Američko ministarstvo pravosuđa u četvrtak je zatražilo od suca da objavi nalog kojim je odobren FBI-jev pretres doma Donalda Trumpa na Floridi, nakon što je bivši predsjednik pretres nazvao činom političke odmazde.

Državni odvjetnik Merrick Garland potvrdio je po prvi puta da su agenti napravili pretres Trumpova odmarališta Mar-a-Lago u Palm Beachu. Pretres je sastavni dio istrage o tome je li bivši predsjednik ilegalno uklonio dokumente iz Bijele kuće kad je napuštao ured.

Garland, najviši pravosudni dužnosnik u zemlji, rekao je da je osobno odobrio odluku da se naredi pretres.

Njegova potvrda nije uobičajena, s obzirom na to da američko ministarstvo pravosuđa obično ne raspravlja o istragama koje su u tijeku. No potvrda dolazi nakon što je Trump u ponedjeljak navečer objavio da je pretres njegova doma čin odmazde demokratskog predsjednika Joea Bidena.

Garland je rekao da je ministarstvo pravosuđa tražilo od suda da objavi zapečaćen nalog o pretresu, što bi moglo baciti svjetlo na prirodu istrage.

U priopćenju na svojoj društvenoj mreži Truth, Trump je rekao: "Moji odvjetnici i predstavnici u potpunosti surađuju, i uspostavljena je vrlo dobra veza. Vlada je mogla uzeti što je god htjela, ako je to bilo kod nas".

Američko ministarstvo pravosuđa u četvrtak je zatražilo od suca da objavi nalog kojim je odobren FBI-jev pretres doma Donalda Trumpa na Floridi, nakon što je bivši predsjednik pretres nazvao činom političke odmazde.

Državni odvjetnik Merrick Garland potvrdio je po prvi puta da su agenti napravili pretres Trumpova odmarališta Mar-a-Lago u Palm Beachu. Pretres je sastavni dio istrage o tome je li bivši predsjednik ilegalno uklonio dokumente iz Bijele kuće kad je napuštao ured.

Garland, najviši pravosudni dužnosnik u zemlji, rekao je da je osobno odobrio odluku da se naredi pretres.

Njegova potvrda nije uobičajena, s obzirom na to da američko ministarstvo pravosuđa obično ne raspravlja o istragama koje su u tijeku. No potvrda dolazi nakon što je Trump u ponedjeljak navečer objavio da je pretres njegova doma čin odmazde demokratskog predsjednika Joea Bidena.

Garland je rekao da je ministarstvo pravosuđa tražilo od suda da objavi zapečaćen nalog o pretresu, što bi moglo baciti svjetlo na prirodu istrage.

U priopćenju na svojoj društvenoj mreži Truth, Trump je rekao: "Moji odvjetnici i predstavnici u potpunosti surađuju, i uspostavljena je vrlo dobra veza. Vlada je mogla uzeti što je god htjela, ako je to bilo kod nas".

Američko ministarstvo pravosuđa u četvrtak je zatražilo od suca da objavi nalog kojim je odobren FBI-jev pretres doma Donalda Trumpa na Floridi, nakon što je bivši predsjednik pretres nazvao činom političke odmazde.
