Kronična nestašica za osnovnim dobrima na Kubi uzrokovala je ogromne redove ispred trgovina, no mnogi su se Kubanci pridružili WhatsApp grupama u kojima dobivaju obavijesti gdje se koji proizvod može pronaći ili s kim mogu razmijeniti proizvode.

Nestašice su se dodatno pogoršale zbog pandemije koronavirusa. Trgovinama nedostaje hrane, namirnica i proizvoda za svakodnevnu upotrebu. Kada pak roba stigne u dućane, odmah se pojavljuju dugački redovi.

Čekanje u redovima postalo je dio svakodnevnog života. No, kako sve više ljudi ima pristup internetu, sve više ih pokušava pronaći robu ili ju naći po povoljnijoj cijeni koristeći internet.

Tako se Kubanci pridružuju grupama u aplikacijama za razmjenu poruka poput WhatsaAppa ili Telegrama kako bi otkrili gdje je tražena roba dostupna, da organiziraju razmjenu ili ponude prodaju predmeta do kojih ljudi pokušavaju doći.

Mobilni internet dostupan je na Kubi od kraja 2018. godine, a više od četiri milijuna Kubanaca sada ima pristup, prema stranačkim novinama Granma. Ipak, korištenje interneta je skupo te se cijene kreću od pet dolara za 400 megabajta do 20 dolara za 2,5 gigabajta, dok je prosječna kubanska plaća 35 dolara mjesečno.

Unatoč tome, grupe za čavrljanje poput Mercadillo Habanero, što u prijevodu znači Mala tržnica u Havani, postaju sve popularnije među Kubancima i strancima.

"Vratili smo se izvornom obliku trgovanja. Korisnici kažu što traže i što mogu ponuditi, a zatim pregovaraju o transakciji bez ikakvog novca", rekla je Claudia Santander, koja upravlja s nekoliko grupa za čavrljanje.

Pandemija koronavirusa teško je pogodila Kubu, dovodeći turizam, drugi najvažniji izvor strane valute, u potpuni zastoj. Što znači da vlada u Havani ima manje financijskih sredstava za uvoz robe.

Kronična nestašica za osnovnim dobrima na Kubi uzrokovala je ogromne redove ispred trgovina, no mnogi su se Kubanci pridružili WhatsApp grupama u kojima dobivaju obavijesti gdje se koji proizvod može pronaći ili s kim mogu razmijeniti proizvode.

Nestašice su se dodatno pogoršale zbog pandemije koronavirusa. Trgovinama nedostaje hrane, namirnica i proizvoda za svakodnevnu upotrebu. Kada pak roba stigne u dućane, odmah se pojavljuju dugački redovi.

Čekanje u redovima postalo je dio svakodnevnog života. No, kako sve više ljudi ima pristup internetu, sve više ih pokušava pronaći robu ili ju naći po povoljnijoj cijeni koristeći internet.

Tako se Kubanci pridružuju grupama u aplikacijama za razmjenu poruka poput WhatsaAppa ili Telegrama kako bi otkrili gdje je tražena roba dostupna, da organiziraju razmjenu ili ponude prodaju predmeta do kojih ljudi pokušavaju doći.

Mobilni internet dostupan je na Kubi od kraja 2018. godine, a više od četiri milijuna Kubanaca sada ima pristup, prema stranačkim novinama Granma. Ipak, korištenje interneta je skupo te se cijene kreću od pet dolara za 400 megabajta do 20 dolara za 2,5 gigabajta, dok je prosječna kubanska plaća 35 dolara mjesečno.

Unatoč tome, grupe za čavrljanje poput Mercadillo Habanero, što u prijevodu znači Mala tržnica u Havani, postaju sve popularnije među Kubancima i strancima.

"Vratili smo se izvornom obliku trgovanja. Korisnici kažu što traže i što mogu ponuditi, a zatim pregovaraju o transakciji bez ikakvog novca", rekla je Claudia Santander, koja upravlja s nekoliko grupa za čavrljanje.

Pandemija koronavirusa teško je pogodila Kubu, dovodeći turizam, drugi najvažniji izvor strane valute, u potpuni zastoj. Što znači da vlada u Havani ima manje financijskih sredstava za uvoz robe.

Kronična nestašica za osnovnim dobrima na Kubi uzrokovala je ogromne redove ispred trgovina, no mnogi su se Kubanci pridružili WhatsApp grupama u kojima dobivaju obavijesti gdje se koji proizvod može pronaći ili s kim mogu razmijeniti proizvode.

Nestašice su se dodatno pogoršale zbog pandemije koronavirusa. Trgovinama nedostaje hrane, namirnica i proizvoda za svakodnevnu upotrebu. Kada pak roba stigne u dućane, odmah se pojavljuju dugački redovi.

Čekanje u redovima postalo je dio svakodnevnog života. No, kako sve više ljudi ima pristup internetu, sve više ih pokušava pronaći robu ili ju naći po povoljnijoj cijeni koristeći internet.

Tako se Kubanci pridružuju grupama u aplikacijama za razmjenu poruka poput WhatsaAppa ili Telegrama kako bi otkrili gdje je tražena roba dost...
