Prošlo je mjesec dana otkad su talibani preuzeli kontrolu nad Kabulom i proglasili Afganistan "islamskim emiratom", koji će podržavati talibansko tumačenje "islamskih pravila i šerijatskog zakona", piše Radio Slobodna Evropa.

No, već su se susreli s nizom izazova i kriza - političkih, društvenih i ekonomskih - koji testiraju njihovu sposobnost da se iz gerilske pobune pretvore u funkcionalnu vladu.

Po svemu sudeći, to im ne polazi za rukom.

Masato Toriya, specijalista sa Sveučilišta u Tokiju kaže da nedostatak 'menadžerskog iskustva' talibanske vlade pogoršava ionako tešku ekonomsku situaciju, zbog čega se pogoršavaju životni uvjeti diljem Afganistana.

Toriya kaže i da bi u zemlji mogao buknuti građanski rat, zbog unutarnjih raskola između suparničkih frakcija talibanskog vodstva.

- Ne može se poreći mogućnost da bi u Afganistanu moglo doći do građanskog rata - rekao je Toriya.

U prvim danima privremene vlade talibana, navode analitičari, postoji velika vjerovatnost da bi se jedinstvena pobuna mogla raspasti na regionalne ogranke sa Haqqani mrežom na istoku i frakcijama sa sjedištem u Kandaharu.

- Osvajanje zemlje je uvijek lakši dio. U slučaju Afganistana, vladati njome je veoma teško - rekao je povjesničar William Dalrymple, a prenosi Radio Slobodna Evropa.

Dok se dinamika unutarnjeg talibanskog rivalstva i dalje nastavlja generalni sekretar Ujedinjenih nacija Antonio Guterres upozorio je da se Afganistan sada suočava sa "humanitarnom krizom" i potpunim kolapsom osnovnih servisa.

Oko devet milijardi dolara u deviznim rezervama afganistanske centralne banke Da Afganistan Bank, nalazi se zamrznuto, većinom u Sjedinjenim Državama.

Strani donatori suspendirali su svoju pomoć Afganistanu uz objašnjenje da isplate ovise o ponašanju vlade pod vodstvom talibana. Novu talibansku vladu nije priznala ni jedna zemlja.

Odnos talibana prema ženama ima i ekonomske posljedice.

Stručnjaci kažu da time što prisiljavaju žene u Kabulu i mnogim drugim dijelovima zemlje da napuštaju svoja radna mjesta i ostaju kod kuće, talibanski režim samo šteti već urušenoj ekonomiji.

Umjesto da se fokusiraju na oživljavanje vladinih institucija koje su se urušile dok su strane snage predvođene Sjedinjenim Državama završavale svoje povlačenje iz Afganistana u kolovozu, novom talibanskom režimu teško je osigurati čak i najosnovnije usluge.

Zemlja se također suočava s masovnim iseljavanjem ljudi.

Prošlo je mjesec dana otkad su talibani preuzeli kontrolu nad Kabulom i proglasili Afganistan "islamskim emiratom", koji će podržavati talibansko tumačenje "islamskih pravila i šerijatskog zakona", piše Radio Slobodna Evropa.

No, već su se susreli s nizom izazova i kriza - političkih, društvenih i ekonomskih - koji testiraju njihovu sposobnost da se iz gerilske pobune pretvore u funkcionalnu vladu.

Po svemu sudeći, to im ne polazi za rukom.

Masato Toriya, specijalista sa Sveučilišta u Tokiju kaže da nedostatak 'menadžerskog iskustva' talibanske vlade pogoršava ionako tešku ekonomsku situaciju, zbog čega se pogoršavaju životni uvjeti diljem Afganistana.

Toriya kaže i da bi u zemlji mogao buknuti građanski rat, zbog unutarnjih raskola između suparničkih frakcija talibanskog vodstva.

- Ne može se poreći mogućnost da bi u Afganistanu moglo doći do građanskog rata - rekao je Toriya.

U prvim danima privremene vlade talibana, navode analitičari, postoji velika vjerovatnost da bi se jedinstvena pobuna mogla raspasti na regionalne ogranke sa Haqqani mrežom na istoku i frakcijama sa sjedištem u Kandaharu.

- Osvajanje zemlje je uvijek lakši dio. U slučaju Afganistana, vladati njome je veoma teško - rekao je povjesničar William Dalrymple, a prenosi Radio Slobodna Evropa.

Dok se dinamika unutarnjeg talibanskog rivalstva i dalje nastavlja generalni sekretar Ujedinjenih nacija Antonio Guterres upozorio je da se Afganistan sada suočava sa "humanitarnom krizom" i potpunim kolapsom osnovnih servisa.

Oko devet milijardi dolara u deviznim rezervama afganistanske centralne banke Da Afganistan Bank, nalazi se zamrznuto, većinom u Sjedinjenim Državama.

Strani donatori suspendirali su svoju pomoć Afganistanu uz objašnjenje da isplate ovise o ponašanju vlade pod vodstvom talibana. Novu talibansku vladu nije priznala ni jedna zemlja.

Odnos talibana prema ženama ima i ekonomske posljedice.

Stručnjaci kažu da time što prisiljavaju žene u Kabulu i mnogim drugim dijelovima zemlje da napuštaju svoja radna mjesta i ostaju kod kuće, talibanski režim samo šteti već urušenoj ekonomiji.

Umjesto da se fokusiraju na oživljavanje vladinih institucija koje su se urušile dok su strane snage predvođene Sjedinjenim Državama završavale svoje povlačenje iz Afganistana u kolovozu, novom talibanskom režimu teško je osigurati čak i najosnovnije usluge.

Zemlja se također suočava s masovnim iseljavanjem ljudi.

Prošlo je mjesec dana otkad su talibani preuzeli kontrolu nad Kabulom i proglasili Afganistan "islamskim emiratom", koji će podržavati talibansko tumačenje "islamskih pravila i šerijatskog zakona", piše Radio Slobodna Evropa.

No, već su se susreli s nizom izazova i kriza - političkih, društvenih i ekonomskih - koji testiraju njihovu sposobnost da se iz gerilske pobune pretvore u funkcionalnu vladu.

Po svemu sudeći, to im ne polazi za rukom.

Masato Toriya, specijalista sa Sveučilišta u Tokiju kaže da nedostatak 'menadžerskog iskustva' talibanske vlade pogoršava ionako tešku ekonomsku situaciju, zbog čega se pogoršavaju životni uvjeti diljem Afganistana.

Toriya kaže i da bi u zemlji mogao buknuti građanski rat, zbog unutarnjih raskola između suparničkih frakcija talibans...
