Milijarder i financijaš George Soros izjavio je u četvrtak da će, ako Rusija bude poražena u ukrajinskom ratu, to rezultirati raspadom onoga što je nazvao ‘ruskim carstvom‘, a to je nešto što bi, kako je rekao, pozdravile bivše sovjetske republike.

Ruska invazija na Ukrajinu 24. veljače prošle godine pokrenula je jedan od najsmrtonosnijih europskih sukoba od Drugog svjetskog rata i najveći sukob između Moskve i Zapada od Kubanske raketne krize 1962. godine.

Soros je rekao da će Sjedinjene Države podržati Ukrajinu, ali i da je američki predsjednik Joe Biden upozorio ukrajinskog predsjednika Volodimira Zelenskog kako postoje ograničenja i da se Treći svjetski rat mora izbjeći. Soros pritom nije otkrio izvor tih informacija.

Ovaj menadžer ‘hedge fonda‘ koji je postao filantrop, kako piše agencija Reuters, kaže da je ruska vojska bila loše vođena, loše opremljena i demoralizirana, ali da se ruski predsjednik Vladimir Putin obratio plaćeničkoj skupini Wagner kako bi suzbio ukrajinske snage.

"Zemlje bivšeg Sovjetskog Saveza jedva čekaju da vide Ruse poražene u Ukrajini jer žele potvrditi svoju neovisnost", rekao je Soros na Münchenskoj sigurnosnoj konferenciji, prema tekstu njegova govora koji je objavio njegov ured.

"To znači da bi ukrajinska pobjeda rezultirala raspadom ‘Ruskog Carstva‘. Rusija više ne bi predstavljala prijetnju Europi i svijetu", rekao je Soros. "To bi vam bila velika promjena na bolje", dodao je, prenosi Jutarnji.hr.

Nakon raspada Sovjetskog Saveza 1991. godine, ova nuklearna velesila raspala se na 15 neovisnih republika, iako je Rusija ostala daleko najmoćnija od njih i vlasnik najvećeg svjetskog nuklearnog arsenala.

Putin rat u Ukrajini opisuje kao egzistencijalnu bitku s agresivnim i arogantnim Zapadom te je rekao da će Rusija upotrijebiti sva raspoloživa sredstva kako bi zaštitila sebe i svoj narod od bilo kakvog napada. SAD su zanijekale tvrdnje Kremlja da žele uništiti Rusiju.

Soros je kazao i da se čini kako je Putinovo oslanjanje na plaćeničku skupinu Wagner, koju je osnovao njegov privilegirani saveznik Jevgenij Prigožin, uspjelo tek kratkoročno.

"Kockanje je uspjelo", rekao je Soros. "Ukrajina se suočila sa strateškim izborom - ili zaglaviti držeći Wagner na nišanu ili omogućiti Rusiji propagandnu pobjedu i sačuvati svoje ograničene resurse za protunapad".

‘Kina na početku procesa‘

Kada je riječ o Kini, Soros navodi da je strategija ‘nula covida‘ predsjednika Xi Jinpinga poljuljala povjerenje u Komunističku partiju.

"Trenutačno stanje ispunjava sve preduvjete za promjenu režima ili revoluciju", rekao je Soros o stanju Kini. "No, ovo je tek početak jednog neprovidnog procesa čije će se posljedice osjećati kroz dulje vrijeme".

"Kratkoročno gledano, Xi će vjerojatno ostati na vlasti jer ima čvrstu kontrolu nad svim instrumentima represije", smatra Soros. "Ali uvjeren sam da Xi neće doživotno ostati na dužnosti, a dok je na dužnosti, Kina neće postati dominantna vojna i politička sila kojoj Xi teži", dodao je.

Soros smatra Rusiju, daleko najveću državu svijeta po veličini teritorija, te Kinu, drugo najveće svjetsko gospodarstvo, vodećim članovima rastuće skupine "zatvorenih društava", u kojima je pojedinac podređen državi.

Milijarder i financijaš George Soros izjavio je u četvrtak da će, ako Rusija bude poražena u ukrajinskom ratu, to rezultirati raspadom onoga što je nazvao ‘ruskim carstvom‘, a to je nešto što bi, kako je rekao, pozdravile bivše sovjetske republike.

Ruska invazija na Ukrajinu 24. veljače prošle godine pokrenula je jedan od najsmrtonosnijih europskih sukoba od Drugog svjetskog rata i najveći sukob između Moskve i Zapada od Kubanske raketne krize 1962. godine.

Soros je rekao da će Sjedinjene Države podržati Ukrajinu, ali i da je američki predsjednik Joe Biden upozorio ukrajinskog predsjednika Volodimira Zelenskog kako postoje ograničenja i da se Treći svjetski rat mora izbjeći. Soros pritom nije otkrio izvor tih informacija.

Ovaj menadžer ‘hedge fonda‘ koji je postao filantrop, kako piše agencija Reuters, kaže da je ruska vojska bila loše vođena, loše opremljena i demoralizirana, ali da se ruski predsjednik Vladimir Putin obratio plaćeničkoj skupini Wagner kako bi suzbio ukrajinske snage.

Putin rat u Ukrajini opisuje kao egzistencijalnu bitku s agresivnim i arogantnim Zapadom te je rekao da će Rusija upotrijebiti sva raspoloživa sredstva kako bi zaštitila sebe i svoj narod od bilo kakvog napada. SAD su zanijekale tvrdnje Kremlja da žele uništiti Rusiju.

Soros je kazao i da se čini kako je Putinovo oslanjanje na plaćeničku skupinu Wagner, koju je osnovao njegov privilegirani saveznik Jevgenij Prigožin, uspjelo tek kratkoročno.

"Kockanje je uspjelo", rekao je Soros. "Ukrajina se suočila sa strateškim izborom - ili zaglaviti držeći Wagner na nišanu ili omogućiti Rusiji propagandnu pobjedu i sačuvati svoje ograničene resurse za protunapad".

‘Kina na početku procesa‘

Kada je riječ o Kini, Soros navodi da je strategija ‘nula covida‘ predsjednika Xi Jinpinga poljuljala povjerenje u Komunističku partiju.

"Trenutačno stanje ispunjava sve preduvjete za promjenu režima ili revoluciju", rekao je Soros o stanju Kini. "No, ovo je tek početak jednog neprovidnog procesa čije će se posljedice osjećati kroz dulje vrijeme".

"Kratkoročno gledano, Xi će vjerojatno ostati na vlasti jer ima čvrstu kontrolu nad svim instrumentima represije", smatra Soros. "Ali uvjeren sam da Xi neće doživotno ostati na dužnosti, a dok je na dužnosti, Kina neće postati dominantna vojna i politička sila kojoj Xi teži", dodao je.

Soros smatra Rusiju, daleko najveću državu svijeta po veličini teritorija, te Kinu, drugo najveće svjetsko gospodarstvo, vodećim članovima rastuće skupine "zatvorenih društava", u kojima je pojedinac podređen državi.

Milijarder i financijaš George Soros izjavio je u četvrtak da će, ako Rusija bude poražena u ukrajinskom ratu, to rezultirati raspadom onoga što je nazvao ‘ruskim carstvom‘, a to je nešto što bi, kako je rekao, pozdravile bivše sovjetske republike.

Ruska invazija na Ukrajinu 24. veljače prošle godine pokrenula je jedan od najsmrtonosnijih europskih sukoba od Drugog svjetskog rata i najveći sukob između Moskve i Zapada od Kubanske raketne krize 1962. godine.

Soros je rekao da će Sjedinjene Države podržati Ukrajinu, ali i da je američki predsjednik Joe Biden upozorio ukrajinskog predsjednika Volodimira Zelenskog kako postoje ograničenja i da se Treći svjetski rat mora izbjeći. Soros pritom nije otkrio izvor tih informacija.
