     Kad su ukrajinski dužnosnici pozvali građane na otpor Molotovljevim koktelima, mnogi su mislili da je više riječ o propagandnom mitu nego o stvarnosti. Alat otpora okupatoru otprije 80 godina, zapaljena boca s benzinom, svima se činila neučinkovitim i samoubilačkim sredstvom protiv vojne supersile kakva je Rusija. Ukrajinska stvarnost svjedoči o nečemu sasvim drugačijem.

     Ruska vojna vozila pogođena Molotovljevim koktelima gore na ulicama gotovo svih ukrajinskih gradova. Dok se njima usporeno kreću, civilni pokret otpora zasiplje ih neštedimice iza uglova, s balkona, krovova, terasa. Građani u svim većim središtima, od Odese, preko Harkova do Kijeva, masovno pripremaju boce s zapaljivom tekućinom u svojim skloništima, kućama, stanovima, na ulicama. Instruktori su im prethodno održali kratke tečajeve, i o pripremama takvoga priručnoga oružja, i o tehnikama bacanja.

     Na proizvodnji Molotovljevih koktela mahom rade žene. U boce s benzinom i zapaljivom krpom na vrhu nerijetko se dodaju i komadići stiropora, kako bi prilikom eksplozije i zapaljenja dobili efekt napalma.

      Video zapisi zorno svjedoče o krajnje suludoj hrabrosti ukrajinskih mladića, djevojaka, umirovljenika; do jučer običnih civila prilikom napada na rusku vojsku. Demonstrirana odlučnost i hrabrost golorukih Ukrajinaca po mnogima već svjedoči da taj narod ne može izgubiti ovaj rat.

     Molotovljev koktel nastao je tijekom Španjolskog građanskog rata (1936. – 1939.), u borbama protiv fašističkih trupa generalissimusa Francisca Franca. No, taj je 'izum' i protutenkovski patent 'kršten' tek naknadno u Finskoj, tijekom Zimskoga rata (1939. – 1940.) između Finaca i Sovjeta. Ime je dobio po Staljinovu ministru vanjskih poslova Vjačeslavu Molotovu koji je javno izjavljivao da Sovjeti na Finsku ne bacaju bombe, nego humanitarnu pomoć. Finci su mu stoga odlučili masovno poslati "koktel", kao dodatak za zalijevanje ukusnih Molotovljevih 'obroka'.

        Tradicija gerilskog, partizanskog, otpora duboko je ukorijenjena u Ukrajini. Ukrajinci su bili ponajbolji vojnici Crvene armije tijekom Drugoga svjetskoga rata, a imaju i snažnu tradiciju lokalnoga, šumskoga, pružanja otpora nacistima.

          Valerij Širajev, ruski veteran iz afganistanskog rata, a danas vojni analitičar jednog od zadnjih slobodnih moskovskih medija, lista Novaja gazeta, u nedavnom je intervjuu HRT-u kazao da ovo što gledamo u Ukrajini nije nikakav ustanak, nego pravi 'partizanski rat':

     „Iskustvo partizanskog ratovanja u Ukrajini vrlo je veliko. Djedovi i pradjedovi pamte kako su se tamo organizirali partizanski odredi protiv fašista u vrijeme 2. svjetskog rata, a u zapadnoj Ukrajini jako dobro pamte i kako su se organizirali partizanski odredi protiv komunističke vlade. Postoji narodna šala: "Jedan Ukrajinac je domaćin. Dva Ukrajinca - to je već partizanski odred." - izjavio je Valerij Širajev.

     Kad su ukrajinski dužnosnici pozvali građane na otpor Molotovljevim koktelima, mnogi su mislili da je više riječ o propagandnom mitu nego o stvarnosti. Alat otpora okupatoru otprije 80 godina, zapaljena boca s benzinom, svima se činila neučinkovitim i samoubilačkim sredstvom protiv vojne supersile kakva je Rusija. Ukrajinska stvarnost svjedoči o nečemu sasvim drugačijem.

     Ruska vojna vozila pogođena Molotovljevim koktelima gore na ulicama gotovo svih ukrajinskih gradova. Dok se njima usporeno kreću, civilni pokret otpora zasiplje ih neštedimice iza uglova, s balkona, krovova, terasa. Građani u svim većim središtima, od Odese, preko Harkova do Kijeva, masovno pripremaju boce s zapaljivom tekućinom u svojim skloništima, kućama, stanovima, na ulicama. Instruktori su im prethodno održali kratke tečajeve, i o pripremama takvoga priručnoga oružja, i o tehnikama bacanja.

     Na proizvodnji Molotovljevih koktela mahom rade žene. U boce s benzinom i zapaljivom krpom na vrhu nerijetko se dodaju i komadići stiropora, kako bi prilikom eksplozije i zapaljenja dobili efekt napalma.

      Video zapisi zorno svjedoče o krajnje suludoj hrabrosti ukrajinskih mladića, djevojaka, umirovljenika; do jučer običnih civila prilikom napada na rusku vojsku. Demonstrirana odlučnost i hrabrost golorukih Ukrajinaca po mnogima već svjedoči da taj narod ne može izgubiti ovaj rat.

     Molotovljev koktel nastao je tijekom Španjolskog građanskog rata (1936. – 1939.), u borbama protiv fašističkih trupa generalissimusa Francisca Franca. No, taj je 'izum' i protutenkovski patent 'kršten' tek naknadno u Finskoj, tijekom Zimskoga rata (1939. – 1940.) između Finaca i Sovjeta. Ime je dobio po Staljinovu ministru vanjskih poslova Vjačeslavu Molotovu koji je javno izjavljivao da Sovjeti na Finsku ne bacaju bombe, nego humanitarnu pomoć. Finci su mu stoga odlučili masovno poslati "koktel", kao dodatak za zalijevanje ukusnih Molotovljevih 'obroka'.

        Tradicija gerilskog, partizanskog, otpora duboko je ukorijenjena u Ukrajini. Ukrajinci su bili ponajbolji vojnici Crvene armije tijekom Drugoga svjetskoga rata, a imaju i snažnu tradiciju lokalnoga, šumskoga, pružanja otpora nacistima.

          Valerij Širajev, ruski veteran iz afganistanskog rata, a danas vojni analitičar jednog od zadnjih slobodnih moskovskih medija, lista Novaja gazeta, u nedavnom je intervjuu HRT-u kazao da ovo što gledamo u Ukrajini nije nikakav ustanak, nego pravi 'partizanski rat':

     „Iskustvo partizanskog ratovanja u Ukrajini vrlo je veliko. Djedovi i pradjedovi pamte kako su se tamo organizirali partizanski odredi protiv fašista u vrijeme 2. svjetskog rata, a u zapadnoj Ukrajini jako dobro pamte i kako su se organizirali partizanski odredi protiv komunističke vlade. Postoji narodna šala: "Jedan Ukrajinac je domaćin. Dva Ukrajinca - to je već partizanski odred." - izjavio je Valerij Širajev.
