Sjeverna Koreja prisiljava stanovnike da poštuju 11-dnevno razdoblje žalosti za 10. godišnjicu smrti bivšeg čelnika Kim Jong Ila koje počinje 17. prosinca, rekli su izvori u zemlji za RFA, a prenosi Radio Sarajevo. 

Kim Jong Il naslijedio je svog oca, nacionalnog osnivača Kim Il Sunga, kada je stariji Kim umro 1994. Vladao je zemljom do vlastite smrti 2011. godine, a potom ga je naslijedio njegov sin, sadašnji vođa Kim Jong Un.

Vladavina Kim Jong Ila poklopila se s jednim od najmračnijih perioda u historiji Sjeverne Koreje, glađu 1994-1998, koja je, prema nekim procjenama, ubila milione građana te zemlje. Sjevernokorejci sada to razdoblje nazivaju "Mukotrpnim maršom".

Iako se svake godine održavaju periodi žalosti za oba čelnika, za Kim Il Sung žaluju 'samo' sedam dana. Smrt Kim Jong Ila bila je novija, tako da obično ima period žalosti od 10 dana. Ovogodišnja je nešto duža jer je 10. godišnjica.

Građanima je zabranjeno u javnosti iskazivati bilo što osim tuge dok se u zemlji obilježava njegov život i postignuća.

"Tokom perioda žalosti ne smijemo piti alkohol, smijati se ili se baviti slobodnim aktivnostima", rekao je stanovnik pograničnog grada Sinuiju na sjeveroistoku zemlje, preko rijeke Yalu od kineskog Dandonga, za korejsku službu RFA.

Izvor je rekao da je kupovina namirnica zabranjena na samu obljetnicu.

"U prošlosti su mnogi ljudi koji su bili uhvaćeni u pijanom stanju tokom razdoblja žalosti bili hapšeni i tretirani kao ideološki kriminalci. Odvedeni su i nikada više nisu viđeni", rekao je izvor.

"Čak i ako vam član obitelji umre tijekom razdoblja žalosti, ne smijete glasno plakati i sahrana se smije obaviti nakon što završi taj period. Ljudi ne mogu ni slaviti svoje rođendane ako spadaju u razdoblje žalosti", rekao je izvor.

Policiji je unaprijed rečeno da pazi na ljude koji ne izgledaju "prikladno tužni", rekao je stanovnik jugozapadne pokrajine South Hwanghae.

"Od prvog dana decembra imat će posebnu dužnost obračunati se s onima koji narušavaju raspoloženje kolektivne žalosti", rekao je drugi izvor, koji je zatražio anonimnost kako bi mogao slobodno govoriti. "To je specijalna dužnost policije koja traje mjesec dana. Čuo sam da službenici za provođenje zakona uopće ne mogu spavati."

Sjeverna Koreja prisiljava stanovnike da poštuju 11-dnevno razdoblje žalosti za 10. godišnjicu smrti bivšeg čelnika Kim Jong Ila koje počinje 17. prosinca, rekli su izvori u zemlji za RFA, a prenosi Radio Sarajevo. 

Kim Jong Il naslijedio je svog oca, nacionalnog osnivača Kim Il Sunga, kada je stariji Kim umro 1994. Vladao je zemljom do vlastite smrti 2011. godine, a potom ga je naslijedio njegov sin, sadašnji vođa Kim Jong Un.

Vladavina Kim Jong Ila poklopila se s jednim od najmračnijih perioda u historiji Sjeverne Koreje, glađu 1994-1998, koja je, prema nekim procjenama, ubila milione građana te zemlje. Sjevernokorejci sada to razdoblje nazivaju "Mukotrpnim maršom".

Iako se svake godine održavaju periodi žalosti za oba čelnika, za Kim Il Sung žaluju 'samo' sedam dana. Smrt Kim Jong Ila bila je novija, tako da obično ima period žalosti od 10 dana. Ovogodišnja je nešto duža jer je 10. godišnjica.

Građanima je zabranjeno u javnosti iskazivati bilo što osim tuge dok se u zemlji obilježava njegov život i postignuća.

"Tokom perioda žalosti ne smijemo piti alkohol, smijati se ili se baviti slobodnim aktivnostima", rekao je stanovnik pograničnog grada Sinuiju na sjeveroistoku zemlje, preko rijeke Yalu od kineskog Dandonga, za korejsku službu RFA.

Izvor je rekao da je kupovina namirnica zabranjena na samu obljetnicu.

"U prošlosti su mnogi ljudi koji su bili uhvaćeni u pijanom stanju tokom razdoblja žalosti bili hapšeni i tretirani kao ideološki kriminalci. Odvedeni su i nikada više nisu viđeni", rekao je izvor.

"Čak i ako vam član obitelji umre tijekom razdoblja žalosti, ne smijete glasno plakati i sahrana se smije obaviti nakon što završi taj period. Ljudi ne mogu ni slaviti svoje rođendane ako spadaju u razdoblje žalosti", rekao je izvor.

Policiji je unaprijed rečeno da pazi na ljude koji ne izgledaju "prikladno tužni", rekao je stanovnik jugozapadne pokrajine South Hwanghae.

"Od prvog dana decembra imat će posebnu dužnost obračunati se s onima koji narušavaju raspoloženje kolektivne žalosti", rekao je drugi izvor, koji je zatražio anonimnost kako bi mogao slobodno govoriti. "To je specijalna dužnost policije koja traje mjesec dana. Čuo sam da službenici za provođenje zakona uopće ne mogu spavati."
