti ima strane tvrtke u svojoj zemlji.
- Jedna od konkretnih mjera je da su strane kompanije od 1. siječnja obvezne 80 posto svoje devizne zarade retroaktivno prebaciti u ruske rublje - rekao je pravni stručnjak. Dakle, u valutu koja je u slobodnom padu.
Stoga je trenutno upitno je li poslovanje u Rusiji uopće isplativo. Uz sve to, većina kompanija se nalazi i pred moralnom dilemom.
Predsjednik Saveznog udruženja njemačke industrije (BDI) Siegfried Russwurm iznio je stav mnogih odgovornih lica kada je riječ o Rusiji. Mišljenje koje prevladava među njemačkim gospodarstvenicima je da s režimom u Moskvi više nije moguće poslovati, piše DW.

Njemačka industrijska i trgovinska komora (DIHK) računa sa smanjenjem izvoza zbog ruske invazije na Ukrajinu. Ranije procjene o rastu izvoza od šest posto više nisu održive, ocjenjuje šef DIHK za vanjsku trgovinu Volker Treyer, ne navodeći pritom nove prognoze, prenosi DW.
Problema s opskrbom bilo je još prije izbijanja rata u Ukrajini, a sad se situacija dodatno zaoštrila. Zapadne sankcije protiv Moskve opterećuju i njemačke tvrtke.
Kako navodi Treyer, oko 40.000 njemačkih firmi ima poslovne veze s Rusijom, od kojih je njih 3.650 aktivno u toj zemlji. Prepune knjige narudžbi, objašnjava Treyer, neće biti od koristi ako se uskoro ne riješe problemi u lancu opskrbe.
Oko 250.000 radnih mjesta direktno ovisi o izvozu u Rusiju. Izvoz u tu zemlju prošle godine je iznosio 26,6 milijardi eura.
- Ove godine tako više neće biti - istaknuo je Treyer.
Posebno je pogođena automobilska industrija
Osim direktnih posljedica sankcija, postoje i indirektne posljedice zbog rata u Ukrajini. Ratna događanja usporavaju i proizvodnju vozila u Njemačkoj, zbog nedostatka određenih dijelova.
Mogu se očekivati daljnja kašnjenja u isporukama, kaže Alexander Marcus, predsjednik Njemačko-ukrajinske industrijske i gospodarske komore.
Prošlog tjedna, kad je rat već počeo, pojedine firme su još uvijek proizvodile, dodaje Marcus. Ali on pretpostavlja da će takvih tvrtki biti sve manje.
Osim toga, prema navodima DIHK, ostaju i trgovinske barijere koje su nastale tijekom pandemije.
- Isporuke iz Kine morale bi se pojačano prebaciti na morske rute, što će još više povećati troškove transporta - rekao je Treyer.
Sve više firmi povlači se iz Rusije
Već sada gotovo svakodnevno stižu vijesti o tvrtkama koje obustavljaju poslovanje s Rusijom ili barem više ne sklapaju nove poslove. Uz Volkswagen, i druga velika imena najavljuju povlačenje - Mercedes Benz, BMW, SAP ili proizvođač turbina Siemens Energy.
I matična kompanija Siemens je nakon 165 godina partnerstva s Rusijom također obustavila sve nove poslove. To se, međutim, ne odnosi na tekuće poslovanje.
Stvari su drugačije kada se radi o Henkelu. U jedanaest proizvodnih pogona, proizvođač Persila zapošljava 2.500 radnika i u Rusiji ostvaruje pet posto svog prometa. Henkel za sada namjerava nastaviti s poslovanjem u Rusiji, a tu odluku opravdava odgovornošću prema zaposlenima.
I mnoge kompanije srednje veličine koje posluju u Rusiji ne mogu tek tako zatvoriti svoje tvornice.
- Više se razmišlja o tome kako da se poslovanje obustavi na kontroliran način. Da se ne izgube zaposleni, imidž brenda i reputacija - kazao je Andreas Knaul iz velikog odvjetničkog ureda "Roedl i partneri".
- Možda ima slučajeva kad proizvođači kažu 'odlazimo, nećemo se više angažirati u Rusiji', ali to je definitivno ekstremna manjina među njemačkim tvrtkama - poručio je Knaul.
Od aneksije Krima 2014. godine, iz Rusije se povuklo gotovo pola njemačkih kompanija koje su tamo bile aktivne.
Nakon uvođenja najnovijih sankcija, Kremlj sad na meti ima strane tvrtke u svojoj zemlji.
- Jedna od konkretnih mjera je da su strane kompanije od 1. siječnja obvezne 80 posto svoje devizne zarade retroaktivno prebaciti u ruske rublje - rekao je pravni stručnjak. Dakle, u valutu koja je u slobodnom padu.
Stoga je trenutno upitno je li poslovanje u Rusiji uopće isplativo. Uz sve to, većina kompanija se nalazi i pred moralnom dilemom.
Predsjednik Saveznog udruženja njemačke industrije (BDI) Siegfried Russwurm iznio je stav mnogih odgovornih lica kada je riječ o Rusiji. Mišljenje koje prevladava među njemačkim gospodarstvenicima je da s režimom u Moskvi više nije moguće poslovati, piše DW.
