Iako su po svakoj logici, ukrajinski vojnici i oprema, trebali postati laka meta za stotine modernih ruskih lovaca-bombardera, dogodilo se upravo suprotno: Putinovi piloti nikad nisu uspjeli zavladati ukrajinskim nebom, a njihovi skupi zrakoplovi postali su lake mete ukrajinskoj protuzračnoj obrani. Za vikend su kijevske vlasti objavile kako su u jednom danu srušili četiri ruska zrakoplova: Su-34, dva Su-30 i jedan Su-25. Nemoguće je neovisno provjeriti te podatke pogotovo ako su zrakoplovi pali na okupiranom području, no video snimke koje kruže internetom potvrđuju najmanje dva obaranja. Dan prije ove objave Glavnog stožera Oružanih snaga Ukrajine pojavio se video koji prikazuje ukrajinsko raketno vozilo zemlja-zrak Strela, koje pripada 25. zračno-desantnoj brigadi, kako se kotrlja u mjestu Jatskivka, 60-tak kilometara od Spirne u Donbasu. Sljedećeg dana, Rusi su tamo izgubili dva mlažnjaka — jednosjed Su-25 i dvosjed Su-30.
"Sranje!", napisao je jedan popularni ruski bloger koji se bavi zrakoplovstvom nakon što se na snimci vidi kako gori Su-30. Da se Ukrajinci dobro znaju služiti protuzračnim oružjem pokazuje niz snimaka na društvenim mrežama, a tome svjedoči i 19-godišnji mladić Roman Glomba, kojeg je jučer odlikovao ukrajinski predsjednik Volodimir Zelenski. Mladi vojnik je od početka rata uspio srušiti šest ruskih borbenih zrakoplova i jedan projektil. Sve je to učinio pomoću lako prijenosnog sovjetskog protuzračnog sustava „Igla“ s infracrvenim navođenjem. Zelenski mu je za zasluge uručio odlikovanje "Heroj Ukrajine".

Ukrajinsko nebo pak sada će biti i još opasnije za Putinove pilote jer je iz SAD-a stigla nova pošiljka NASAMS protuzračnih raketnih sustava. Koliko je to moćno i precizno oružje dovoljno govori činjenica da je i NASAMS dio protuzračnog štita kojim Amerikanci čuvaju Bijelu kuću u Washingtonu. Ovo oružje, koje su zajednički razvili američki "Raytheon" i norveška tvrtka "Kongsberg" modernije je i učinkovitije od svih postojećih ukrajinskih raketnih sustava zemlja-zrak kratkog i srednjeg dometa koji datiraju iz sovjetske ere.

Ruske zračne snaga potpuno su podbacile u dvostrukoj ukrajinskoj ofenzivi, što priznaju i njihovi vojni blogeri, a moglo se to čuti i u razgovorima koje su presreli ukrajinski obavještajci. U jednom od njih, Putinov vojnik kroz suze se žalio supruzi da su ostavljeni sami u pustopoljini i da im u pomoć nije stigla obećana podrška avijacije.
Osim nešto snimaka jurišnih Suhoja Su-25, koji ispaljuju rakete tamo negdje preko linije fronta i odmah se vraćaju natrag na sigurno, nije bilo informacija o značajnijoj upotrebi zrakoplovstva.

Objašnjavajući zašto je izostala potrebna zračna podrška vojni analitičari tvrde da se to dogodilo zbog toga što Rusima nedostaje najsuvremenijeg naoružanja za precizno gađanje s velike visine pa se piloti moraju spuštati niže, a onda su na dohvatu Stingerima, BUK-ovima, MANPADS-ima s kojima su Ukrajinci dobro opskrbljeni.
Problem je, kažu, i njihova staromodna doktrina zračnog ratovanja koja ne može držati korak ako se situacija na bojišnici brzo mijenja, a pogotovo kad istovremeno ukrajinska vojska i zračne snage, drže čvrstu obranu zračnog prostora iznad prvih linija bojišnice. Postojeća doktrina praktički onemogućava blisku podršku kopnenim trupama kada je neprijatelj u pokretu. To se događa stoga što ruske zračne snage nisu "zračne snage" u smislu kako mnogi zapadni promatrači razumiju taj izraz. Umjesto toga, rusko zrakoplovstvo je svojevrsno zračno topništvo.
Analitičar Forbesa David Axe tumači kako moskovski piloti bombardiraju na neviđeno i nemaju slobodu loviti sami svoje neprijatelje. Dodjeljuje im se bombardiranje unaprijed planiranih ciljeva, a koordinate im daju zemaljski zapovjednici i to često na temelju neažuriranih obavještajnih podataka. Zbog toga zračne snage ne prate neprijateljske kopnene trupe u realnom vremenu.

Iako su po svakoj logici, ukrajinski vojnici i oprema, trebali postati laka meta za stotine modernih ruskih lovaca-bombardera, dogodilo se upravo suprotno: Putinovi piloti nikad nisu uspjeli zavladati ukrajinskim nebom, a njihovi skupi zrakoplovi postali su lake mete ukrajinskoj protuzračnoj obrani. Za vikend su kijevske vlasti objavile kako su u jednom danu srušili četiri ruska zrakoplova: Su-34, dva Su-30 i jedan Su-25. Nemoguće je neovisno provjeriti te podatke pogotovo ako su zrakoplovi pali na okupiranom području, no video snimke koje kruže internetom potvrđuju najmanje dva obaranja. Dan prije ove objave Glavnog stožera Oružanih snaga Ukrajine pojavio se video koji prikazuje ukrajinsko raketno vozilo zemlja-zrak Strela, koje pripada 25. zračno-desantnoj brigadi, kako se kotrlja u mjestu Jatskivka, 60-tak kilometara od Spirne u Donbasu. Sljedećeg dana, Rusi su tamo izgubili dva mlažnjaka — jednosjed Su-25 i dvosjed Su-30.
"Sranje!", napisao je jedan popularni ruski bloger koji se bavi zrakoplovstvom nakon što se na snimci vidi kako gori Su-30. Da se Ukrajinci dobro znaju služiti protuzračnim oružjem pokazuje niz snimaka na društvenim mrežama, a tome svjedoči i 19-godišnji mladić Roman Glomba, kojeg je jučer odlikovao ukrajinski predsjednik Volodimir Zelenski. Mladi vojnik je od početka rata uspio srušiti šest ruskih borbenih zrakoplova i jedan projektil. Sve je to učinio pomoću lako prijenosnog sovjetskog protuzračnog sustava „Igla“ s infracrvenim navođenjem. Zelenski mu je za zasluge uručio odlikovanje "Heroj Ukrajine".

Ukrajinsko nebo pak sada će biti i još opasnije za Putinove pilote jer je iz SAD-a stigla nova pošiljka NASAMS protuzračnih raketnih sustava. Koliko je to moćno i precizno oružje dovoljno govori činjenica da je i NASAMS dio protuzračnog štita kojim Amerikanci čuvaju Bijelu kuću u Washingtonu. Ovo oružje, koje su zajednički razvili američki "Raytheon" i norveška tvrtka "Kongsberg" modernije je i učinkovitije od svih postojećih ukrajinskih raketnih sustava zemlja-zrak kratkog i srednjeg dometa koji datiraju iz sovjetske ere.

Ruske zračne snaga potpuno su podbacile u dvostrukoj ukrajinskoj ofenzivi, što priznaju i njihovi vojni blogeri, a moglo se to čuti i u razgovorima koje su presreli ukrajinski obavještajci. U jednom od njih, Putinov vojnik kroz suze se žalio supruzi da su ostavljeni sami u pustopoljini i da im u pomoć nije stigla obećana podrška avijacije.
Osim nešto snimaka jurišnih Suhoja Su-25, koji ispaljuju rakete tamo negdje preko linije fronta i odmah se vraćaju natrag na sigurno, nije bilo informacija o značajnijoj upotrebi zrakoplovstva.

Objašnjavajući zašto je izostala potrebna zračna podrška vojni analitičari tvrde da se to dogodilo zbog toga što Rusima nedostaje najsuvremenijeg naoružanja za precizno gađanje s velike visine pa se piloti moraju spuštati niže, a onda su na dohvatu Stingerima, BUK-ovima, MANPADS-ima s kojima su Ukrajinci dobro opskrbljeni.
Problem je, kažu, i njihova staromodna doktrina zračnog ratovanja koja ne može držati korak ako se situacija na bojišnici brzo mijenja, a pogotovo kad istovremeno ukrajinska vojska i zračne snage, drže čvrstu obranu zračnog prostora iznad prvih linija bojišnice. Postojeća doktrina praktički onemogućava blisku podršku kopnenim trupama kada je neprijatelj u pokretu. To se događa stoga što ruske zračne snage nisu "zračne snage" u smislu kako mnogi zapadni promatrači razumiju taj izraz. Umjesto toga, rusko zrakoplovstvo je svojevrsno zračno topništvo.
Analitičar Forbesa David Axe tumači kako moskovski piloti bombardiraju na neviđeno i nemaju slobodu loviti sami svoje neprijatelje. Dodjeljuje im se bombardiranje unaprijed planiranih ciljeva, a koordinate im daju zemaljski zapovjednici i to često na temelju neažuriranih obavještajnih podataka. Zbog toga zračne snage ne prate neprijateljske kopnene trupe u realnom vremenu.
