Evergrande, nekoć građevinski div Kine, početkom tjedna od hongkonškog je suda dobio naredbu za likvidaciju, i to unatoč javnom apelu Upravnog odbora koji je još ovaj vikend očajnički pokušavao pronaći plan financijskog oporavka.
Epilog je to višegodišnje trakavice čiji je krah ozbiljno potresao cijeli kineski građevinski sektor na koji otpada čak četvrtina ukupne ekonomije. Građevinski sektor, koji je nekoć bio motor gospodarskog rasta druge ekonomije svijeta, mogao bi tako postati uteg koji cijelu zemlju vuče prema dnu.
Podsjetimo, Evergrande je prije nešto manje od dvije godine obustavio ispunjavanje svojih financijskih obveza nakon čega se ispostavilo da je tvrtka u minusu čak 300 milijardi dolara. Uprava je punih 18 mjeseci pokušavala dogovoriti plan restrukturiranja, a prema informacijama koje je medijima dostavio sud u Hong Kongu, u prosincu im je odobrena nova odgoda izricanja presude. Međutim, umjesto da im odgoda posluži kao kupnja vremena za iščekivani financijski plan, sutkinja Linda Chan tvrdi da ih je s druge strane dočekao muk, prenosi Jutarnji list.

Sud će uskoro imenovati likvidatore kojima će se omogućiti preuzimanje svih podružnica Evergrandea, čak i onih koje posluju u Kini, a njihovom bi se prodajom trebalo sanirati dug i podmiriti vjerovnici.
Odvjetnički tim Evergrandea, vidno šokiran presudom, odmah je uložio žalbu, istaknuvši kako će likvidacija srušiti vrijednost preostale imovine kompanije i dionica njezinih podružnica, zbog čega će se vjerovnici teško uspjeti naplatiti od prodaje.
Vrijedi napomenuti da su dionice Evergrandea u petak vrijedile nešto manje od dva centa, a presuda o likvidaciji ovaj je ponedjeljak blokirala hongkonšku burzu.
- Današnja presuda nije ona kojoj smo se nadali. Jedino što možemo reći jest da smo učinili sve što je bilo u našoj moći i da istinski žalimo što je sve ovako završilo - rekao je Xiao En, izvršni direktor Evergrandea, kineskim medijima ovoga ponedjeljka, obvezavši se na to da će njegova tvrtka maksimalno nastojati neometano obavljati svoje dužnosti kako bi "zaštitila legitimna prava svojih vjerovnika".

Nepoznanica ostaje do koje će se mjere odluka suda u Hong Kongu odraziti na kinesko pravosuđe. Naime, kineski sudovi tek su nedavno počeli priznavati pravni autoritet jurisdikcija autonomnih pokrajina, poput one u Hong Kongu.
Ekonomski stručnjaci upozoravaju kako bi ova presuda mogla zadati još jedan ozbiljan udarac već okrhnutom kineskom gospodarstvu koje se posljednjih mjeseci bori s usporavanjem rasta, deflacijom, smanjenjem radne snage i odlaskom stranih investitora.
Prodaja novosagrađenih domova u Kini pala je lani čak šest posto te se vratila na najnižu razinu od 2016. godine. Istodobno, Kina je prošle godine zabilježila rast BDP-a od samo 5,2 posto, što je najsporija stopa u posljednja tri desetljeća. Od tih je indikatora teško okrenuti glavu, osobito ako se njima pridoda i demografski pad koji vlada Xi Jinpinga ni nakon dvije godine prodemografske politike nije uspjela sanirati, što se počelo osjećati na tržištu rada, piše Jutarnji list.
Mladi ljudi koji tek dolaze na tržište rada više ne mogu tako jednostavno pronaći dobro plaćen posao, zbog čega se sve manje i manje troši. Naime, Kina je jedna od rijetkih zemalja koja trenutačno koketira s deflacijom.

Evergrande, nekoć građevinski div Kine, početkom tjedna od hongkonškog je suda dobio naredbu za likvidaciju, i to unatoč javnom apelu Upravnog odbora koji je još ovaj vikend očajnički pokušavao pronaći plan financijskog oporavka.
Epilog je to višegodišnje trakavice čiji je krah ozbiljno potresao cijeli kineski građevinski sektor na koji otpada čak četvrtina ukupne ekonomije. Građevinski sektor, koji je nekoć bio motor gospodarskog rasta druge ekonomije svijeta, mogao bi tako postati uteg koji cijelu zemlju vuče prema dnu.
Podsjetimo, Evergrande je prije nešto manje od dvije godine obustavio ispunjavanje svojih financijskih obveza nakon čega se ispostavilo da je tvrtka u minusu čak 300 milijardi dolara. Uprava je punih 18 mjeseci pokušavala dogovoriti plan restrukturiranja, a prema informacijama koje je medijima dostavio sud u Hong Kongu, u prosincu im je odobrena nova odgoda izricanja presude. Međutim, umjesto da im odgoda posluži kao kupnja vremena za iščekivani financijski plan, sutkinja Linda Chan tvrdi da ih je s druge strane dočekao muk, prenosi Jutarnji list.

- Zaključili smo da su prevršili svaku mjeru dobrog ukusa - rekla je sutkinja tijekom izricanja presude, a s njezinom se ocjenom složio i odvjetnik koji je zastupao vjerovnike u tom slučaju.
- Uprava je u ovu priču ušla s velikom figom u džepu - poručio je odvjetnik kineskim medijima.
Sud će uskoro imenovati likvidatore kojima će se omogućiti preuzimanje svih podružnica Evergrandea, čak i onih koje posluju u Kini, a njihovom bi se prodajom trebalo sanirati dug i podmiriti vjerovnici.
Odvjetnički tim Evergrandea, vidno šokiran presudom, odmah je uložio žalbu, istaknuvši kako će likvidacija srušiti vrijednost preostale imovine kompanije i dionica njezinih podružnica, zbog čega će se vjerovnici teško uspjeti naplatiti od prodaje.
Vrijedi napomenuti da su dionice Evergrandea u petak vrijedile nešto manje od dva centa, a presuda o likvidaciji ovaj je ponedjeljak blokirala hongkonšku burzu.
- Današnja presuda nije ona kojoj smo se nadali. Jedino što možemo reći jest da smo učinili sve što je bilo u našoj moći i da istinski žalimo što je sve ovako završilo - rekao je Xiao En, izvršni direktor Evergrandea, kineskim medijima ovoga ponedjeljka, obvezavši se na to da će njegova tvrtka maksimalno nastojati neometano obavljati svoje dužnosti kako bi "zaštitila legitimna prava svojih vjerovnika".

Nepoznanica ostaje do koje će se mjere odluka suda u Hong Kongu odraziti na kinesko pravosuđe. Naime, kineski sudovi tek su nedavno počeli priznavati pravni autoritet jurisdikcija autonomnih pokrajina, poput one u Hong Kongu.
Ekonomski stručnjaci upozoravaju kako bi ova presuda mogla zadati još jedan ozbiljan udarac već okrhnutom kineskom gospodarstvu koje se posljednjih mjeseci bori s usporavanjem rasta, deflacijom, smanjenjem radne snage i odlaskom stranih investitora.
Prodaja novosagrađenih domova u Kini pala je lani čak šest posto te se vratila na najnižu razinu od 2016. godine. Istodobno, Kina je prošle godine zabilježila rast BDP-a od samo 5,2 posto, što je najsporija stopa u posljednja tri desetljeća. Od tih je indikatora teško okrenuti glavu, osobito ako se njima pridoda i demografski pad koji vlada Xi Jinpinga ni nakon dvije godine prodemografske politike nije uspjela sanirati, što se počelo osjećati na tržištu rada, piše Jutarnji list.
Mladi ljudi koji tek dolaze na tržište rada više ne mogu tako jednostavno pronaći dobro plaćen posao, zbog čega se sve manje i manje troši. Naime, Kina je jedna od rijetkih zemalja koja trenutačno koketira s deflacijom.
