Nedostatak osoblja, loši sigurnosni uvjeti, gubici prtljage i potpuna neorganizacija još od Uskrsa prate zračnu luku u britanskom Manchesteru, no prije dva dana došlo je do kulminacije gdje je pilot bio primoran pozvati policiju kako bi "spasili" putnike iz njegovog zrakoplova jer nitko nije došao po njih niti po njihove kovčege satima, piše Jutarnji list. 

Zbog problema s aerodromskim osobljem zrakoplov, koji je u ponedjeljak navečer trebao poletjeti za Manchester, puna je tri sata čekao da netko dođe po putnike jer je postalo jasno da nikada neće poletjeti.

Prebukirani letovi

Situacija je bila vrlo frustrirajuća i za putnike jer je zrakoplov već u polijetanju kasnio gotovo dva sata, javlja Daily Mail, a onda su još morali satima sjediti na pisti ne znajući hoće li itko i kada doći po njih, odnosno hoće li otići na svoj željeni odmor u Španjolsku. Zrakoplov je trebao nastaviti putovanje prema Tenerifima. No, aerodromskim radnicima trebalo je toliko mnogo vremena da ukrcaju prtljagu da je let otkazan, a putnici su "zapeli" u zrakoplovu koji je već bio spreman za polijetanje.

Zrakoplov je trebao poletjeti u 17 sati po lokalnom vremenu, no putnici su ukrcani tek iza 19 sati, a "izvučeni" su iz njega policijskom intervencijom tek oko 22 sata.

Nedostatak aerodromskog osoblja sve je veći problem u Velikoj Britaniji. Zbog prebukiranog leta majka i njen petogodišnjak morali su puna 22 sata provesti u zračnoj luci Gatwick, a godišnji odmor je upropašten i za obitelj čija je prtljaga pogreškom otišla 1800 kilometara dalje od njih.

Zbog groznih uvjeta u Manchesteru kompanija TUI već je najavila otkazivanje šest svojih linija prema toj zračnoj luci.

Jedan od putnika, Adam Wyczalkovski, ispričao je kako je izgledalo njegovo putovanje prema Španjolskoj. Rekao je da su ljudi u zrakoplovu bili vrlo ljutiti i frustrirani.

- Sve je trajalo satima, a nigdje nismo mogli vidjeti ni jednog zaposlenika zračne luke. Pilot nas je na kraju informirao da je pozvao policiju kako bi nam osigurali iskrcaj. Vidjeli smo da se neki zaposlenici aviokompanije trude same ukrcati prtljagu, no naposljetku su i oni morali odustati zbog strogih propisa oko toga koliko im smije trajati radno vrijeme. Rečeno nam je da će let najvjerojatnije biti otkazan.

Charlie Day, 33-godišnjakinja iz Essexa, rekla je kako je na aerodromu nedavno zaglavila nakon što je, zbog opetovanih odgoda leta, čak tri puta morala proći sigurnosnu kontrolu. Naposljetku je smještena u prostoriju bez hrane, vode i toaleta, sa suprugom i malenim djetetom.

Kompanija TUI ispričala se putnicima rekavši kako su im ponudili nove karte kao i besplatan boravak u hotelu.

- U kontaktu smo s putnicima koje je pogodila ova situacija te smo im osigurali hranu i smještaj.

Uprava aerodroma kazala je pak kako u suradnji sa glavnim kompanijama, TUI i Swissport, rade na iznalaženju rješenja, dodajući kako i same aviotvrtke imaju premalo osoblja, što dodatno komplicira situaciju.

Što će biti na ljeto?

Ponudili su novčanu kompenzaciju putnicima u vidu potpune refundacije troškova godišnjeg odmora, dodatka od oko 3.000 kuna, te vaučera od oko 1800 kuna kojeg mogu potrošiti za putovanje bilo kamo. No, mnogi kažu kako ta, naizgled lijepa geta, neće promijeniti činjenicu da su nekima uništeni poslovni sastanci, propali sati i dani godišnjeg odmora ili medenog mjeseca. Pogotovo se novi problemi očekuju ada kada kreće sezona ljetnih godišnjih odmora, jer se očekuje uobičajena veća potražnja, naročito nakon što su ublažene mjere kojima je putovanje bilo otežano ili nemoguće zbog koronavirusa.

Već sada se, piše Daily Mail, na britanskim aerodromima stvaraju užasne gužve. Aviokompanije trude se vratiti barem dio radnika koje su bili primorani otpustiti tijekom koronakrize, kada je većina letova na svijetu otkazano. Sindikati procjenjuju da u avioindustriji nedostaje oko 20.000 radnika, a postupak zapošljavanja produljuje činjenica da svi oni moraju proći edukacije i provjere.

Britanske vlasti traže, pak, da se istraži zašto kompanije prodaju više karata nego što mogu prevesti putnika. To dovodi do zakrčenih aerodroma, gužvi, te prizora putnika koji spavaju po podu u nadi da će jednog sata ili čak dana ipak poletjeti prema svom odredištu.

Nedostatak osoblja, loši sigurnosni uvjeti, gubici prtljage i potpuna neorganizacija još od Uskrsa prate zračnu luku u britanskom Manchesteru, no prije dva dana došlo je do kulminacije gdje je pilot bio primoran pozvati policiju kako bi "spasili" putnike iz njegovog zrakoplova jer nitko nije došao po njih niti po njihove kovčege satima, piše Jutarnji list. 

Zbog problema s aerodromskim osobljem zrakoplov, koji je u ponedjeljak navečer trebao poletjeti za Manchester, puna je tri sata čekao da netko dođe po putnike jer je postalo jasno da nikada neće poletjeti.

Prebukirani letovi

Situacija je bila vrlo frustrirajuća i za putnike jer je zrakoplov već u polijetanju kasnio gotovo dva sata, javlja Daily Mail, a onda su još morali satima sjediti na pisti ne znajući hoće li itko i kada doći po njih, odnosno hoće li otići na svoj željeni odmor u Španjolsku. Zrakoplov je trebao nastaviti putovanje prema Tenerifima. No, aerodromskim radnicima trebalo je toliko mnogo vremena da ukrcaju prtljagu da je let otkazan, a putnici su "zapeli" u zrakoplovu koji je već bio spreman za polijetanje.

Zrakoplov je trebao poletjeti u 17 sati po lokalnom vremenu, no putnici su ukrcani tek iza 19 sati, a "izvučeni" su iz njega policijskom intervencijom tek oko 22 sata.

Nedostatak aerodromskog osoblja sve je veći problem u Velikoj Britaniji. Zbog prebukiranog leta majka i njen petogodišnjak morali su puna 22 sata provesti u zračnoj luci Gatwick, a godišnji odmor je upropašten i za obitelj čija je prtljaga pogreškom otišla 1800 kilometara dalje od njih.

Zbog groznih uvjeta u Manchesteru kompanija TUI već je najavila otkazivanje šest svojih linija prema toj zračnoj luci.

Jedan od putnika, Adam Wyczalkovski, ispričao je kako je izgledalo njegovo putovanje prema Španjolskoj. Rekao je da su ljudi u zrakoplovu bili vrlo ljutiti i frustrirani.

- Sve je trajalo satima, a nigdje nismo mogli vidjeti ni jednog zaposlenika zračne luke. Pilot nas je na kraju informirao da je pozvao policiju kako bi nam osigurali iskrcaj. Vidjeli smo da se neki zaposlenici aviokompanije trude same ukrcati prtljagu, no naposljetku su i oni morali odustati zbog strogih propisa oko toga koliko im smije trajati radno vrijeme. Rečeno nam je da će let najvjerojatnije biti otkazan.

Charlie Day, 33-godišnjakinja iz Essexa, rekla je kako je na aerodromu nedavno zaglavila nakon što je, zbog opetovanih odgoda leta, čak tri puta morala proći sigurnosnu kontrolu. Naposljetku je smještena u prostoriju bez hrane, vode i toaleta, sa suprugom i malenim djetetom.

Kompanija TUI ispričala se putnicima rekavši kako su im ponudili nove karte kao i besplatan boravak u hotelu.

- U kontaktu smo s putnicima koje je pogodila ova situacija te smo im osigurali hranu i smještaj.

Uprava aerodroma kazala je pak kako u suradnji sa glavnim kompanijama, TUI i Swissport, rade na iznalaženju rješenja, dodajući kako i same aviotvrtke imaju premalo osoblja, što dodatno komplicira situaciju.

Što će biti na ljeto?

Ponudili su novčanu kompenzaciju putnicima u vidu potpune refundacije troškova godišnjeg odmora, dodatka od oko 3.000 kuna, te vaučera od oko 1800 kuna kojeg mogu potrošiti za putovanje bilo kamo. No, mnogi kažu kako ta, naizgled lijepa geta, neće promijeniti činjenicu da su nekima uništeni poslovni sastanci, propali sati i dani godišnjeg odmora ili medenog mjeseca. Pogotovo se novi problemi očekuju ada kada kreće sezona ljetnih godišnjih odmora, jer se očekuje uobičajena veća potražnja, naročito nakon što su ublažene mjere kojima je putovanje bilo otežano ili nemoguće zbog koronavirusa.

Već sada se, piše Daily Mail, na britanskim aerodromima stvaraju užasne gužve. Aviokompanije trude se vratiti barem dio radnika koje su bili primorani otpustiti tijekom koronakrize, kada je većina letova na svijetu otkazano. Sindikati procjenjuju da u avioindustriji nedostaje oko 20.000 radnika, a postupak zapošljavanja produljuje činjenica da svi oni moraju proći edukacije i provjere.

Britanske vlasti traže, pak, da se istraži zašto kompanije prodaju više karata nego što mogu prevesti putnika. To dovodi do zakrčenih aerodroma, gužvi, te prizora putnika koji spavaju po podu u nadi da će jednog sata ili čak dana ipak poletjeti prema svom odredištu.
