   Dok cijeli svijet strepi od ishoda aktualne krize na rusko-ukrajinskoj granici, jedna jedinica jedva čeka 'čas konačnog obračuna'. Riječ je o pukovniji Azov, bivšoj dobrovoljačkoj postrojbi koja otvoreno konotira imidž nacista iz Drugog svjetskog rata. Njihovo službeno znakovlje je doslovno precrtano iz SS-ovskih povijesnih priručnika: čine ga Wolfsangel, njemački heraldički znak inspiriran zamkom za vukove, te Crno sunce, simbol Obergruppenführera Heinricha Himmlera i njegovih okultnih grupa iz neo-poganskog pokreta.

     Nakon ruske aneksije Krima i pobjede separatista u istočnoj ukrajinskoj regiji Donbas, mnogi dobrovoljački bataljoni, među kojima i Azov, bili su ključni u pružanju otpora i obrani zemlje. Jedinica je, baš kao svojedobno hrvatski HOS, brzo dobila reputaciju jedne od najodlučnijih, ali i one koja otvara vrata nepokolebljivim neonacistima i kojekakvim 'psima rata' sa svih strana svijeta. Prije više od pet godina službeno su prerasli u pukovniju Azov i postali sastavni dio ukrajinske Nacionalne garde, no stara ideološka reputacija nije ih do danas prestala resiti.

     Pukovnija ima svoje političko krilo, stranku Nacionalni korpus, na čelu koje je utemeljitelj postrojbe i ekstremno desni političar Andrej Bileckij. Njihova popularnost u Ukrajini je jako minorna i uglavnom ne prelaze izborni prag, te im vojno djelovanje kroz 'Azov' predstavlja ključ opstanka. Krajnja desnica u Ukrajini je u velikoj mjeri inspirirana Stepanom Banderom, vođom ukrajinskih nacionalista i nacističkih kolaboracionista iz Drugog svjetskog rata. Neki Ukrajinci Banderu, baš kao i neki Hrvati Antu Pavelića, smatraju ključnim čovjekom u obrani nezavisnosti države.

     Kako se ratna temperatura na ukrajinsko-ruskoj granici iznova jako zagrijava, 'Azov' postaje velik problem zapadnim saveznicima ukrajinskog predsjednika Vladimira Zelenskog, ali i samom NATO savezu: oni ne žele imati nikakve veze s jedinicom koju resi etiketa ekstremno desničarske, profašističke, vojske. Oružje i municiju, kao i tenkove i transportere, 'Azovu' osigurava ukrajinska vlada, no gotovo 90 posto opreme za njihove kampove za obuku financira se isključivo vanjskim donacijama, iz krajnje suspektnih izvora. NATO ih zbog ekstremno desničarske reputacije uporno odbija obučavati zajedno s drugim ukrajinskim postrojbama: uvjereni su da se 'duhovna' filozofija ove pukovnije nije znatno promijenila u odnosu na njezine početke. Andrej Bileckij i njegov Nacionalni korpus na zapovjedništvo Azova još imaju više nego ključan utjecaj, a njihova povezanost s brojnim svjetskim neonacističkim, profašističkim i supremacističkim grupacijama odavno nije nikakva tajna. Pokušavalo se raznim pritiscima natjerati 'Azov' da se distancira i odrekne negativnoga nasljeđa, no oni uporno to odbijaju, tvrdeći kako samo služe ukrajinskom narodu i da su zapravo tek nevina žrtva ruske propagande.

      Po svojedobnim se procjenama i barem nekoliko desetaka Hrvata bilo pridružilo Azovu, nakon što je postrojba oslobodila grad Mariupolj 2014. Neki su bili bivši pripadnici HV-a, neki od njih i s nečasnim otpustom, no glavninu su činili mladi, potpuno neiskusni ljudi. 'Azovu' su pristupali i borci iz drugih stranih država, uključujući Italiju, Francusku, Grčku, Švedsku, SAD, Gruziju, Rusiju, Bjelorusiju, Slovačku, Češku, Veliku Britaniju, Čečeniju, Njemačku... a sve ih je tamo uglavnom mamilo isto ideološko nagnuće (svakako nije plaća od oko 4.000 grivnji, tj. 140 eura). 'Azov' je 2019. bio i domaćin godišnje konferencije ‘Paneuropa’ i ‘Intermarijum’ za prijatelje iz zemalja centralne i istočne Evrope u Zagrebu. Cilj im je bio utvrditi neformalnu istočnoeuropsku konfederaciju desničarskih ‘etno-država’ "oslobođenih od kulturnog marksizma EU-a i neoboljševizma Rusije". Kao kontakti i suradnici te platforme spominjani su Bruno Zorica Zulu, umirovljeni časnik Hrvatske vojske i bivši pripadnik Legije stranaca, te Ruža Tomašić, bivša europarlamentarka, koja se u Zagrebu trebala tad sastati s utemeljiteljem 'Azova' Bileckim.

     Zanimljivo je da su 'Azovu' svojedobno pristupili i neki beogradski neofašisti koji su uglavnom tradicionalno naklonjeni proruskim separatistima u Ukrajini. Par dobrovoljaca iz fašističke grupe 'Srbska Akcija', koja se diči obožavanjem Milana Nedića, otišlo se svojedobno u Ukrajinu promotivno družiti i slikati zajedno s borcima 'Azova',  iz neskriveno velikog poštovanja prema njihovom otvorenom manifestiranju nacističkog svjetonazora. Ni kritike da će time demonstrirati zajedništvo s hrvatskim dobrovoljcima ustaške ideologije i albanskim veteranima iz nekadašnje OVK u 'Azovu' beogradske desničare nisu pokolebale ni zaustavile: rado ide fašist uz fašiste.

   Dok cijeli svijet strepi od ishoda aktualne krize na rusko-ukrajinskoj granici, jedna jedinica jedva čeka 'čas konačnog obračuna'. Riječ je o pukovniji Azov, bivšoj dobrovoljačkoj postrojbi koja otvoreno konotira imidž nacista iz Drugog svjetskog rata. Njihovo službeno znakovlje je doslovno precrtano iz SS-ovskih povijesnih priručnika: čine ga Wolfsangel, njemački heraldički znak inspiriran zamkom za vukove, te Crno sunce, simbol Obergruppenführera Heinricha Himmlera i njegovih okultnih grupa iz neo-poganskog pokreta.

     Nakon ruske aneksije Krima i pobjede separatista u istočnoj ukrajinskoj regiji Donbas, mnogi dobrovoljački bataljoni, među kojima i Azov, bili su ključni u pružanju otpora i obrani zemlje. Jedinica je, baš kao svojedobno hrvatski HOS, brzo dobila reputaciju jedne od najodlučnijih, ali i one koja otvara vrata nepokolebljivim neonacistima i kojekakvim 'psima rata' sa svih strana svijeta. Prije više od pet godina službeno su prerasli u pukovniju Azov i postali sastavni dio ukrajinske Nacionalne garde, no stara ideološka reputacija nije ih do danas prestala resiti.

     Pukovnija ima svoje političko krilo, stranku Nacionalni korpus, na čelu koje je utemeljitelj postrojbe i ekstremno desni političar Andrej Bileckij. Njihova popularnost u Ukrajini je jako minorna i uglavnom ne prelaze izborni prag, te im vojno djelovanje kroz 'Azov' predstavlja ključ opstanka. Krajnja desnica u Ukrajini je u velikoj mjeri inspirirana Stepanom Banderom, vođom ukrajinskih nacionalista i nacističkih kolaboracionista iz Drugog svjetskog rata. Neki Ukrajinci Banderu, baš kao i neki Hrvati Antu Pavelića, smatraju ključnim čovjekom u obrani nezavisnosti države.

     Kako se ratna temperatura na ukrajinsko-ruskoj granici iznova jako zagrijava, 'Azov' postaje velik problem zapadnim saveznicima ukrajinskog predsjednika Vladimira Zelenskog, ali i samom NATO savezu: oni ne žele imati nikakve veze s jedinicom koju resi etiketa ekstremno desničarske, profašističke, vojske. Oružje i municiju, kao i tenkove i transportere, 'Azovu' osigurava ukrajinska vlada, no gotovo 90 posto opreme za njihove kampove za obuku financira se isključivo vanjskim donacijama, iz krajnje suspektnih izvora. NATO ih zbog ekstremno desničarske reputacije uporno odbija obučavati zajedno s drugim ukrajinskim postrojbama: uvjereni su da se 'duhovna' filozofija ove pukovnije nije znatno promijenila u odnosu na njezine početke. Andrej Bileckij i njegov Nacionalni korpus na zapovjedništvo Azova još imaju više nego ključan utjecaj, a njihova povezanost s brojnim svjetskim neonacističkim, profašističkim i supremacističkim grupacijama odavno nije nikakva tajna. Pokušavalo se raznim pritiscima natjerati 'Azov' da se distancira i odrekne negativnoga nasljeđa, no oni uporno to odbijaju, tvrdeći kako samo služe ukrajinskom narodu i da su zapravo tek nevina žrtva ruske propagande.

      Po svojedobnim se procjenama i barem nekoliko desetaka Hrvata bilo pridružilo Azovu, nakon što je postrojba oslobodila grad Mariupolj 2014. Neki su bili bivši pripadnici HV-a, neki od njih i s nečasnim otpustom, no glavninu su činili mladi, potpuno neiskusni ljudi. 'Azovu' su pristupali i borci iz drugih stranih država, uključujući Italiju, Francusku, Grčku, Švedsku, SAD, Gruziju, Rusiju, Bjelorusiju, Slovačku, Češku, Veliku Britaniju, Čečeniju, Njemačku... a sve ih je tamo uglavnom mamilo isto ideološko nagnuće (svakako nije plaća od oko 4.000 grivnji, tj. 140 eura). 'Azov' je 2019. bio i domaćin godišnje konferencije ‘Paneuropa’ i ‘Intermarijum’ za prijatelje iz zemalja centralne i istočne Evrope u Zagrebu. Cilj im je bio utvrditi neformalnu istočnoeuropsku konfederaciju desničarskih ‘etno-država’ "oslobođenih od kulturnog marksizma EU-a i neoboljševizma Rusije". Kao kontakti i suradnici te platforme spominjani su Bruno Zorica Zulu, umirovljeni časnik Hrvatske vojske i bivši pripadnik Legije stranaca, te Ruža Tomašić, bivša europarlamentarka, koja se u Zagrebu trebala tad sastati s utemeljiteljem 'Azova' Bileckim.

     Zanimljivo je da su 'Azovu' svojedobno pristupili i neki beogradski neofašisti koji su uglavnom tradicionalno naklonjeni proruskim separatistima u Ukrajini. Par dobrovoljaca iz fašističke grupe 'Srbska Akcija', koja se diči obožavanjem Milana Nedića, otišlo se svojedobno u Ukrajinu promotivno družiti i slikati zajedno s borcima 'Azova',  iz neskriveno velikog poštovanja prema njihovom otvorenom manifestiranju nacističkog svjetonazora. Ni kritike da će time demonstrirati zajedništvo s hrvatskim dobrovoljcima ustaške ideologije i albanskim veteranima iz nekadašnje OVK u 'Azovu' beogradske desničare nisu pokolebale ni zaustavile: rado ide fašist uz fašiste.
