Šteta koju su ruske postrojbe počinile u nuklearnom postrojenju u Černobilu još uvijek se zbraja, a najimpresivniji dio dosadašnjeg popisa su sve stvari koje su ruski vojnici odnijeli sa sobom, raznijeli ili izrešetali.

Ukupno šesto devedeset i osam računala. Tristo četrdeset i četiri vozila. Tisuću i pol radijacijskih dozimetara. Softver izrađen isključivo za potrebe elektrane u Černobilu. Gotovo svi komadi vatrogasne opreme. Jedno od najosjetljivijih područja na svijetu, poprište stravične, najveće nuklearne katastrofe u povijesti čovječanstva, postalo je mnogo puta opasnije nakon mjesec dana ruske okupacije, piše Jutarnji list.

Golemo nuklearno postrojenje u Černobilu danas više ne proizvodi električnu energiju, ali još uvijek procesira potrošeno nuklearno gorivo iz drugih elektrana u Ukrajini i Europi. Prije ruske invazije na Ukrajinu u postrojenju je radilo gotovo 6000 radnika, koji su bili zaduženi i za praćenje dugoročnih posljedica nuklearne katastrofe koja se na toj lokaciji odvila prije više od tri desetljeća.

Smješteno nedaleko od granice s Bjelorusijom, preko koje su ruske postrojbe ušle u Ukrajinu, postrojenje je zauzeto u prvim danima invazije i ostalo je pod ruskom kontrolom sve do povlačenja ruskih snaga sa sjevera Ukrajine, nakon što je postalo jasno da je ofenziva na Kijev osuđena na propast.

Ključni poslovi

Većina osoblja postrojenja evakuirana je prije dolaska ruskih vojnika. Ostalo ih je samo nekoliko stotina kako bi mogli nastaviti s ključnim poslovima. No, kada su došli ruski vojnici, u pratnji dužnosnika Rosatoma - ruske agencije za atomsku energiju - radnici koji su ostali u postrojenju bili su prisiljeni raditi dan i noć, gotovo bez odmora, uz neprekidni nadzor ruskih vojnika.

Kako tvrdi direktor ekskluzijske zone Černobil Jevgen Kramarenko, dok su ukrajinski radnici brinuli da ne dođe do nesreće ili potencijalno opasne situacije, ruske su postrojbe sistematski krale i uništavale opremu i podatke iz postrojenja. Novinarima Washington Posta ispričao je kako sada mogu pratiti pojedine dijelove opreme na kojima je još uvijek aktivan GPS transmiter.

"Vidimo da je dio smješten na teritoriju Bjelorusije, duž granice", rekao je Kramarenko. "A dio se kreće po Bjelorusiji: Gomel, Minsk, druge lokacije." Procjenjuje kako je ukupna vrijednost ukradene opreme oko 135 milijuna dolara. No, Rusi su odnijeli i softver koji se koristio za precizno nadziranje radioaktivnosti i drugih varijabli na širem području elektrane, a koji je bio izrađen specifično za potrebe Černobila.

"Sada više nije moguće doći do pouzdanih informacija, bez obzira na to radila oprema ili ne, jer nema više softvera", istaknuo je Kramarenko. "Rusi ga neće moći koristiti jer je taj softver jedinstven, napravljen baš za naše uređaje."

Čista ljubomora

Jedan od tehničara koji se vratio na posao nakon ruskog povlačenja, Leonid Bogdan, bijesan je jer misli da su Rusi sve uništili iz čiste ljubomore. "Sve ćemo obnoviti", poručio je. "Sve će ponovno raditi. No, ovo je kao da je netko došao u vašu kuću, vidio da je sve u redu i lijepo i zbog toga vam se odlučio po***ti na bijeli krevet. Ljubomorni su što mi možemo nešto napravit."

Druga je mogućnost, rekli su sugovornici Posta, da su ruski nuklearni dužnosnici povjerovali propagandi Kremlja koja je tvrdila da Ukrajina surađuje sa zapadnim silama na razvoju nuklearnog oružja. Iako bi djelatnici Rosatoma trebali znati bolje, Ukrajinci su svjesni koliku moć može imati državna propaganda.

Najveći je problem nakon odlaska Rusa, napominje Kramarenko, opasnost od šumskih požara u radioaktivnoj šumi pokraj Černobila. Ruski su vojnici uništili doslovno svu vatrogasnu opremu koja je radnicima elektrane služila kako bi brzo suzbili moguće ljetne šumske požare. "Ovdje postoji opasnost i sada pregovaramo s donatorima i molimo vladu da nam dobavi novu opremu", istaknuo je Kramarenko, piše Jutarnji list.

Šteta koju su ruske postrojbe počinile u nuklearnom postrojenju u Černobilu još uvijek se zbraja, a najimpresivniji dio dosadašnjeg popisa su sve stvari koje su ruski vojnici odnijeli sa sobom, raznijeli ili izrešetali.

Ukupno šesto devedeset i osam računala. Tristo četrdeset i četiri vozila. Tisuću i pol radijacijskih dozimetara. Softver izrađen isključivo za potrebe elektrane u Černobilu. Gotovo svi komadi vatrogasne opreme. Jedno od najosjetljivijih područja na svijetu, poprište stravične, najveće nuklearne katastrofe u povijesti čovječanstva, postalo je mnogo puta opasnije nakon mjesec dana ruske okupacije, piše Jutarnji list.

Golemo nuklearno postrojenje u Černobilu danas više ne proizvodi električnu energiju, ali još uvijek procesira potrošeno nuklearno gorivo iz drugih elektrana u Ukrajini i Europi. Prije ruske invazije na Ukrajinu u postrojenju je radilo gotovo 6000 radnika, koji su bili zaduženi i za praćenje dugoročnih posljedica nuklearne katastrofe koja se na toj lokaciji odvila prije više od tri desetljeća.

Smješteno nedaleko od granice s Bjelorusijom, preko koje su ruske postrojbe ušle u Ukrajinu, postrojenje je zauzeto u prvim danima invazije i ostalo je pod ruskom kontrolom sve do povlačenja ruskih snaga sa sjevera Ukrajine, nakon što je postalo jasno da je ofenziva na Kijev osuđena na propast.

Ključni poslovi

Većina osoblja postrojenja evakuirana je prije dolaska ruskih vojnika. Ostalo ih je samo nekoliko stotina kako bi mogli nastaviti s ključnim poslovima. No, kada su došli ruski vojnici, u pratnji dužnosnika Rosatoma - ruske agencije za atomsku energiju - radnici koji su ostali u postrojenju bili su prisiljeni raditi dan i noć, gotovo bez odmora, uz neprekidni nadzor ruskih vojnika.

Kako tvrdi direktor ekskluzijske zone Černobil Jevgen Kramarenko, dok su ukrajinski radnici brinuli da ne dođe do nesreće ili potencijalno opasne situacije, ruske su postrojbe sistematski krale i uništavale opremu i podatke iz postrojenja. Novinarima Washington Posta ispričao je kako sada mogu pratiti pojedine dijelove opreme na kojima je još uvijek aktivan GPS transmiter.

"Vidimo da je dio smješten na teritoriju Bjelorusije, duž granice", rekao je Kramarenko. "A dio se kreće po Bjelorusiji: Gomel, Minsk, druge lokacije." Procjenjuje kako je ukupna vrijednost ukradene opreme oko 135 milijuna dolara. No, Rusi su odnijeli i softver koji se koristio za precizno nadziranje radioaktivnosti i drugih varijabli na širem području elektrane, a koji je bio izrađen specifično za potrebe Černobila.

"Sada više nije moguće doći do pouzdanih informacija, bez obzira na to radila oprema ili ne, jer nema više softvera", istaknuo je Kramarenko. "Rusi ga neće moći koristiti jer je taj softver jedinstven, napravljen baš za naše uređaje."

Čista ljubomora

Jedan od tehničara koji se vratio na posao nakon ruskog povlačenja, Leonid Bogdan, bijesan je jer misli da su Rusi sve uništili iz čiste ljubomore. "Sve ćemo obnoviti", poručio je. "Sve će ponovno raditi. No, ovo je kao da je netko došao u vašu kuću, vidio da je sve u redu i lijepo i zbog toga vam se odlučio po***ti na bijeli krevet. Ljubomorni su što mi možemo nešto napravit."

Druga je mogućnost, rekli su sugovornici Posta, da su ruski nuklearni dužnosnici povjerovali propagandi Kremlja koja je tvrdila da Ukrajina surađuje sa zapadnim silama na razvoju nuklearnog oružja. Iako bi djelatnici Rosatoma trebali znati bolje, Ukrajinci su svjesni koliku moć može imati državna propaganda.

Najveći je problem nakon odlaska Rusa, napominje Kramarenko, opasnost od šumskih požara u radioaktivnoj šumi pokraj Černobila. Ruski su vojnici uništili doslovno svu vatrogasnu opremu koja je radnicima elektrane služila kako bi brzo suzbili moguće ljetne šumske požare. "Ovdje postoji opasnost i sada pregovaramo s donatorima i molimo vladu da nam dobavi novu opremu", istaknuo je Kramarenko, piše Jutarnji list.

Šteta koju su ruske postrojbe počinile u nuklearnom postrojenju u Černobilu još uvijek se zbraja, a najimpresivniji dio dosadašnjeg popisa su sve stvari koje su ruski vojnici odnijeli sa sobom, raznijeli ili izrešetali.

Ukupno šesto devedeset i osam računala. Tristo četrdeset i četiri vozila. Tisuću i pol radijacijskih dozimetara. Softver izrađen isključivo za potrebe elektrane u Černobilu. Gotovo svi komadi vatrogasne opreme. Jedno od najosjetljivijih područja na svijetu, poprište stravične, najveće nuklearne katastrofe u povijesti čovječanstva, postalo je mnogo puta opasnije nakon mjesec dana ruske okupacije, piše Jutarnji list.

Golemo nuklearno postrojenje u Černobilu danas više ne proizvodi električnu energiju, ali još uvijek procesira potrošeno nuklearno gorivo i...
