Venecija je u četvrtak za dlaku izbjegla stavljanje na popis ugrožene svjetske baštine, kao što je predložio UNESCO netom prije vladine odluke da se kruzerima zabrani uplovljavanje u lagunu. 

Odbor za svjetsku baštinu je na sastanku u Fuzhou u Kini primio na znanje zabranu koja će stupiti na snagu 1. kolovoza.

Talijanskim vlastima je određen rok do 1. prosinca 2022. da izvijeste o naporima uloženim u zaštitu iznimnog ekosustava i povijesne baštine Serenissime.

Ako se dugoročno ništa ne poduzme, grad se može maknuti iz popisa Svjetske baštine, na kojem je Venecija od 1987. 

Upisivanje na popis ugrožene baštine nije "kazna", iako se može doživjeti kao "sramota", kažu u toj UN-ovoj agenciji.  

Odbor UNESCO-a donio je odluku, ratificiranu usprkos suzdržanosti Norveške, nakon što je vlada u Rimu u posljednji tren, 13. srpnja donijela uredbu po kojoj "morski mastodonti" više neće moći ulaziti u povijesni centar Venecije. 

Rim će prije 46. sastanka odbora 2023. morati razraditi prijedlog i niz korektivnih mjera s rokom provedbe, upozorava UNESCO koji je od Italije zatražio i ažurirano izvješće o stanju očuvanosti do 1. prosinca 2022.

Aktivisti za zaštitu okoliša i kulturne baštine tvrde da valovi koje stvaraju veliki brodovi, dugi više stotina metara i visoki nekoliko katova, nagrizaju temelje Serenissime i ugrožavaju krhki ekosustav lagune .

Venecija je u četvrtak za dlaku izbjegla stavljanje na popis ugrožene svjetske baštine, kao što je predložio UNESCO netom prije vladine odluke da se kruzerima zabrani uplovljavanje u lagunu. 

Odbor za svjetsku baštinu je na sastanku u Fuzhou u Kini primio na znanje zabranu koja će stupiti na snagu 1. kolovoza.

Talijanskim vlastima je određen rok do 1. prosinca 2022. da izvijeste o naporima uloženim u zaštitu iznimnog ekosustava i povijesne baštine Serenissime.

Ako se dugoročno ništa ne poduzme, grad se može maknuti iz popisa Svjetske baštine, na kojem je Venecija od 1987. 

Upisivanje na popis ugrožene baštine nije "kazna", iako se može doživjeti kao "sramota", kažu u toj UN-ovoj agenciji.  

Odbor UNESCO-a donio je odluku, ratificiranu usprkos suzdržanosti Norveške, nakon što je vlada u Rimu u posljednji tren, 13. srpnja donijela uredbu po kojoj "morski mastodonti" više neće moći ulaziti u povijesni centar Venecije. 

Rim će prije 46. sastanka odbora 2023. morati razraditi prijedlog i niz korektivnih mjera s rokom provedbe, upozorava UNESCO koji je od Italije zatražio i ažurirano izvješće o stanju očuvanosti do 1. prosinca 2022.

Aktivisti za zaštitu okoliša i kulturne baštine tvrde da valovi koje stvaraju veliki brodovi, dugi više stotina metara i visoki nekoliko katova, nagrizaju temelje Serenissime i ugrožavaju krhki ekosustav lagune .

Malo je nedostajalo! Venecija skoro stavljena na popis ugrožene svjetske baštine: ‘Ovo nije kazna, ali je sramota!‘

Venecija je u četvrtak za dlaku izbjegla stavljanje na popis ugrožene svjetske baštine, kao što je predložio UNESCO netom prije vladine odluke da se kruzerima zabrani uplovljavanje u lagunu. 

Odbor za svjetsku baštinu je na sastanku u Fuzhou u Kini primio na znanje zabranu koja će stupiti na snagu 1. kolovoza.

Talijanskim vlastima je određen rok do 1. prosinca 2022. da izvijeste o naporima uloženim u zaštitu iznimnog ekosustava i povijesne baštine Serenissime.

Ako se dugoročno ništa ne poduzme, grad se može maknuti iz popisa Svjetske baštine, na kojem je Venecija od 1987. 

Upisivanje na popis ugrožene baštine nije "kazna", iako se može doživjeti kao "sramota", kažu u toj UN-ovoj agenciji.  

Odbor UNESCO-a donio je odluku, ratificiranu usprkos suzdržanosti Norve...
