Naftna kompanija Shell izvijestila je o rekordnoj dobiti u proteklom kvartalu od 11,5 milijardi dolara, tako udvostručivši svoju zaradu u jednoj godini usred skoka cijena energije. To je porast u odnosu na 5,5 milijardi dolara u razdoblju od travnja do lipnja 2021. - što označava povećanje dobiti od 6 milijardi dolara - i porast u odnosu na 9,1 milijardu dolara u prvom kvartalu 2022.

Naftni div zabilježio je četrnaesterostruko povećanje tromjesečne dobiti ranije ove godine, što je ponovno pokrenulo pozive za iznenadnim porezom na dobit kako bi se smanjio teret obiteljima u nevolji tijekom pogoršanja krize troškova života, piše Independent.

Komentirajući objavu, politički ekonomist Richard Murphy tweetao je: “Kao što sam rekao kad je počela ova kriza troškova života, poskupljenja nisu nestala u crnoj rupi. Otišla su nekamo. I kao što sam predvidio, ona su negdje u korporativnim profitima, masovno povećavajući podjele i stresove u našem društvu."

Glavni izvršni direktor Shella, Ben van Beurden, rekao je: „S nestabilnim energetskim tržištima i stalnom potrebom za djelovanjem u borbi protiv klimatskih promjena, 2022. i dalje predstavlja velike izazove za potrošače, vlade i tvrtke. Slijedom toga, koristimo svoju financijsku snagu za ulaganje u sigurnu opskrbu energijom koja je danas potrebna svijetu, poduzimajući stvarne, hrabre korake za smanjenje emisija ugljika i transformirajući našu tvrtku za energetsku budućnost s niskim udjelom ugljika."

Kompanija je također rekla da će pokrenuti program otkupa dionica u iznosu od 6 milijardi dolara u trećem kvartalu, što bi ulagačima dalo više novca. “Snažna cijena nafte pomogla je Shellu da postigne niz uspješnih rezultata. Dividenda je možda ostala ista, ali program otkupa dionica je pozitivna vijest za dioničare”, rekao je Stuart Lamont, investicijski menadžer u Brewin Dolphinu.

Naftna kompanija Shell izvijestila je o rekordnoj dobiti u proteklom kvartalu od 11,5 milijardi dolara, tako udvostručivši svoju zaradu u jednoj godini usred skoka cijena energije. To je porast u odnosu na 5,5 milijardi dolara u razdoblju od travnja do lipnja 2021. - što označava povećanje dobiti od 6 milijardi dolara - i porast u odnosu na 9,1 milijardu dolara u prvom kvartalu 2022.

Naftni div zabilježio je četrnaesterostruko povećanje tromjesečne dobiti ranije ove godine, što je ponovno pokrenulo pozive za iznenadnim porezom na dobit kako bi se smanjio teret obiteljima u nevolji tijekom pogoršanja krize troškova života, piše Independent.

Komentirajući objavu, politički ekonomist Richard Murphy tweetao je: “Kao što sam rekao kad je počela ova kriza troškova života, poskupljenja nisu nestala u crnoj rupi. Otišla su nekamo. I kao što sam predvidio, ona su negdje u korporativnim profitima, masovno povećavajući podjele i stresove u našem društvu."

Glavni izvršni direktor Shella, Ben van Beurden, rekao je: „S nestabilnim energetskim tržištima i stalnom potrebom za djelovanjem u borbi protiv klimatskih promjena, 2022. i dalje predstavlja velike izazove za potrošače, vlade i tvrtke. Slijedom toga, koristimo svoju financijsku snagu za ulaganje u sigurnu opskrbu energijom koja je danas potrebna svijetu, poduzimajući stvarne, hrabre korake za smanjenje emisija ugljika i transformirajući našu tvrtku za energetsku budućnost s niskim udjelom ugljika."

Kompanija je također rekla da će pokrenuti program otkupa dionica u iznosu od 6 milijardi dolara u trećem kvartalu, što bi ulagačima dalo više novca. “Snažna cijena nafte pomogla je Shellu da postigne niz uspješnih rezultata. Dividenda je možda ostala ista, ali program otkupa dionica je pozitivna vijest za dioničare”, rekao je Stuart Lamont, investicijski menadžer u Brewin Dolphinu.

Naftna kompanija Shell izvijestila je o rekordnoj dobiti u proteklom kvartalu od 11,5 milijardi dolara, tako udvostručivši svoju zaradu u jednoj godini usred skoka cijena energije. To je porast u odnosu na 5,5 milijardi dolara u razdoblju od travnja do lipnja 2021. - što označava povećanje dobiti od 6 milijardi dolara - i porast u odnosu na 9,1 milijardu dolara u prvom kvartalu 2022.

Naftni div zabilježio je četrnaesterostruko povećanje tromjesečne dobiti ranije ove godine, što je ponovno pokrenulo pozive za iznenadnim porezom na dobit kako bi se smanjio teret obiteljima u nevolji tijekom pogoršanja krize troškova života, piše Independent.
