S obzirom na manjak programera web stranica na europskom tržištu, tvrtke pribjegavaju sve kreativnijim metodama kako bi ih privukle, prenosi Večernji list.

Stefan Knoll, osnivač 'Deutsche Familienversicherung', brzorastuće osiguravajuće kompanije sa sjedištem u Frankfurtu, nudi 500 eura svakome tko dođe na razgovor za posao, dodatnih 1.000 eura onima koji prođu u drugi krug i još 5.000 eura onima koji završe šestomjesečni uvjetni rok.

- Posebno je teško pronaći nekoga s IT vještinama. Natječemo se s divovima poput Allianza koji lako mogu zaposliti stotine ljudi diljem svijeta, ali nismo zainteresirani za zapošljavanje ljudi u Indiji, želimo ljude ovdje u Frankfurtu - rekao je Knoll za njemačke medije, prenosi Večernji list.

Knollova metoda ilustrira problem s nedostatkom osoblja ne samo u Njemačkoj, nego i u većem dijelu Europe.

Osim u IT sektoru, značajniji deficit je zapažen u zdravstvu, građevinarstvu i ugostiteljstvu, ali problem manjka radne snage zapažen je i u drugim sektorima.

S obzirom na manjak programera web stranica na europskom tržištu, tvrtke pribjegavaju sve kreativnijim metodama kako bi ih privukle, prenosi Večernji list.

Stefan Knoll, osnivač 'Deutsche Familienversicherung', brzorastuće osiguravajuće kompanije sa sjedištem u Frankfurtu, nudi 500 eura svakome tko dođe na razgovor za posao, dodatnih 1.000 eura onima koji prođu u drugi krug i još 5.000 eura onima koji završe šestomjesečni uvjetni rok.

- Posebno je teško pronaći nekoga s IT vještinama. Natječemo se s divovima poput Allianza koji lako mogu zaposliti stotine ljudi diljem svijeta, ali nismo zainteresirani za zapošljavanje ljudi u Indiji, želimo ljude ovdje u Frankfurtu - rekao je Knoll za njemačke medije, prenosi Večernji list.

Knollova metoda ilustrira problem s nedostatkom osoblja ne samo u Njemačkoj, nego i u većem dijelu Europe.

Osim u IT sektoru, značajniji deficit je zapažen u zdravstvu, građevinarstvu i ugostiteljstvu, ali problem manjka radne snage zapažen je i u drugim sektorima.

S obzirom na manjak programera web stranica na europskom tržištu, tvrtke pribjegavaju sve kreativnijim metodama kako bi ih privukle, prenosi Večernji list.

Stefan Knoll, osnivač 'Deutsche Familienversicherung', brzorastuće osiguravajuće kompanije sa sjedištem u Frankfurtu, nudi 500 eura svakome tko dođe na razgovor za posao, dodatnih 1.000 eura onima koji prođu u drugi krug i još 5.000 eura onima koji završe šestomjesečni uvjetni rok.

- Posebno je teško pronaći nekoga s IT vještinama. Natječemo se s divovima poput Allianza koji lako mogu zaposliti stotine ljudi diljem svijeta, ali nismo zainteresirani za zapošljavanje ljudi u Indiji, želimo ljude ovdje u Frankfurtu - rekao je Knoll za njemačke medije, prenosi Večernji list.
